- Andrea (10/5): Highly recommend - Great location and parking space available. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the beach and the Diocletian's Palace.
- Gabrijel (7/5): -
- Valentina (8/5): -
- Albertoni (9/5): -
- Renella (9/5): Piacevole e rilassante - Posizione, vista mare, negozi, servizi, parcheggio auto gratuito vicino, terrazzo abitabile, proprietari sempre cortesi e disponibili
- Claudio (8/5): - L'appartamento spazioso, la camera da letto molto comoda e ampia, i proprietari abitano direttamente sul posto al piano terra, pertanto qualsiasi problema veniva risolto velocemente. La doccia comoda. Balcone ampio che gira tutto intorno all'appartamento. Letto e materasso comodo.
Aspect vieillot
- marina (9/5): - The apartment provides all necessary appliances. The host is very friendly and helpful. Somewhat outdated.
- Madeline (8/5): - It was big and the balcony was great! Had a washing machine as well! Bit of a walk to a beach or into the centre
- Yvette (8/5): - Host was very polite, helpful and informative
- Ruth (7/5): - The apartment was not far from the city centre, we could go walking. However we used the car because the location was on a hill. There were a few shops nearby. There was no private parking, as advertised. There was a public parking at 150m from the apartment that was very popular. Luckily it was for free.
- Katarzyna (8/5): - Czysty apartament. z balkonem. miły i pomocny właściciel. podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni.
- Emma (9/5): Viihdyimme ystävieni kanssa hyvin. - Lähellä Splitin keskustaa. Ruokakauppa todella lähellä. Parveke, josta hieno näköala. Alue tuntui todella turvalliselta. Rapussa oleva kissa oli ihana. Majoituspaikassa ei ollut kokovartalopeiliä, joka ei ole välttämättömyys mutta olisi helpottanut huomattavasti.
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Federica (9/5): Superb -
- Thomai (4/5): Disappointing - It was closed to the centre. The room was ok for a family, but the beds was old and it was making noise everytime someone was moving and they was uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned as well as the bathroom. We couldn't close the door for the balcony. Finally the internet was not working half of the time we are in the room.
- Looms (5/5): Expensive for what you get. - The location was ok, near supermarket and a 15 minute walk from the beachfront. Having a washing machine was very useful, wash & hang clothes out at night & they were dry in the morning. Very tight space in the bedroom which we shared with our son. Kitchen functional but small. Shower water drained very slow. Bathroom towels provided were of hand towel size.
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Very friendly hosts, everything very clean and all essentials provided.
- Chloe (10/5): Great location, within walking distance from the old town and a short Uber drive away from the nearby coastal national p - Great location, within walking distance from the old town and a short Uber drive away from the nearby coastal national park. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, providing us with a map and information on best spots to go in the area. The unit was very clean and perfectly catered to our needs with a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry washing machine.
- Anahita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iris (8/5): Very good - The apartment is large and comfortable, well equipped, location is good - walking distance to the centre and the beach. Wi-fi working correctly. 4th floor without elevator is not suitable for everyone.
- Amanda (10/5): Wonderful, perfect accomodation for a family. - That was the second time for me and my family staying in this accommodation. It was perfect for our holiday. Our train arrived in the morning and we could check in earlier around 10 am. The flat where we stayed was big enough so we could be comfortable even for 5 nights in a row. The location is perfect. It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood but a main road is close so it is really fast to get to the city. We either walked or used Uber which was usually 5-6 euros to get to the perfect centre of the city. There is a grocery store nearby and it is possible to cook in the kitchen. The balcony is big, and it has a nice view to the mountains and the sea. The hosts are super nice, whenever we needed something, they replied immediately via booking and they gave us figs as a gift.
- Asper (9/5): Great value for money - Great value for money, great distance from sea, great view, friendly owner Could be a bit cleaner, but minor issue
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - -location is about a 25 min walk to the waterfront
-clean and safe area
-great bar close by called the fat bore
-would recommend staying here N/A
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Host was friendly and provided a parking for our rented car. Apartment was about 30 mins walk to the Diocletian palace.
- Binoy (9/5): Superb - we had a 2 days stay at Luka’s , the apartment had all the essentials for us to have a comfortable stay for 3 for us …
There is supermarket closeby , the city center is 20 mins walk, also the beach ..! Quite helpful was the car park 😊
Overall we had a wonderful time at Split, as stay was superb 😃
Best Regards,
Binoy
- Amanda (10/5): We will hopefully stay there again :) - It is one of the best accommodations I have every stayed. We visited Split the first time with my family and this apartman was really one of the reasons we enjoyed our stay very much. It has a big balcony which is perfect to hang the wet towels, swimsuits outside and also to just chill a bit or have breakfast at the fresh air. There is a view to the sea and the mountains. Public transport is nearby but it was also cheap to get home by Uber. We usually walked down to the city or one of the beaches in the morning (15-20 minutes) and went home by Uber because its located uphill. There is a grocery store with fine selection and normal prices. The hosts are really nice. The flat was on the third floor so we had to climb the stairs and they helped with the luggages. We were missing one blanket so I messaged on booking.com and we got one in one hour or so. They also helped to get to know the city, what to visit etc. There were maps and fliers in the room about tourist attractions which helped to choose what to do during our stay. There was air conditioning but we almost never used it because the the temperature in the flat was just fine. We were three people but it was perfectly comfortable even for 5 nights.
- Boris (9/5): Superb -
- Kathryn (8/5): Confortable and convenient -
- Gillian (7/5): Great location! Fabulous beaches & swimming. Historical Roman city. Compact & vibrant centre. - The location was fantastic for the best beach in Split (10-15 min walk down to the side of Radisson Blu hotel). There were plenty of buses to get in and out of the centre of Split once we established where to get off (near Dubrovacka Ul.), however it is a 15-20 minute direct walk into the old town and Diocletian's Palace along Ul. Matice Hrvatske. Best bus is no 18 from centre or port, but any bus going along to Firula works too (get off at the end of the main shops on Ul Poljicka Ceska, and walk up Dubrovacka Ul. to the crossroads or go through Ul na Krizice (next to the school). (avoid short cuts and pedestrian routes on google which lead through buildings as you could end up with 10 flights of stairs getting between the streets).
The appartment is located along Ul. Julija Klovica. It has fantastic views of the mountains from the balcony as well as sea view, and morning sun. The facilities are basic but it has everything you need, including plenty of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, international TV channels. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets locally, including a Currency Exchange with very good rates (on Poljicka Ceska Street), as well as supermarkets and shops on Ul Matice Hrvatska. The appartment is on the 4th floor with no lift (2 short flights of 8 small steps per floor), but great exercise! The distance between bus stops is 9-10 walk! (so check where you need to go / get off & use maps / google maps. Also ask bus drivers!) Locals can be very helpful too. The washing machine didn't work.
- Michele (8/5): Very good - The property has a nice terrace. Internet was pretty fast. The distance from the city center is not that large and the neighboorhood seems quiet. The forniture is quite old-fashioned and quite scarse. Few improvements could make the flat and the kitchen much nicer. The place is at the 4th floor without lift, in case of heavy baggage it could be unpleasant.
