• Floor (8/5): Het was een super verblijf! - De locatie was heel fijn. Het lag heel centraal in het centrum, waardoor aanlooproutes super waren. Daarnaast waren de faciliteiten in het appartement super. De opbergruimte was super. In de slaapkamer kraakte het bed een beetje, waardoor je de bewegingen van de ander heel goed hoorde.

Yes, the ceilings and the shower cabin are quite small, but that’s typical for Italy and not a fault of the apartment itself. The host was very kind and welcoming, and everything was clear and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend staying there Everything was very good

• Margaret (9/5): Our stay really could not have been better! - Location - close to restaurants, shops, and the main piazza. It’s about 20 minutes walk from the railway station. Facilities were great and we used the washing machine and oven to heat delicious fresh pre-made food we bought nearby. Needs a full length mirror on the bedroom wall. Some people may be bothered by hearing the occasional door close and the (historic) lift in use to other floors. The entry hall has a wonderful marble floor so these sounds reverberate. Also, entry is right on a lane with passing foot traffic so if people are having a good time or shouting it is audible. Not frequent and didn’t really bother us.

Illuminazione da migliorare così come le stoviglie (per soggiorni più lunghi). Rumoroso, specialmente di giorno, si sente tutto ciò che succede nel androne o sulle scale, ma anche di sera se c'è una riunione al piano di sopra perchè non ben isolato. Gestore molto poco gentile tenendo conto della media bolognese.

W środku absolutnie wszystkie rzeczy niezbędne do codziennego funkcjonowania. Bolonia jest miejscem gęstego i wysokiego budownictwa a apartment jest skierowany na boczna uliczkę więc faktycznie jest ciemno i tak jak poprzednicy używaliśmy przez większość czasu światła. Mieszkanie jest niskie, nad brama wjazdową na podwórko. Odglosy otwierania i zamykania bramy slyszalne. Jednym będzie to przeszkadzało, nam nie robiło to różnicy. Dźwięki życia dochodzace z ulicy akceptowalne. Kto był we Włoszech ten wie że rzadkością są totalnie wyciszone miejsca. Domofon dzwonił kilka razy - tak jakby mieszkanie było przypisane do jakiegoś innego punktu. Apartment ma dobrze wyposażona kuchnię, łazienka faktycznie mała z małą kabiną, dostęp do tv, i elektroniczny dostęp do drzwi wejściowych do budynku i mieszkania. Otwieranie drzwi wejściowych kłopotliwe przy pierwszym wejściu - trzeba się nauczyć mechanizmu. Później nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów. Ogólnie pobyt uważam za udany i godny polecenia.

• Robert (8/5): Modernes Apartment in Premiumlage - Die Lage direkt am Piazza Maggiore könnte nicht besser sein, die Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer funktionieren wunderbar. Die Duschkabine ist wirklich sehr eng. Für Shampoo gibt es keine Ablagestelle, sodass ich dieses auf dem Boden gestellt habe. Aufgrund der Enge war es aber nicht möglich, mich vorzubeugen und dieses zu greifen. Zum Einseifen mussten wir daher die Duschkabine verlassen. Das Öffnungssystem der Wohnungstür hat manchmal etwas gedauert, ehe sie sich öffnen ließ. Grundsätzlich finde ich ein solches System aber gut, da man unabhängig voneinander die Wohnung betreten kann.

• David (3/5): - Fin lägenhet men AC var sönder i sovrummet och bäddsoffan saknade sängkläder. Värden löste verken säng linnen till bäddsoffan eller fixade den ej fungerande AC i sovrummet. 38grader utanför, gick inte att sova för barnen
• Neil (7/5): Good - Good location. Well appointed. Very clean. The doorways to both the bedroom and the bathroom are very low. Anybody over average height will find this uncomfortable. I cracked my head a couple of times. Very low beam in bedroom too. Guests should be warned about this in advance. The virtual key system is also temperamental and relies on a strong, consistent phone signal. It was clear from other guests in the building that this varies between providers.
• Joel (6/5): Good location, but some real drawbacks - A fairly large apartment in a fantastic location. However, as others have said, the whole check-in/access situation is overly complex. Is was inundated with emails and messages, all of the same, prior to arriving. I also received a message saying there had been a data breach and my data had been stolen! When I asked what this was and why, I received a poor uncomforting response. The doors are accessible via mobile. The one from the street is easy enough, but the one into the apartment more tricky and takes some getting used to. I’m not sure why a key wouldn’t work and remove the stress a lot of people are having. The apartment was clean and fairly well stocked. As pointed out by others the air con doesn’t seem to work and neither did the kettle. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was nice to have some good storage space available. One of the bedside tables was broken. However, the biggest negative of the stay was the noise from upstairs. A near seemingly constant level of noise from 7 in the morning to late at night. If the people above weren’t walking around, they were moving a chair or furniture. This made it very difficult to relax at any point during waking hours.

• Edmond27 (3/5): Great location, but dirty apartment and they should pay more attention to our concerns - The location and willingness of the host to assist The communication with the property administrators was awkward and unhelpful. I asked several questions before my visit, but they repeatedly sent standard responses without addressing my concerns. It seems there’s a disconnect between the people handling communication and the actual host. The house was not clean, particularly the sofa, which had visible yellowish stains on its cover. The property was cold upon arrival, and the host had to enter the house to address the heating issue, which made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a note indicating that the air conditioner had a remote control, but we couldn’t locate it. The instructions for waste disposal were unclear, with no guidance on how or where to dispose of trash. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this location again.

• David (4/5): Booked late, needed a place and I should of believed the bad reviews. Dark dungeon feeling. - Location, that’s about it. Lightning is so bad, shower is so small you have to turn water off to lather and do squats to pick up shampoo, not enough room to bend over and I am small, noisy, host is almost nonexistent and rude, only reason he answered me was I did a what’s app voice call and he answered with “text me in what’s app, text me in what’s app”. Other reviews say the same. I’m 5’6” and hit my head twice. Bathroom towel so thin it had worn hole in it.

Aggressive host, tiny shower, no one to assist you throughout your stay - Location is excellent, good kitchen facilities and has a washing machine There is a very low beam in the bedroom; my husband badly knocked his head on it in the middle of the night. The shower is tiny! A largish person definitely would not fit in this shower. We really struggled. Terrible lighting; we struggled to be able to see in the kitchen and the bedroom. There is only one mirror, which is over the sink in the bathroom. This is an apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, sizable hallway and open plan kitchen/lounge/dining, so heaps of room to put a second mirror. But I had to wait for my husband to finish shaving to be able to do my hair etc. We have stayed in 6 other guest houses/apartments in Italy through Booking.com. This is the first place where we haven’t been met by a host, welcomed, given information about the accommodation, and helpful information about the surrounding area. I asked several days earlier via WhatsApp if we could store our bags in the morning before checking in as we were arriving from Florence and had a 10.30am food tour booked. Giovanni said via WhatsApp that we could, but on arrival in the morning this was refused; with Giovanni then saying it was a translation error. This was all via message as he never answered any of my calls as we stood out the front of the apartment . I expressed my disappointment to Giovanni as his messages had advised we could store our bags, but in return received 2 extremely rude and quite nasty messages back in succession.

• Marija (9/5): Authentic apartment located in the very center of Bologna. - Perfect location! The apartment is very authentic, it is well equipped with everything you might need. It was a bit dusty. The key-free locking system was a bit inconvenient because it depended on the quality of the internet connection, which wasn’t always possible for us.

• Hamish (6/5): Pleasant - Location was excellent. Spacious apartment with separate bedroom. Full kitchen makes it easy. The bed was terrible. Mattress had two big hollows in it which made it very hard to get a good night sleep. Both of us woke up every morning with a sore back. Dishes were dirty. Getting entry to the apartment is terrible. Need to open the building door and apartment door with an online app. No keys or swipecard. We couldn't empty out rubbish, no swipe key provided for the rubbish bins on the street. No working battery's in any remotes so couldn't operate tv's or heatpump.

• Rune (4/5): Disappointing - Nice location There are a lot of noise in the bedroom from the building door every time someone enters the building from the outside. That happened more or less 100 times every morning. And it woke me up every time. Even though I use ear plugs. The bed is not comfortable. Gave me pain in my back. Had to move around the bed all the time. There can be noise in the bedroom from the street right outside. It wasn’t a general problem though. There can be noise from the stairway since there are no real door to the stairway. It’s an old piece of wood that they made a door of. Also there are no door to the bedroom. They don’t give you a key to the apartment but send you a link that you can open the door to the building and the apartment door with. If you don’t have enough battery on your phone or the link doesn’t work - you can’t enter the apartment. Which was not so nice. Also it can be a little bit difficult to figure out the system they use to open the door. We met two other couples that were also really confused about it. That we had to help. Besides these things the apartment was nice and the location is great.
• Asal (10/5): Me and my family enjoyed our stay, it felt like a good friend’s house - It was cosy and in a very good location. There weren’t enough blankets and towels for 3 people.
• William (7/5): Good - Amazing location. This isn’t a place for tall people. The hall has very short ceilings and the entrance to every room is an opportunity to knock your head. If you are shorter than 5’6”, this might work for you.
