• Yevhenii (10/5): Highly recommend to choose this place for your stay! - First of all, the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming people! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The huge windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding nature. The farm animals grazing right outside the windows add an extra layer of charm and make the atmosphere feel truly magical and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

The home is new and beautifully built with all the modern comforts. Super clean and quiet, great parking, easy access and wonderful hosts. Would come back here again for sure.

• Laura (10/5): - Susi und Franz sind kaum zu übertreffen. Es war einfach alles perfekt, sauber, gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat, um einen schönen Schnee-Urlaub zu verbringen. Franz und Susi haben ein großes Herz für Kinder und alle Wünsche und Träume der Kleinsten erfüllt. Auch unser Silvesterabend auf dem Mahdgut bleibt unvergesslich für uns. So familiär, als würde man sich Jahre kennen und genau das hat es so perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen sicher wieder und bedanken uns von Herzen! ♥️ Es war alles perfekt.

Beautiful energy there in the place and mountains!! - So spacious apartment, totally renovated for absolute comfort and felt like a retreat really. One of the nicest couples you would ever meet, which are so proud of what they have to offer to there guests staying. It’s a delight, one night didn’t cut it and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the mountain lush views and most devine accommodation. -

Unsere Tochter konnte im Stall mithelfen, und durfte auf dem Traktor mitfahren. Ein Highlight war der gemeinsame Grillabend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
• ZIV (10/5): Amazing place - We had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is even bigger and prettier than in the pictures! The hosts are just really beautiful people and very generous. The apartment was very clean and has everything (very well equiped). The animals all around make the experience of the stay even more special!

• Piotr (10/5): True Alpine nature retreat - A wonderfully located small farm, where you get to stay in a big, freshly finished, comfortable flat that has every bit of comfort features you normally would expect living in a city center. Everything from full sized and fully equipped kitchen, through bedroom, bathroom to the TV couch is new and of high quality. But the real magic is the location - apart from two or three other houses in the proximity, there are basically no neighbors for quite some distance, making this place a true Alpine nature retreat. Apart from a few farm animals, there are no noises whatsoever. Apart from your own room, there are also no artificial light sources. At night all you can hear is an occasional owl in the woods and you can see all the stars in the sky. And at the same the drive to the nearest towns at the shores of the beautiful nearby lakes takes 10mins. As relaxation holiday spots for the overworked and overstressed go - this is pretty much as good as it gets! And Franz, the owner of this place must be the most smiling guy in the region - certainly feels that way:) Wholeheartedly recommend this place!
• Christine (10/5): Genial. - Tja, was soll ich sagen, es war einfach umwerfend. Toller, sehr freundlicher Empfang, eine große, moderne Wohnung, Küche mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann, Mikrowelle, Backrohr, Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffee-Vollautomat incl. Bohnen, jede Menge Geschirr....und vor allem, so wie die ganze Wohnung, BLITZSAUBER! Es gab einen großen Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche und Essplatz, ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit jeder Menge Handtüchern, Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein kleines Kinderzimmer und Vorräume. Ganz liebe Gastgeber mit braven Hühnern die unsere Frühstückseier gelegt haben, die wir uns nehmen durften, und die anderen Tiere die man durch die großen Fenster der Wohnung immer im Blick hatte und unseren Enkel bespaßt haben. Noch mal Danke für alles, wir haben noch nie eine so saubere Wohnung vorgefunden wie hier und uns, auch deshalb, von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt.
• Dagmar (10/5): Entspannung pur im Grünen - Das Mahdgut ist wunderschön inmitten von Wäldern und auf der eigenen Alm gelegen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Gleichzeitig sind Fuschlsee und Hintersee nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, bzw. lädt die Gegend zum Radfahren und Wandern ein. Die beiden Gastgeber Susi und Franz sind etwas ganz Besonderes! Man fühlt sich hier nicht als Gast, sondern mehr wie ein Teil der Familie. Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern und selbst gebackenem Kuchen verwöhnt. Zudem ist die große Ferienwohnung wirklich unschlagbar;, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit ihren zwei Etagen sehr geräumig! Man kann sein Frühstück wunderbar auf dem großen Balkon genießen oder eben dort noch in den Sonnenuntergang über der Almwiese mit Schafen und Ponys blicken. Ein wichtiger Hinweis für SommertouristInnen: Die Wohnung ist dank der Ziegelbauweise herrlich kühl!! Uns hat alles gefallen!
• Stefanie (10/5): - Unsere Wohnung hatte großzügige, helle Räume, sogar mit 2 Balkonen. Alles neu und mit Liebe gemacht. Ausstattung hervorragend, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind absolut bemüht und gastfreundlich. Ruhige Lage, Natur pur.

• Katerina (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay! The hosts (Suzi and Franz) were incredibly friendly and attentive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a convenient kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials. The location was excellent—about 30 minutes by car to major attractions. The kids especially loved the farm with animals, and the views from the windows were beautiful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

• Tony (9/5): Comfortable house in a beautiful area - The house is in a beautiful location, and is very well designed and maintained. Everything worked well, and it was very comfortable. Overall it is an outstanding option in a great part of Austria. The accommodation we got didn't match what we booked. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and got 1 bedroom and a large upstairs area with multiple beds. It still worked well, and if given the option would have happily accepted it. But it was strange that the clear difference between the booking and the house was never even mentioned - we didn't raise it because we didn't really care, but I would generally expect to either get what I have paid for or an explanation of the difference.

Exceeds my expectation. Kitchen was amazing with all necessary equipment. There was no mirrors in some rooms and no hand washes in some toilet. Wifi was pretty bad, as we do not get good mobile network WiFi is preferred. Probably there was national issues with Wifi the day we have visited, otherwise i hope it work well.

• Zhatovetska (10/5): The perfect property if you want to stay in the mountains while having all the modern commodities - The location of the property is awesome; surrounded by the woods with a fantastic view towards Salzburg and the valley. Also, the apartment itself is almost new, everything is in a perfect state and the furniture and the equipment is of a high quality. But maybe more importantly is that the hosts, Susie and Frank, are the perfect hosts! Very kind, very friendly, you have a feeling that you’ve come to a family member’s home and not rented some stranger’s apartment. They even took our little kid on a tractor ride without even asking them or expecting that from them (the kid loved it).

The flat was perfectly setted up with everything what we needed, only missed reading light (night light in the bedroom but we can handle without that, so not a big deal). Our daughter get some toys the first day what she can use the whole time and needed to gave back only when we checked out. That was also so nice. I hope we will able to come back. All was perfect, I can't say anything which we didn't like.

• Baraa (9/5): Magical and lavish; but listing is inaccurate - the unit is very new, very clean, and spacious. the unit is fitted with the best furniture and facilities; finishing is top tier. electric window shutters. dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge. everything. the host gifted us some eggs from their chicken farm. the kids played with the animals. the view is magical. the location is perfect for hiking lovers. Biggest issue is: This listing is wrong. this is not a single apartment with 3 bedrooms. this is a building with 3 units, each unit is a single bedroom. we had a bit of an argument with the owner about this when we arrived as we were a big group, and there was no option for 7 people on booking.com, and there was no option to rent 2 units. given this, we had to rent another apartment. while the units are luxurious, the amount we paid without having breakfast makes this stay somewhat expensive. it is even better for the owners to list this as 3 units x 1 bedroom apartment. the stupid roaster waking us up early early morning. the owners' dog wasn't impressed with us. there was no hot water in the kitchen and the toilet's hand-wash. we didn't use the shower so we dont know. perhaps the owners forgot to switch on the water heater.
