• Ioana (10/5): Great place with great owners! - It was quite, clean and comfortable. The owner left some fresh eggs for us in the kitchen and some beer in the fridge. The Olive Garden was wonderful and you could hear a lot of birds singing. Alberto, the owner, gave us some recommendations for restaurants/bars and the food was amazing. Definitely I will go back and recommend it for friends. We had to walk ~30 min to reach the city center, but that did not bother us, because we were in a quiet area.

• Michael (9/5): - Lovely setting and comfortable apartment. It was a nice touch to get fresh eggs to cook every day. 20-30 min walk into Montepulciano and many nice towns and vineyards to drive to in the day.

• Jeremy (10/5): Just perfect - thank you! - This was our second stay at Mikipong. We loved the quiet and peaceful setting in the olive grove within easy walking distance of Montepulciano. The house was perfectly clean and exceptionally comfortable - lovely views across the countryside. Barbecue facilities are great. The gifts of fresh eggs for breakfast were a lovely welcoming touch. Nothing - it was perfect.

The owner is exceptionally kind and available, always ready to give advice on discovering the best spots in the region. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, with impeccable cleaning service that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, in a very quiet place with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It was a true haven of peace and we were able to fully enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Tuscany. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon!

• Jeremy (10/5): A great place to visit Montepulciano and Southern Tuscany. - This was a great place to stay. Quiet, and felt in the countryside: but a short (5 minute walk, through their olive grove and a country lane) brought you to Montepulciano, and on the outskirts of the town there was an excellent supermarket, a great pizzeria (to eat there, or take away), and a local produce stall selling among other things fresh porcini mushrooms, (we were there in October). The hosts freely supplied their own free range eggs, and need I explain that breakfasts of porcini mushroom omelettes are still memorable. Using the BBQ, even in October, was great, and the result was that, without trying, we did not spend on restaurant meals, which made the whole stay both wonderful and great value for money. Nothing. I am looking to return!
• Kelly (10/5): beyond perfect! - MikipongTWO is absolutely delightful! The photos on booking.com absolutely do not do it justice! It is beyond what we had hoped for and far exceeded our expectations! The grounds are just spectacular. The house is attached to the backside (meaning private!) of a much larger and beautiful main house. You are surrounded by olive trees, roses, rosemary and trees! You have your own private garden which faces the olive grove. The house itself is SO very lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is complete and ready to make espresso in the morning and dinner at night. Fresh eggs are even offered! The bed is big and comfortable and was welcomed after a long flight! The views from every window are literally breathtaking of the Tuscan countryside. The best part though is the owner, a renowned artist. We arrived much later than expected but she welcomed us and offered to call a local restaurant so we could have a late, and delicious, dinner! She could not have made us feel anymore welcome! You are minutes from the beautiful old town of Montepulciano where you'll find wonderful restaurants, wine tasting, gelato and so much history! We travel often but truly this is one of our favorite places to visit and certainly our favorite accommodations! not one thing!

Local tourism information provided was useful and we found some fun things to do as well as great restaurants! Recommend a car to get around the area if you stay here, however we did walk into town a couple of times. Nothing.

Host Alberto was very helpful, kind and communicating as well as his mother and Erida were warm and nice people caring if I need and have everything, all to my comfort. Arrange to pick me from and to the bus station, I loved fantastic spacious terrace, garden with flowers, green and olive trees great for relax time. Beautiful view from lovely decorated home to Tuscan country and on the church. Some refreshment, coffee, tea, fruit and fresh eggs were also provided which was very nice. Clean, well-kept. 10 minutes walk from Montepulciano centre. Nothing, everything was excellent, great.
