• Seweryn (3/5): - Nothing Dirty, small and taking the shower is a nightmare. Water has 100 degress and in a second like 0. Not worth any money
• Andrew (7/5): Overall the place was ok, but has some small easily solved issues - Good value for money, bed was comfortable, has air conditioning which is a mobile unit but works ok, tram and bus stop close by, good wifi A bit far from the old town, toilet flusher kept disconnecting from the system which is not easy to reconnect, tap in kitchen is very stiff and splashes you when it turns on suddenly at full flow. Shower very hard to get a consistent heat, either too hot or too cold. Property needs some simple maintenance, a plumber could solve toilet and sink issues in 30 mins
• Janusz (5/5): - location Poor water regulation in the shower, a clogged bathroom sink, no toilet paper or soap, insufficient towels, a broken kitchen faucet, no coffee machine, a downstairs neighbor watching TV with the door open at maximum volume, and a sofa in the living room that fell on me when I tried to sleep is uncomfortable. The owner should replace the cleaning staff because the apartment is dirty and dusty.He should also think about refreshing the apartment, painting and replacing the curtains with new ones, and the cabinets. I know the apartment was cheap but it was still a poor standard.

• Maria (6/5): It was good - The view. Owner is very friendly and helpful. The smell of the room wasn’t good during my arrival. Heating is not that warm enough specially during winter. Handle of shower is broken. You can’t adjust the water. There’s a mold in the kitchen. The cleaner comes early at 10:45 while I’m still in the room.

• Ellie (8/5): Great thanks so much! - Cheap and ideal for somewhere to stay close by to Antwerp city centre. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Owner was lovely and provided some basic necessities in bathroom and kitchen (toilet roll, cleaning products etc).

• Melody (8/5): Very cosy and sunny - Sunny apartment/studio provided me during my stay a very comfortable space, big enough for myself or for some friends to come over. Beside a big queen size bed, there is also a sofa bed, which is actually need some repair or change, I guess you can feel the metal under when you sitting on it. But fortunately there are still 2 very comfy seats, and other 4 chairs at a big dining table in the room. There are also many choices for the essentials in the bathroom, for men or women.. even a nail polish remover. Some extra blankets or towels if you need it. You can and able to cook some easy meals or just heat it up with the microwave. There is some coffee there, but no salt or pepper. The washing machine is quite old, but still works well. The fridge is big enough to keep your beverages cold and makes some ice cubes. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate. For a few days stay, it was good enough for me. The apartment is very close to the central station, 2-3 tram stops with tram no 2, 6, or 15. There were only 3issues with this apartment. 1. The sun. The apartment has big windows around and even with the curtains when the afternoon sun hits, the room can quickly be heated up. Fortunately it is on the 6th floor, so you can easily get some wind to cool it down a bit, when you keep the windows open. And there is a fan/ventilator. 2. The laziness. The apartment was clean when I checked in, but the bathroom, bathtub needed to clean a little bit more. I didn’t do properly cleaning there, because it was not my purpose to stay there. Around the corners, under and behind the toilet and sink, you could still found a lot of dust and even used brushed and empty toilet roll. I checked in quite late that day, so it shouldn’t be an excuse to have not enough time to clean it properly. But it seems the owner just hired someone to clean the apartment and he never controlled after it. I did discuss it with the owner. And he did take it as a positive feedback and will confront it with the cleaning lady. 3. It is some tram stop construction there. It had effected a little bit of the tram schedule, but still quite convenient. My first night was terrible because that construction, which start around 11pm till 4 am. But the next evenings were bearable to sleep. On weekend early morning, you might hear couple screaming or buddies fighting. I was lucky enough to to witness them.
