- Maryan (10/5): Such a peaceful and cozy stay - I loved that the property was clean and felt like a safe environment for my baby and myself. The host was kind and responsive, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. I truly appreciated the quiet and comfort. I would happily stay again. I was happy with everything, there was nothing I didn’t like.
- Ruth (1/5): For the 2 hours I could stand to be in there it was cold and depressing - Nothing. We had to check out within two hours of checking in. We have photos and videos to prove the dirt of the accommodation and also it was freezing cold. I have asked for me money back as I had to book alternative accommodation and this has been refused. I will be taking this further It was cold. On asking for the heating I was told it was on and would come one every two hours. I was there for two hours and it did not come on. The floors were dirty. The kitchen was dirty. The oven was filthy. The cupboards were full of odds and ends bits and pieces of someone else’s things. There were someone else’s sliders in the only bathroom. The tv didn’t work and the carpets were disgusting.
- Abubakar (3/5): Poor -
- Christopher (1/5): Disaster - We were self catering and we arrived with food to cook but had to go out to eat as the oven was just unbreakable with dirty and no table or chairs to sit to eat' a two seater ment one of us 3 had no where to sit so went outside to sit in our car inside the place had not been cleaned and every wardrobe and shelf was packed with there clothes
there was two bedrooms and the only shower room and toilet was in the main bedroom with numerous Aldi and Lidl toiletries everywhere used toothpaste and toothbrushes on the sink it's just not acceptable and embarrassing to the adults in the second bedroom but we did not know that when booking we had breakfast on the road i don't thunk the windows have ever been cleaned, as for a garden no seating and you look out on falling down property which appears to belong to this property the whole place needs cleaning decorating but we think they are nor worried as it looks like it's there home and all the comfort is in the half to the right where the guy who gave us the key came out of what more can I say about this dreadful experience we drove for 3hours and then had to go out to eat it was a special occasion with nowhere to hang our clothes I would never have thought anyone would have the cheek to call this place acceptable for letting, do you not check what your letting and to add insult to injury it cost E340 and I expect it refunded I have all the photo's if you would like them. Everything just wish we had not experience this awful place
