• Damianos (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer wirklich ein Highlight. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser, aber der Eigentümer kam sofort und hat es schnell behoben, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Aufteilung der Wohnung: ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres mit zwei Einzelbetten für die Kinder. Außerdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer mit Duschen, wobei sich eines im großen Schlafzimmer befindet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

• Tatjana (8/5): Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub. - Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Wir haben jeden Tag die Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon aus genossen. Zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe, mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Genug Parkplätze, so dass man nicht um sein Parkplatz fürchten muss. Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank quitschen sehr laut beim Öffnen. Nicht so gut, wenn noch jemand schläft. Die Sessel und Sofa im Wohnzimmer müffeln nach alter Feuchtigkeit. Die Tischdecke auf dem Balkontisch ist alt. Die Fugen in der Dusche sind verfärbt.

• Mark (3/5): Worst place I have ever had the misfortune to stay at. - Location was the only good thing about this place. Bathrooms and kitchen are up to date but showers are small. The apartment is dated and needs updating in the lounge. The lounge suite is so old that previous occupants have placed pillows under the cushions to give some support. One bedroom door sticks so badly it could not be opened. I reported it and nothing was done during our stay of over two weeks. There are leaks under the bathroom and kitchen sinks, I did not report it as it seemed a waste of time. In one apartment there is a dog that barks and barks at everything that moves. The owners do not control it. The noise from the ground floor, under the apartment, when the workmen from the hotel opposite play table tennis is horrendous. No bins are provided in bathrooms etc. This apartment is described as having "History". What it really means is it is dated and all the old bits from the original resident has been left. It was the worst place I have ever stayed and very expensive, compared with my last stay in Livorno. To cap it all we have now been accused of staining some furniture which wa already stained when we arrived.
• Gavin (8/5): Very good - Nice view of sea. Spacious flat. Bit far from town and shops, so need to drive with resulting parking problem. Too much uncertainty on check out time, with agent unable to say even day before if requirements could be met.

• Sergym (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was nice. Free private parking. Great place for a relaxing holiday. The nearest beach was private and very expensive (EUR 30 per person). The public beach was around 1 km away along a steep and narrow mountain road. It was dangerous to walk and we went by car there. The parking at the public beach was paid (EUR 1,80 per hour).
• Carolina (9/5): Sea view apartment in Varazze for a family stay - This apartment is very well decorated and equipped. All was extremely clean. We were welcomed by Maximiliano that was waiting for us on our arrival. He explained everything to us. It’s a first floor flat but there’s a lift. Just in front there is a private beach called Cala Loca. If you book in advance, for a fee you can enjoy a nice day in the beach with a bar/restaurant. I highly recommend this place and I hope to return one day. We really struggled with the heat and we are portuguese!! I don’t know if this was a one off because no one else complained about this before. If it’s a one off, it was our bad luck if it’s constant then its a shame that it doesn’t have aircon to make the stay 10/10. Beach: pebble beach so make sure you take water shoes with you to enjoy it fully.
