• Deborah (10/5): Brilliant 🤩 loved Dubrovnik and it was made even better by having 1st class accommodation.Thank you to our hosts! - It is a beautiful apartment and so centrally located. You could walk right or left to the Old Town and New Town and Marina. The hosts were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We went as 2 couples. We did not use the air conditioning. But they did in their on suite room but said it would not go below 24 degrees. Oh it said sea views but we could not see it.

Posebno bismo istaknuli vlasnicu koja je izuzetno ljubazna, susretljiva i uvijek spremna pomoći, a komunikacija je bila brza i jednostavna. Sve je bilo na visokom nivou i bez ikakvih zamjerki. Rado bismo se ponovno vratili i svakako preporučujemo ovaj smještaj!

• Mateusz (10/5): Super apartament! - Piękny apartament wykończony w wysokim standardzie: począwszy od wygodnych materacy, urządzony aneks kuchenny, windę w obiekcie, czy dedykowane miejsce parkingowe w garażu. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, położony w doskonałej lokalizacji - oddalony jest około 20 minut pieszo od murów Starego Miasta. Szczerze polecam!

• Leila (10/5): - The place is amazing, everything is new, top quality, with great communication with the owner. Has a parking garage and elevator so you dont have to carry anything up staircases..a pleasure to stay at MareLux. The pics are super accurate too. I liked everything. Just know that walking to the old city with either toddlers or elderly people might take a while and the return will be uphill. But there are many options of transport.

• Janet (10/5): What a delightful 3 nights we had at Dijana’s…THANK YOU - It was a beautifully well appointed apartment, stylish and very comfortable. Dijana is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful with “things to do” especially with January weather… We found fabulous restaurants, I had a fabulous spa day and when we were exhausted we got rest in this extremely spacious apartment with Sattalite t.v. and every possible amenity you could wish for. 🙏🎈 The lovely Arsnel came in daily to check if we needed anything and gave a quick tidy…FAB! Absolutely nothing, Dijana really has thought of everything. I will be bringing my husband next visit and checking out Cele bar in the Old Town 😘

• Sujit (10/5): - Absolutely Perfect Stay – Thanks to Dijana! Our stay in Dubrovnik was made unforgettable thanks to our amazing host, Dijana. She’s fun, energetic, and incredibly warm — the kind of host who makes you feel instantly at home. Her apartment is modern, classy, and beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the coffee machine with the delicious capsules, and the sweet touch of cookies and chocolates she left for us. The spacious balcony was perfect for relaxing, and the daily housekeeping kept the apartment spotless — she even did our laundry! Dijana gave us great local tips, including a fantastic nightclub set in a fort that ended up being one of our trip highlights. To top it all off, she and her family invited us to join a home gathering with traditional homemade lamb and local dishes — a true taste of Croatian hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Warm welcome, warm goodbye, and an 11/10 stay overall. Thank you, Dijana! Nothing at all.

The apartment is very confortable , i slept very well, and to go to the beach you can drive for a little and arrive in a lovely setting. Would consider staying again !! the description in Booking wasnt accurate.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed with modern furnishings — both stylish and comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. She provided clear instructions for check-in and went above and beyond by offering daily cleaning service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we needed help arranging a taxi to the airport, she not only connected us with a driver but also helped negotiate a great price for us. Everyone working in the building was warm and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I booked, she contacted me and provided all the necessary information about the location. The building is newly constructed, with an indoor parking area that offers excellent protection for your car during the hot and sunny days in Dubrovnik. The apartment is amazing — luxuriously furnished, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a beautiful terrace. It truly feels like home. It's just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, making it a perfect location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubrovnik
• Alexa (10/5): By far the best property stay of our holiday - The property is truly stunning. During our 10 nights in Croatia this was the 5th property we stayed in and we were so upset that it was the only property where we stayed one night instead of 2 or 3 as it was the best property out of all 5. The Owner has put a lot of thought into the property. The outdoor seating area was so perfect. Our greeting was so friendly and bubbly and when we asked where a shop was to buy beers she popped downstairs and brought us up beer and wine. The restaurant she recommended, about a 7 minute walk away, had the best food and views. The host and the property were a class above the rest. The only thing we didn't like is that we weren't able to stay longer.

• Molariu (10/5): An outstanding property, comfortable and excellently located. - The apartment is exceptional, big, comfortable, tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities even for a longer stay. The terraces are lovely, perfect for the morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The entire building is outstanding and it offers an indoor parking. Although close to the old center (20 min walking distance), the property is located in a quiet residential area. The hosts are super friendly and do the outmost for the comfort of their guests.

Getting into the Old Town is quite straightforward and on a relatively gentle path compared to the steep steps throughout Dubrovnik. Probably the time of year but whilst sitting on the sun deck there were several midges about so make sure you take some repellent

We were very satisfied with the house and thoroughly enjoyed everything—from the garden to the living room. The house owner, Dijana, was very helpful. She supported us quickly and kindly in every matter, from the reservation stage until we left the property. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Dubrovnik
• Pui (10/5): Lovely and modern apartment in Dubrovnik - Everything in MareLux apartment is amazing. The communication before our stay was responsive and quick and the host Dijana welcomed us in person. The day we went was heavily rain and there was some problems with the elevator. But Dijana is super friendly and tried every possible ways to solve the problem. She even gifted us a bottle of wine as an apology for that. The apartment itself is immaculately clean, modern and beautifully furnished. The bathroom floor is heated and the smartTV is a great bonus for us to share a night time fun together. The location is great, it takes around 10-15mins to walk to the old town area or you can easily grab a uber with only 5euros. I would highly recommend you to stay in MareLux if you are visiting Dubrovnik. nothing

When we arrived at the apartment she offered to send us by car to old town for our lunch when she saw my husband was wearing knee guard. (The road to old town is rather hilly) Appreciate her thoughtfulness. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. Dijana also allowed us early checked in and late checked out. She also helped us to arrange transport to airport.

• Lecek (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay at MareLux, the property is located in a walking distance from the old town, and it also offers a secure garage space for your car. The property itself is very well designed showcasing local and international furniture designer so if you appreciate architecture and design it is definitely a must stay place! Everything is well thought from the kitchen utensils to beach towels. The host Dijana and the team are very helpful and easy to deal with, during our stay Dijana also recommended us delicious restaurants and eateries in the old town and around.

• Hsiao (10/5): Beautiful and Comfortable Stay - The apartment is super neat and beautiful. Balcony is very spacious and comfortable. The host and the staff who helps to clean are all super friendly. They tried there best to meet our needs and always provide us clean beach towel to use. Super grateful in these extremely warm days. Fairly short distance to the old town by uber. There is a large supermarket nearby. Also close to the lovely Bellevue beach. It is both advantage and disadvantage. It locates at a quite and chilled block where you can be away from the crowd. However, Food choices near by might be limited.

She text me to let me know the property was ready..The apartment is exactly as u see online. Absolutely beautiful brand new apartment with everything u need for a self catering. There was water wine chocolate s & cookies left for us. We were very appreciative of this. Our bags were placed in our apartment for us. There is AC in every room & WiFi. On leaving today we were able to leave our bags & she arranged a taxi to the airport . I cannot rate the Marelux apartment s more highly & the hosts are Absolutely amazing. Thank you Dijana.. It was amazing, very new with all the modern facilities and amenities one can think of while traveling! It was also very clean and we were provided with everything we needed in the kitchen to the bedroom! For someone who often travels, I can say that Dijana was one of the best hosts I had met! She personally met us, with welcome wine and cookies and made sure we were comfortable. The property is also very close to a huge grocery store and the old town is very walkable, via a scenic route. It is a 5-min ride to the bus station. None.

The apartment is modern and spotless. We drove and it was nice having a covered parking space available for us. We were greeted by a friendly staff named Arnel who showed us around the apt. The welcome treats were a pleasant surprise (a bottle of wine, cookies and chocolates). The beds and sheets are comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s an illy coffee machine and pods . They didn’t forget about the creamer as well . The balcony was really nice to relax in. It was very easy to take an Uber to the Old town (8-9 Euros)

Lots of extra touches like beach towels and welcome tray! The hosts were fabulous, attentive and very responsive! To be honest I rarely take the time to write reviews, I only do so when I am extremely impressed! My family and were certainly impressed and happy with our stay! Whilst we did not cook during our time, the kitchen looked well stocked with utensils and all you would need! We did use the wine glasses lol… and they were a really nice quality glassware.
