• Anastasiia (10/5): Blisko dworca - Wszystko było super. Czysto, brak nieprzejemnych zapachów. jest duża suszarka, biała pościel, mikrofalówka. łatwo dostać się i instrukcję są detalne. W mieszkaniu jest cicho, a przystanek tramwajowy za rogiem, ok 90m. Łóżko rozmiar 140 cm, dla jednej osoby super, dla dwóch może być niekomfortowe.

• Tanja (8/5): - Nice place, clean, and we had all we needed, supermarket and restaurants close by, not far from the center and train station; very clean, easy check in. Recommended. The bed and pillow are not the most comfortable, it's ok, it's not terrible but could be more comfortable.

• Malyshenko (10/5): Тиха, затишна, тепла квартира, для одномісного проживання - Вибирала конкретно в цьому районі, апартаменти підійшли повністю для одномісного розміщення, дуже зрозуміло подана інформація про ключ. Чисто, дуже тепло та тихо . Неймовірно задоволена перебуванням , хотіла продовжити, але вже було заброньовано на наступний період. Не було бокалів для просекко)) жартую звичайно)

• Lime (10/5): Great place, great price, Recommended! - Great place to stay, very quiet at night, very warm apartment with easy to use radiators. There are two apartments which share a connected hallway and in that hallway is a shared washing machine for the two apartments. I rented out the two apartments and they were both great. Apartment A was a bit nicer than Apartment B but both were great. You're about 10-15 minute walk from both the city and the main train station, since i was getting trains to different cities that was very convenient. Getting into the building was a small bit confusing since there are two similar looking doors, you want the one in the back beside the bins. One apartment was missing a remote which the host informed me about but that was no big deal. I arrived late, around 1am and the self check in was very easy still. I asked the host where to find the keys and they sent me a picture of the keys in the doors of the shared hallway, he sent me the code to the front door and the hallway door to get in. Not much, kitchen could have done with more glasses and cups but it had coffee and a french press which was nice. The shower for Apartment A uses a shower curtain where as apartment B uses a much nicer glass door. It was a bit annoying but it's fine. Since the washing machine is shared between the two apartments that could make things awkward or annoying for some people.

Poucos passos das paradas de TRAN E BUS . 1° ANDAR sem muitas escadas , entrada por TAG de acesso e código na porta principal e chaves na porta segundaría de acesso ao quarto studio . Tem micro-ondas, ótimos café, açúcar, sal e chá. Fogão de 2 bocas , geladeira pequena porém espaçosa, armários, ótimos talheres , copos e pratos , xícaras, etc. A CAMA boa porém o COLCHÃO muito mole , muito desconfortável. Wi-Fi bom , com alguns falhos de sinal as vezes. Roupas de cama , edredons e toalhas de ótimas qualidades . O apartamento foi dividido em 2 studios , sendo assim a entrada ao apartamento é de acesso NÃO PRIVATIVO . O que incomoda um pouco quando alguém do outro apartamento entra ou sai ... Principalmente se o outro quarto fazer check-out , você escuta toda a limpeza do apartamento ao lado logo pela manhã. Eu tive a infelicidade de nas 2 últimas noites, chegaram um grupo de amigos polacos , eran 3 homens 1 menina , entravam e saiam sempre e batiam as portas , além de estarem sempre bebendo , falando alto na madrugada . Tentei ignorar mas no último dia antes da minha saída eran 4 horas da manhã e eles fazendo ruidos altos e isso me fez não ter uma boa noite de sono.

• Łukasz (9/5): - Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry, apartament cudownie czysty, wyposażenie ograniczone metrażem, ale jeśli ktoś tak jak my nie planuje gotowania większych posiłków jest zdecydowanie wystarczająco. Lokalizacja świetna. Jeśli będziemy odwiedzać ponownie Poznań chętnie skorzystamy z tego apartamentu. Stosunek ceny do jakości przerósł oczekiwania. Nie ma takich rzeczy
• W (6/5): Good price/quality - Very good price and availability. Acceptable bed comfort. The apartment has low sun exposition and due to poor ventilation it’s very hot inside - I wouldn’t recommend renting in summer. The staircase of the building is not very appealing.
• Katarzyna (5/5): Passable - The location is ok, it’s easy to either walk or tram to basically anywhere in the city. The internet is good enough to work from the flat. Didn’t have problems with loud neighbours. Easy check in and check out. Nice food options in the neighbourhood, including the Rynek Wildecki with fresh produce. Comfortable mattress. One of the worst bathrooms I have seen in a hotel. The sink and the shower were completely clogged, taking a shower was not a pleasant experience. The door to the shower did not close properly as well. The window was broken. There was a sewage smell on occasion. The shower gel shelf in the shower kept on falling off. Other than that, the chairs at the eating table were rather uncomfortable. The local drunkards spend their days in front of the entrance, next to the trash cans. Not all dishes in the kitchen were clean, the sieve was disturbingly dirty. It was cheap but all in all we have no desire to repeat that experience.

• Dmytro (9/5): Superb - Good location, comunicave host, quaite. Near shops, cafes, sport gym place. Everything was great. I didn't have enough parking lot.
• Jonathan (10/5): So nice, I wish I could have stayed here for six months! - A homey and quiet apartment that was ideal for my twelve-night stay. Nice neighborhood full of nearby cafes and convenience stores, and just a 10 minute walk from the main part of town. Excellent air conditioning, kitchenette, and washing machine too! Terrible mattress ought to be replaced ASAP. Building's entrance is dusty and dilapidated, but the apartment itself is super clean and well-maintained. Wifi was mostly solid but occasionally went out; ancient router ought to be upgraded at least to Wifi 6. All this said, I was super happy here and would be thrilled to return.

Nice cafes and restaurant at end of the street. 20 min walk to old town. Very nice host who kept in touch and provided good clear info on how to get in to the apartment. Apartment was spotlessly clean
