• Simona (10/5): Happy to be there and definitely would go back there. - Very modern, clean and close to the beach. Ideal location. There was nothing not to like about the property. Weekends can get a bit loud but nothing unbearable.

• Muhammad (8/5): Idyllic beach holiday - Right across the beach. Nice balcony. Secure parking. Clean facilities with alarm Tides conducive to swimming. Brad is a helpful and friendly host. I'm a bit pedantic but there was some grime around the basin drain wastes.

• Wilke (10/5): Really had a great time with family on the patio. Enjoyed how central the house was to everything. - The Place had absolutely everything you could have needed. The host was so kind to even include dishwashing tablets that could be used with the NEW dishwasher he installed. The place was clean and cozy. I loved that it was so close to the main beach. We never had to worry about parking at the busy main beach since we could simply walk there. Unfortunately the noise and music from the main beach was the only dis-pleasant thing about the stay. ( But that is not the places fault). The loud parties and excessive drinking from the main beach late into the evening should be dealt with by the police in the area.

Fans & Air Cons in the rooms, lovely covered patio/balcony. Close to the Beach… Saturday afternoon/evening was very noisy with loud cars revving and popping up and down the road going to & from beach! (That’s the ONLY negative)

• Nthabiseng (10/5): A memorable birthday getaway with my family. - I loved everything about the property. It's beautiful and clean ,it has everything you could ever need in a self-catering unit . Chantal even made provision for coffee and rusks which was a very nice touch. The ocean views are absolutely amazing and the beach is a few steps from the property.We had an amazing holiday. I honestly can't fault the place.
• Anele (10/5): My family and I had a great and comfortable stay. - The property is a walking distance to the beach, it’s spacious and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the host is friendly and responds promptly to queries. The host was kind to provide complementary milk, sugar, coffee, tea and rusks. The rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners. The property is walking distance to the restaurants and supermarket. • Chris (9/5): Superb! We had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay. - I've marked 'quite quiet' because of I think it's some campers that regularly drive by with radios full blast. Where we live we have a Residents Environmental Group and we tackle (or try!) service delivery problems, clean-ups, potholes AND the occasional noise pollution. The lady in No. 2 said its worse over weekends. But all in all we had a wonderful stay. Not many places in the world where you can go swimming in the sea in mid-winter! See above

Wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely stay here again if we're in Scottburgh. Chantal was awesome, so friendly, helpful and welcoming.

• Jolene (8/5): Very good - Chantal gave us a warm and friendly welcome. She was very informative and told us everything we needed to know in just a few minutes- didnt need to call for anything. The place was tastefully decorated in keeping with the theme of the beach house. Lovely location, beautiful views. The things that I didnt like had to do solely with the cleaners and not the property or hosts. Nothing major but considering I am border line OCD, the fact that refrigerator was not cleaned properly from the previous guests was a bit of a problem for me. The kettle could also do with a dose of vinegar and baking soda to remove the oxidation on the bottom which made it unsightly. Lastly, the toothbrush holder in the bathroom had hair in it probably from someone's razor being placed in there. Cleaners need to up their game.
• Deidre (10/5): Happy Family - The rooms were great, nicely set out, comfortable beds, really great view (the photos are exactly what you get), attention to detail is superb (its self catering, but the owner makes sure the basics are there when you arrive). The location was very close to good restaurants and the beach. The owner was brilliant in keeping us up to date on any important issues on the road in and around Scotburgh. This was worth the booking - incredible value for money. Not applicable

• Karel (9/5): Everything was to our expectations, everything was well organized and easy-to-use as well comfortabl - Everything was to our expectations, everything was well organized and easy-to-use as well comfortable, we all enjoyed the stay and it was joyful and relaxing At night time, opposite the Seewindelaan across the road , there's a public vistors area with parking area that was used by locals and they made alot of noise and cars reving and speeding by the place till late evening, even though at this public area there's a Gaurd post without anyone and also the boomgates to the area has been removed, making it free for all to go as they please.

• Nas (9/5): Gem in Scottburgh - The accommodation is beautiful and with modern furnishings. It's clean, comfortable, and with a stunning ocean view. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The milk and cookies were a lovely bonus. Our host Chantal was absolutely amazing, right from confirmation and even checking on us until we reached back home. I would definitely recommend it, and we hope to be back soon p.s they have the right size coffee mugs

• Karen (9/5): I hightly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to return. - We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The unit is top notch and immaculately clean. Recently renovated it has brand new fittings and furnishing throughout with all the creature comforts, including a huge TV with a myriad of options to chose from. This was gratefully received since it decided to rain for most of our time there. Chantal is a very considerate and caring host and went out of her way to stay in contact with us to make sure we were comfortable and were not in need of anything.
