- Victor (10/5): Мне понравилось проживание в апартаментах, могу рекомендовать 👍 - Расположение идеальное. Горы, прохлада. Прямо во дворе внутри ЖК продуктовый магазин. Можно внутрь магазина зайти через ключ от всех калиток, не нужно даже выходить за ворота ЖК. В нескольких метрах кафешки, магазин хоз.товаров, а если ещё несколько метров пройтись и перейти дорогу, то будут большие ТРЦ. Рядом автовокзал Сайран. Очень удобно, когда приходится часто ездить между Бишкеком и Алматой. Телевизор уже старенький, не тянет Netflix, но YouTube ещё показывает :)
- Guest (8/5): Spacious place, need to improve the check-in process. - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The check-in process was quite time consuming, a lot of chatting, we found out we had to pay deposit after arrival.

- Leviticus39 (10/5): Excellent stay in a great location! - The studio was open and spacious, with a great view of Kazakh snow capped mountains. Room facilities were great, you can even do your own cooking and laundry! Location is exceptional as well, not near the center but very good access to Sairan Metro at the corner of the building lot (to which our group tour collection point was, this ended up being very convenient for us). Restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets were also at the ground floor of the building. The owner/manager Zhanni was also formerly a UAE resident, speaks English and very helpful. He assisted with showing us the room, facilities and with all the access codes to the gates/doors. No keys required. Highly recommended especially for 2-3 guests!!! Noise should be kept at minimal especially past 10pm as we were notified of complaints from the adjacent unit which is more than reasonable though. No credit card facilities and a security deposit is requested by unit owner so there's a need to prepare cash in advance. No biggie issues overall.
