- Zoe (8/5): It worths what u pay :) - This hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Galata and Karakoy, where you can easily catch ferries or public transportation to the historic center or the northern part of the European side. At first glance, the area might not seem like the best, but it's absolutely safe, and despite the city traffic, the hotel is quiet. The owner's children welcomed us warmly, and the owner himself and his staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's highlight is the veranda where breakfast is served, which offers a beautiful view of Istanbul. The only downside might be the room, which, while comfortable, could use some updating and repairs, especially the towels, which have holes or stains (although they were clean). For the price, it's an absolutely excellent choice.

Las fotos muy desactualizadas, da la sensación de que no se ha mantenido desde que se abrió. Se fue la luz un par de veces y en consecuencia te quedabas sin agua caliente varias horas. Bastante cutre.

- Samantha (10/5): - Great, central location, yet also quiet and set back from the main street. The breakfast room has incredible views and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom had a bit of of a smell, but we just kept the door closed and it was not an issue.

- Örs (10/5): - My girlfriend and I stayed for four nights. The hotel is in a very central location. It's 200 meters from the metro. It's within walking distance of Galata Tower and Istiklal Street. The decor is nice. The owners are very attentive and helpful. Mr. Gökhan took great care of us. He's a wonderful person. We hope to see you again. Everything was great. Thank you very much.

- Keishaly (6/5): It’s ok for the price, but could improve in the cleanliness and customer service. - The location on this hotel is ideal. Have in mind that the streets in Istanbul are not very pedestrian friendly overall. The room overall was good. The cleanliness of the place was not the best. There was a refrigerator in the room and it was very dirty with black stains on the inside and some gooey type liquids on the bottom. Also, when we got there there was a kid in the counter and he called someone to come and complete the check in. He said 5 minutes but we ended up waiting about 30 minutes for someone to came and do the check out. Also, place is advertised to have breakfast from 8-10 but I got there at 9:26 and there was barely anything left. The room was advertised to have garden view but we had street view. Also, ran out of toilet paper the last day and there was not any spares ones to use.

- Valentina (9/5): - Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno permesso di posare i bagagli nonostante fosse mattina, inoltre al check in ci hanno dato una stanza migliore senza averla chiesta (è stato molto apprezzato),il personale super accogliente e gentile,si è fulminata una lampadina e l'hanno sostituita il prima possibile,la posizione è veramente ottima e un panorama dal terrazzo meraviglioso... La pulizia un po' trascurata,le porte fuori asse,e la colazione un po' scarsa...

İlk andan itibaren hizmet kalitesi hissediliyor, ancak asıl farkı yaratan şey personeli: son derece yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazır. Konaklamayı konforlu, keyifli ve unutulmaz kılıyorlar. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğiniz bir yer. Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğim tek küçük detay, gördüğüm en çirkin terlikler olmalarıydı. Yine de bu düşünceli jest için teşekkür ederim; bu durum otelin yüksek standartlarını ve misafirlerine ödediklerinden daha fazlasını sunma çabasını gösteriyor. Bu da müşteri deneyimine verdikleri önemi açıkça ortaya koyuyor.
- carmen (1/5): Nefasto - Nada No entiendo como la gente pone buenas reseñas, estuvo todo mal, desde la habitación (teníamos dos al ser un grupo) hasta el desayuno, pésimo ponía un huevo duro por persona y cereales, nada más!! Café solo de sobre con agua( malísimo), una mañana no había nada, nos hizo 3 huevos revueltos para 5 personas… Vamos con las habitaciones, la primera noche nos metió en un zulo literalmente, en el sótano oliendo muy fuerte a mo, nos quejamos y hemos dicho que si no nos cambia nos vamos del hotel, a siguiente día nos cambio pero no mejoró mucho, el baño un olor muy fuerte y muy sucio, no limpiaron en los 5 días que estuvimos, increíble!!! Un rollo de papel higiénico para los 5 días, que hemos tenido que ir a comprar, por no decir que las persianas no tapaban nada y en la habitación entraba la luz de las farolas que parecía de día, los que no pueden dormir con luz ni intenten reservar…. Total no se entiende las buenas reseñas!!! Es un hotel de 0 estrellas no de 3 como pretende ser!!!! Por favor hacer caso, no como yo que me deje engañar. Adjunto fotos si me dejan.
- Maya (10/5): - The location it’s really beautiful and you can walking or you can go easily by metro or by ferry in a lot of nice locations of Istanbul. The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good for the price we paid. We had the room with terrace and the view was very beautiful. -

- Aintzane (5/5): - Nuestra habitacion estaba en un sótano. Tenia verjas en la ventana por lo que era un poco claustrofóbica. El desayuno muy poco variado, se echa en falta un cafe caliente. No estaba mal ubicado pero para acceder hasta nuestro hotel, teníamos que andar por una avenida sin ningun tipo de iluminación aunque no nos sentimos inseguros. Había humedades que disimulaban con granos cafe por el suelo y la nevera que teníamos en la habitacion no funcionaba y tenía más años que el hotel.

Il est idéalement bien placé pour aller à pied sur le pont Galata, à la tour Galata ou place Taksim. Petits déjeuners qui manquent de diversité, toujours la même chose. Il n'y avait pas de micro-onde pour chauffer le lait. Un peu trop la même chose le matin. Pas du vrai café (café lyophilisé, pas de jus, pas de fruits, pas de laitage)... Accueil du départ de la part du personnel : mitigé. Mieux les jours suivants...
- Henrietta (1/5): - The staff was friendly. Given that the hotel does not offer daily cleaning, I requested that the rooms be perfectly clean upon our arrival. This was agreed, but when I checked in, I found that the rooms were not clean at all. There was toilet paper, hair and shampoo on the shower floor, as well as the lid of the shampoo bottle used by the previous guest. The shower looked as it had never been cleaned with chemicals, so did the mirror, the taps, the floor. There was also dirty water standing on the edge of the sink, as well as hair. I found sticky residue on the wall of the room. The windows have never been cleaned. In the basement room, coffee had been left in the corners to prevent mould and odours. We were asked never to close the window because of the smell. So, on the first morning, I checked out. Although I was offered a better room, I refused it because of the hygiene issues. The staff explained that the hotel's condition was due to its age, as it had been renovated ten years ago. I seemingly accepted this explanation as I did not want to argue, but as a former housekeeping supervisor, I know that any hotel 10 years after renovation is considered new. It just needs to be cleaned, disinfected and maintained on regular bases by professional staff. After a longer chat, they still did not offer a refund. My friends had to stay behind as they did not have the budget for a new booking. In their room, the shower was missing a wall and they were told it would be repaired. However, we read in reviews from six months ago that the shower wall had been missing already back then. So yes, the staff is friendly and agrees to help, but they don't actually follow through on their promises. As I read the reviews, I noticed that the hotel does not deal with complaints well, and gaslights the guests. Well, the hotel I moved to, I gave 10 stars, just because it was clean, it looked like on the pictures, and overall I am not that hard to please.

- Marija (9/5): - Гостиница бюджетного класса. Местоположение великолепное ,вид из номера и трассы просто суппер. Я читала комментарии , и хочу высказаться по поводу людей кто ставит низкие оценки и пишет бред по типу нет лифта . Вы когда бронируйте отель вы хоть прочитайте информацию , так как все указанно что лифта нет и что лестница винтовая. По поводу тех кто жалуется на шум и на звук с минаретов и за это ставит низкий бал я вообще в шоке. Я лично приехала туда именно чтоб просыпаться с этим прекрасным звуком. А про шум с улицы это бред , мы спали с открытыми окнами и никакого шума. Да в отеле есть недочёты, что то поломано что то устарело но это никак не мешает,так как по сути вы там только спите. Местоположение тоже- все там безопасности и нет никаких страшных закаулков. Если еще раз приедем обязательно останемся там . И так же на рецепшене работает очень приятная рускоговорящая девушка. А Стамбул это просто любовь! Все отлично.

Les fenêtres ayant des barreaux, la survenue d'un incendie aurait été catastrophique. Une des chambres (economic room) était vraiment insalubre avec la présence de moisissures et une odeur très forte d'humidité en plus d'équipements très dégradés. Les chambres étaient également globalement très sales ainsi que les parties communes. Les photos ne rendent pas compte de l'état de l'hôtel et des chambres.

- Ste (6/5): - La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale sono ottime! Doccia con acqua abbondante e subito calda. Purtroppo la colazione non è come nelle fotografie proposte. Non c’è ascensore. La camera durante il mio soggiorno non è stata mai pulita. Le tovaglie del bagno non sono mai state cambiate. Non c’è il bidet. I sanitari del bagno sono arrugginiti. Il condizionatore è appena sufficiente ma non performante.

- Amira (9/5): Amazing views - The hotel was very good ...lovely staff always trying to help ...family run business so try to be understanding ....rooms look smart ...very good price in the whole of Istanbul....BEST location beautiful views...amazing views from the breakfast rooms which beat all the views of Istanbul restaurants.....please support this hotel the family work extremely hard ....if you have a issue they will sort it out Everything was fine

Aunque está a 5/10 minutos andando De la Torre Galata, el barrio en el que se encuentra no es bueno. Zona de callejones, oscura y poco segura. El desayuno no es tipo bufet como se anuncia, es un plato cerrado de desayuno turco. Además, tampoco hay café caliente. El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación (en el sótano) no funcionaba y hacía mucha calor.

- Nuno (6/5): Boa localização na movimentada Istambul - Ótima localização, limpeza e comodidades para fazer café, chá e com ar condicionado e frigorífico no quarto. Para um hotel de 3 estrelas o pequeno-almoço é fraco e tem pouca variedade. Nos 3 dias nunca foram ao quarto fazer a cama e despejar o lixo.

- Mark (9/5): - The location of the hotel is excellent – close to everything and very convenient. The hotel itself is simply furnished, but everything was really great. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was fine – not a huge selection, but enough to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff: truly friendly, always smiling, and very attentive. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and a great starting point for exploring Istanbul!
- Santiago (9/5): Excelente relación precio - producto. Muy buena ubicación. - El desayuno es completo, con gran vista. La ubicación es ideal, a unas cuadras de la Torre Galata. Desde ahí caminamos para todos lados. La habitación sin nada super, es cómoda y completa. No es lo ideal llegar con las maletas y subir 3 pisos por escalera.

- Alej 19.97 (5/5): Posizione e nient'altro. - Unica nota positiva è senz'altro la posizione, veramente un'ottima posizione. Per il resto... in 4 notti e 5 giorni non hanno chiesto neanche per sbaglio se ci fosse bisogno del servizio di pulizia, cambio degli asciugamani ecc..insomma cose che dovrebbero farle senza dover chiederle, e non aggiungo cosa abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo in camera... Dovrebbero fare molta più attenzione alla pulizia perché potrebbe davvero essere un bel hotel.

- Natalia (1/5): - Als wir ankamen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten mit Begründung, dass alle Zimmer gleich groß sind und gleich ausgestattet sind, was absolut nicht stimmte. Das Hotel hat auch unsere Stornierung abgelehnt. Nach mehrere Diskussionen haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen was teilweise gut war, zumindest dachten wir uns das. Ich kann gute Bewertungen in diesen Hotel nicht nachvollziehen. Das Zimmer war so dreckig, die Matratze und die Bettwäsche waren grausam. Unser Zimmer wurde auch nicht geputzt, nur wenn man selber was gesagt hat, wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett wurde zugedeckt. Die letzten 2-3 Tagen müssten wir selber die Handtücher wechseln. Ich könnte noch so viel dazu sagen, buchen Sie lieber ein anderes Hotel, für dieses Geld was man da ausgibt, gibt es bessere Hotels.

- TATSIANA (7/5): хорошее расположение, но местами требует обновления, плохой завтрак - удобное расположение отеля. относительно нормальный вид из окна из 303 номера. чай и растворимый кофе в любое время, вода из бутыля есть на кухне. вид с веранды красивый. в номере есть хорошее зеркало в полный рост, небольшой шкаф, стол со стульями, и даже кухня ( без плиты). номер 303 был нормальный, но некоторые вещи требуют замены, например лейка для душа (из неё лилось в разные стороны). не было жидкого мыла для рук. нет места где сушить вещи (мы ездили на пляж, и нам это было необходимо). только один крючок для всех 4х полотенец. уборку не делают, если не попросить. завтрак плохой.

Gorgeous terrace with outstanding view where you can sit, eat, drink and admire the city. We strongly recommend this place.
