- Frederick (7/5): Bien mais aura besoin d’etre remis à jour - Tres bonne premiere impression, classe apparente, elegance… Mais… Hotel imposant, vaste mais dont le lustre est passé et qui aurait besoin de retrouver de la fraicheur. Fait rare au Japon, les sanitaires etaient propres bien sur mais vetustes. Les serviettes et tous les savons/shampoing avaient ete oublies. Devant repartir de bonne heure, je n’ai pas pu me doucher…

- Ling Sui (10/5): 芬多精滿滿的伊香保溫泉之旅 - 這次入住的體驗非常愉快！工作人員在辦理入住時很親切，讓人一開始就感到放鬆與安心。房間雖然帶有一些歷史感，但維持得很好，整體環境舒適宜人。 我選擇了包兩餐的方案，餐點表現令人印象深刻。早餐選擇豐富，比過去入住的溫泉飯店更有變化；除了晚餐主菜提供壽喜燒因個人不食牛未能品嚐外，其他料理無論口味或呈現都相當出色。 整體來說是一段很滿意的住宿體驗，也會讓人想再訪。 沙發有點舊。個人覺得枕頭太硬。
- Teeraphong (8/5): Really good to stay here - The hotel is neat, clean & has wide variety of amenities to choose for your skin care as japanese standard. There's ramen shop opening from 8 pm. til night in hotel, in case u dont order for hotel's dinner, because there're few shops opening in the night & u might walk to the base of stairs to have dinner. Convenient store also is near the base of stairs. They provide 2 types of onsen water (gold; Iron-rich water & silver water) which is the main point to be in Ikaho. View from hotel is great. There r staffs speaking English. Providing a big bottle of mineral water in room is super lovely. If u have big luggage and use public transportation, u have to search for its "parking lots" to walk there [8 min from base of stair] or there may be pick-up service. Because there're 2 entrances: 1. Stone stair entrance which is almost on the 300th step; 2. The entrance via parking lot which is for driving or carrying big luggage there. The rotemburo is quite small. Walking to onsen bath is quite distant if u stay in other bldgs. The breakfast options are good esp. if u are fan of japanese food. No basic amenity e.g. body soap etc. in ur room. [But u come to use onsen, right?] Convenient store is at base of stair.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Fukuichi hot spring hotel was such a beautiful and comfortable place for a holiday of sight seeing. - Located along the stone steps of Ikaho onsen. Cool in March, breathtaking views of Gunma's snowy mountain ranges and Shibukawa valley. Fukuichi hot spring hotel and restaurant staff are warm, friendly and some speak excellent English. We had absolutely delicious Japanese dinners as well.

All'interno dell'albergo ci sono ristoranti, il ping pong, il karaoke (che noi purtroppo però non abbiamo trovato aperto), una sala ricreativa con manga e caffè a disposizione, diversi spazi dove rilassarsi e oziare. Se non fosse che Ikaho è adorabile da girare e – per quanto piccola – piena di posticini carini e cose da fare, si potrebbe anche solo stare in hotel. Le stanze sono classiche con tatami, molto spaziose e accoglienti. Tutta la struttura è molto pulita. Pro che forse interessa solo a me: ci sono due Lovot <3

- Kai Xin (7/5): Comfortable stay in a relatively convenient location - good for 1-2 nights - Located in a convenient location with side exit right beside the stone steps. Breakfast was amazing and room was spacious. View from my room was lovely. Bath amenities were plenty. Interesting that they have karaoke room to be reserved with extra charge. Staff did not confirm that I had pre-paid my stay via booking.com and had almost double charge me - and didn’t seem to be apologetic about it. Not sure about English-speaking staffs available since the ones I have experienced didn’t seem to be able converse much. If you are heading there by public transport and by foot, do indicate the destination to be their carpark - I got led to the back entrance meant for staff by searching the hotel itself. Not really a con but their public baths do not allow tattoo as with most places in Japan and their private ones can be pricey (5000 yen per 45mins). Service feels more like a hotel-oriented one rather than ryokan - they do not show you to your room.

- Vincent (10/5): Amazing stay ! - Great view from the room and the hotel. The room was amazing, especially the beds, first time i was able to sleep without getting too hot ! The food was excellent, same with the presentation. The staff was really great too, no issue speaking english.
- 聖凱 (10/5): - 飯店沿著山壁，在石段街的最上面，可以到飯店的19樓，進去後有連廊及電梯可以通往大廳及各層房間，大廳有提供免費的飲料及小零食，大澡堂在3樓，有露天也有室內，有分為金湯跟銀湯兩種，澡堂很大，位子很多很舒服，白天晚上會交換，可以都去泡看看，早餐在8樓，是自助的日式早餐，也有一些麵包優格，外面還有桌球可以打，也有微波爐，可以從石段街的最下面便利商店買微波便當來當晚餐消夜。這次房間在24樓可以直接看到石段街、伊香保神社還有遠方的山，很適合坐在沙發看風景發呆，睡覺的地方是塌塌米還有床，也可以自己舖在塌塌米上睡，房間有大冰箱、熱水壺，泡完湯躺著發呆很舒服。

- james (10/5): Great place - Onsen is fantastic, I have two small tattoos and they gave me skin stickers to cover them for free. We loved the big lounge and free snacks and drinks and the little robot guy. Friendly staff, cavernous hotel it just keeps going. Lovely Japanese style room and an exit straight out onto the steps. Free parking too. We got a bit lost finding it, you need to approach from the bottom/front of the hotel, not the back! The reception music created a great old school vibe, half expected James bond to stroll through. The room could have been cleaner, the wall materials obviously don't clean well and are stained.

- 致宇 (9/5): - 現場人員的服務很到位，禮品部的工作人員也很好聊天 餐食的部分晚餐的解說細膩，而且相當美味；早餐也是有很多種類的餐點可以選擇，但建議早點去，不然可能要等上一陣子 溫泉也是很棒，泡完馬上有放鬆的感覺，空間也足夠大！ 入口地點需要稍微找一下，外國遊客如果只看Google地圖可能需要提前規劃一下最短的距離

- Polina (8/5): Очень понравилось, отзывчивые сотрудники, расположение - идеал, Онсен прекрасен - Удивительное расположение, из отеля открывается божественный вид, отель состоит из двух зданий, соединенных коридором, на возвышенности, завораживающее зрелище. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Немного устаревший ремонт, внутреннее убранство отеля не менялось с 90-х годов. Но это не очень сильно смущает. Смущает больше прочего запах: его сложно описать, но так всегда пахнет в старых отелях. Расположение отеля и величие самой постройки заслуживает того, чтобы ремонт освежили :(

- NAHOMI (10/5): 最高のお宿！ - 駐車場へ駐車するときから チェックイン お部屋 スタッフのみなさまの対応 全てにおいて 大変素晴らしい福一さんでした。 ホスピタリティの高さを実感し、素敵で優雅な宿泊をすることができました！必ずまた伺いたいお宿です！ お風呂も朝食も 荒れている部分が少しもなく 大変安心できました！今度はお夕飯付きで行きたいです！ 特にありません！

- Rika (7/5): - フロントの方々の対応は、とても素晴らしく、丁寧で良かったです。 お食事のスタッフの方が、配膳や下善に必死で、笑顔もなく残念でした。 お料理が運ばれてくるタイミングも少し遅く、味も濃すぎて食べられないものがあった。
- Jessica (8/5): - Friendly staff, stunning view and great location. We had a traditional room which was a new experiance for us. We weren't used to sleeping on futon matts but it was ok, if a bit thin. The kids loved the welcome bot and table tennis. Excellent Osen facility. It was our first time and there were good explanations on how to use the facility. This was clearly an amazing hotel in its day. Some of the fittings in the common areas are looking well loved but still a delightful stay. The room was nice and all was clean.
