- Danielle (5/5): O apt era ótimo, porém o condomínio não é preparado pra turista. - O apt era limpo e novo, e a localização tb é boa. Condomínio é mais residencial, nada é permitido. A noite tem muito barulho dos bares próximos tb.

A televisão não funcionou Todos os dias o Gerente veio não resolveu nada, O Condomínio Cobra taxa de Checkim uma pulseira de plástico 30,00 reais por pessoa um Absurdo, quando questionei que não é permitido por lei taxas de Checkim etc não fizeram nada Aliás uma falta de respeito ao consumidor somente após o pagamento vieram avisar sobre as pulseiras Lei municipal 3779/25
