• Lisa (3/5): Super Lage aber besser man hat Putzmittel und eigene Bettwäsche dabei - Das einzig wirklich gute war die Lage. Man ist innerhalb von 5 min mitten in der Medina und sofort am Platz Jema el fna. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig gelegen vor allem Nachts. Für uns nicht wichtig, aber für andere ein Pluspunkt- es gibt einen riesen Flatscreen tv mit netflix usw. das Wlan hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir mussten erst mal eine Stunde warten, da ein anderer Gast noch nicht "ausgecheckt" hatte. In dieser Zeit spritzte der Vermieter das Bad mit Wc nur mit Wasser maximal eine Minute lang ab-- was absolut keine ordentliche Reinigung war, da kein Reinigungsmittel/Putzlappen oder sonstiges verwendet wurde und der noch nicht "ausgecheckte" Gast im Anschluss noch sein großes Geschäft erledigte und keine Bürste o.ä. verwendete. ausserdem erklärte uns der Vermieter die Hausregeln bezüglich Schuhen- man durfte nämlich auf den bereits sehr ekligen Teppich nur barfuß oder mit den vom ihm bereitgestellten alten dreckigen Badelatschen. Danach zeigte er uns die Wohnung die einfach verdreckt war und schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Ich muss dazu sagen, wir sind viel mit dem Rucksack und wenig geld durch Asien gereist und haben wirklich KEINE hohen Ansprüche und sind einiges gewohnt und hatten uns kein super Hotel/Riad erwartet ABER ein einfaches sauberes Bad, Küche ohne vergammeltes Essen, mit gespültem Geschirr und eine saubere frische Bettwäsche ohne die Haare der Vorgänger, Flecken und Löcher hatten wir uns bei 25 Euro die Nacht eigentlich schon erwartet. Der Vermieter war ein älterer Herr, der ein wenig überfordert wirkte aber ansonsten sehr freundlich war. Wir versuchten uns zu verständigen mit Händen und Füßen da er kein Englisch und wir kein Französisch oder Arabisch sprechen. Weshalb wir dann auch nichts zu ihm sagten wegen der Sauberkeit, da es offensichtlich war, dass dies zwecklos gewesen wäre. Alles in Allem, nach dem ersten "kurz sacken lassen", Kopfschütteln und Lachen über diese ersten skurilen Momente, weil man e nichts mehr ändern konnte, einer Stunde Bad putzen mit 1 ganzen Flasche Reinigunsmittel und eigenen großen Tüchern die wir dabei hatten und als bettwäsche verwenden konnten ging es für zwei Nächte.

Die Lage war zwar richtig toll, aber der Zustand des Hauses nicht in Ordnung. - Die Lage war toll Die Unterkunft war sehr runtergekommen und vollgestellt mit Sachen. Leere Wasserflaschen in der Küche. Es sah aus, als würde da jemand wohnen. Vor allem Küche und Bad waren sehr ungepflegt.. zerbrochene Fliesen, kaputte Armatur,.. alles sehr alt. Außerdem hat es reingeregnet.

• Alessia Las Palmas (10/5): - En la casa está todo muy bien es un alojamiento típico de la zona y con buenas camas buena ropa de cama y más de lo que una mayoría ofrece teníamos té aceite de oliva papel higiénico de sobra teníamos una buena tele una buena nevera tenía amor todo lo básico que se pueda pedir toallas un buen termo todo chapeau. L la familia de la tienda al lado son muy buena gente y tienen muy buenos precios en todos sus productos me encantaba comerme unos huevos enrollados a primera hora del día a muy buen precio por ejemplo No tengo nada de lo que quejarme solo una vecina allí que salió un poco grosera (la del 32) porque su niña se asustó y no le dio por preguntar si había pasado algo. fue una excepción en todo lo que ofrece Marrakech en general, que es amabilidad y hospitalidad que no quiere decir que tengan por qué ser sumisos.
• Guest (4/5): - Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen was really old and didn't work but the owner(speaking english and replying instantly) made sure to change it the next day. Also, Mohamed was really kind and helpfull, even though he is not speaking english he managed to explain and help us with everything. ATTENTION!!!!!! There is not a ceiling! The roof is open! There is not heating at all! If you are travelling at a period when the nights are cold it will be a nightmare.

THIS IS NOT SAFE. THERE IS NO HEATING OR AC. RAIN FALLS INSIDE ON THE TILE STAIRS AND THEY ARE SLIPPERY AND DANGEROUS. THE OWNER DOES NOT ANSWER BOOKING.COM REQUEST FOR REFUNDS AND YOU WILL BE OUT THE MONEY. READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEW ABOUT POOR CONDITIONS AND HAVING TO LEAVE. OWNER AGREED TO GIVE A REFUND OF ALL NIGHTS AND THEN DID NOT APPROVE IT AFTER WE LEFT AND PAID FOR THE NIGHTS ELSEWHERE. RAIN WAS POURING DOWN THE STAIRS AND COLLECTING IN BUCKETS. WE WERE GIVEN SQUEEGEES TO MAINTAIN IT. EVERYTHING WAS DAMP AND COLD. WE CALLED HIM TO ASK FOR THE HEATER REMOTE AND HE PROMISED A HEATER OR REPAIR MAN AND THEN LEFT US COLD AND WET ALL NIGHT WITH NO HEAT SOURCE. HE HAD PROVIDED CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS FOR IF WE HAD TO LEAVE IF IT WAS TOO COLD TO STAY AND TOLD US HE WOULD GIVE A REFUND OVER THE PHONE. WE RECORDED THE PHONE CALL. WE NEVER GOT OUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT BOOK HERE THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER!! THE PLACE IS FILTHY. NO HOT WATER IN KITCHEN OR BATHROOM SINK. ROOMS HAVE NO LOCKS AND THE ROOFTOP IS OPEN TO OUTSIDE SO NOT SECURE FOR YOUR BELONGINGS. IF YOU'VE BOOKED THIS, GO ELSEWHERE AND TRY TO CANCEL IT THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD.

• Stefania (2/5): Non tornerei - La posizione Alloggio NON adatto per soggiornare nei mesi freddi e piovosi!!! La casa è su 3 piani con due camere da letto separate al secondo e all'ultimo la terrazza, al primo salotto, bagno e cucina. Una parte di scale per salire ai piani è all'aperto, quindi dato che ha piovuto parecchio e faceva freddo le scale si sono bagnate e la casa fredda. Nella descrizione c'è scritto che c'è il RISCALDAMENTO. NON È VERO. E ... In questa stagione fa FREDDO dato che le montagne dell'Atlas sono innevate e ci sono giorni di pioggia. Marrakech non è SOLO CALDA!!!!!!!!!! c'è un climatizzatore SOLO in una stanza e direi non funzionante!!!!!!!!!! Tante coperte pesanti. Cambi letti puliti. Per il resto poca pulizia, tante cianfrusaglie inutili, e nella stanzetta della terrazza praticamente c'era un cantiere aperto e in cucina un sacco di cemento a terra. Il wifi è andato benissimo il primo e l'ultimo giorno..... ..... ....... Salvo la posizione!!! Ma non tornerei!! Viaggio parecchio e mi adatto anche parecchio!! Ma in questo appartamento non tornerei!

• Loes (5/5): - De ligging: centraal maar toch net weg van het drukke deel van de Medina. De ontvangst: er werd ons gevraagd om 100dh tourist tax te betalen terwijl dit niet afgesproken was. De ruimtes: de benedenruimte was nog ok, maar de bovenruimte met twee slaapkamers stond helemaal vol. Geen opgemaakte bedden, ... Doucheruimte/ toilet: viel zwaar tegen. Heel lawaaierig: alle geluiden van op straat kwamen zo het appartement binnen. De prijs die we betaalden beloofde misschien ook niet veel meer...

• Hugo (8/5): Fantastic apartment! Thanks for having me. - Great location, very good value and a really nice apartment to stay in for a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again! Wifi didn't seem to work - but I had an eSIM anyway, so didn't try to hard to work out what the problem was.
• Gil Giménez (1/5): - Nada, a pesar de estar dentro de la medina era un callejón perdido de la mano de dios en el que un señor sin dientes y con una mancha de aceite en la sudadera nos perseguía y esperaba en la puerta del apartamento. Y a pesar de ser amable el dueño no puso ninguna solución ya que no era posible, le faltaba el techo, limpieza y seguridad a pesar de que él asegurase lo contrario. La estancia en este apartamento fue infernal, no entiendo cómo tiene esta puntuación tan alta. En primer lugar el apartamento estaba exageradamente sucio, se notaba que nadie había limpiado allí en mucho tiempo. En segundo lugar no estaba techado por lo que entraba muchísimo frío siendo que fuimos en enero y entraban también los gatos durante la noche. La puerta de la terraza no tenía pestillo por lo que desde terrazas vecinas se podía acceder. Tampoco las habitaciones eran seguras ya que sí tenían pestillo pero estaba pintado por encima y era imposible cerrarlo. En tercer lugar el baño era insalubre, la ducha daba directamente sobre la taza del váter además de tener las juntas de los azulejos muy sucias también. Faltaba uno de los mandos de control del fogón de la cocina por lo que cuando encendías el gas no podía ser cerrado, podríamos haber sufrido un grave accidente. Un lugar que puede estropear totalmente tu viaje, decidimos abandonar el apartamento y pasar nuestra estancia en otro lugar, el Riad Green Vines, vale muchísimo más la pena. En resumen, las imágenes que se muestran en la página están sesgadas, nada que ver con la realidad, todo muchísimo más pequeño y sucísimo, no pudimos ni terminar nuestra estancia allí. ¡No tenía ni techo! No adjunto ni videos ni más fotos porque no me lo permite la aplicación pero ni se os ocurra pasar aquí vuestra estancia.

• NOE (7/5): Bastante bien - La ubicación buena, el anfitrión o persona que nos recibió, muy amable. Hacía bastante frío pero había muchas mantas, así que todo bien. Había una TV enorme pero no funcionaba. Agua caliente ok. Todo bastante bien en general. Por decir algo, que la enorme TV no funcionaba y que el rooftop podrían trabajárselo un poco pero creo que estaban en ello.

• Radovan (2/5): We're independent travelers with over 40+countries across the globe, not 1st time in Morocco. - Good locality. Horrible equipment. Only cold water in the kitchen and wash-basin. Shower was not connected (the boiler) to electricity, means it took some time to get hot water -we had to connect it. Shower was not working well - leaking water, broken system switching water up or down etc. Super low doors to the bathroom, we were hitting our heads almost all the time. The owner does not speak English almost at all which was a pain for us too - not possible to agree about anything. Parking slots in close distance - 7 EUR / night. Not possible to par cheaper. Bedrooms are very, very small - just for a bed. Wide of room is about 1.8m only. One room had broken locking system of window - not possible to close it properly, we had to fix it. The room orientation (window) made us waking up early morning - you hear each noise on a corridor beneath of it (as windows were not good). No possibility to heat bedrooms, as was cold weather and we were cold. Can't recommend at all...

• Kaylee (8/5): - This is budget accommodation and reflects that, the hosts are incredibly kind and had excellent communication and the location is quiet. A few streets away from the bustle of the Medina. I wouldn’t recommend this as a first time Morocco experience, but if you have been before and budget is the most important factor I would recommend staying. Two bed rooms with double bed, couch on the floor, plenty of sheets, no curtains, small open rooftop (you may get some feline visitors inside) down stairs has kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Who ever is going down the stairs can see straight into the bathroom due to opening above the door. Clean condition if a little cluttered.

• Domen (9/5): Great place. DO NOT FOLLOW Google Maps car directions! Friendly host does not speak English. - The location is great, within walking distance of the things we wanted to see. There is a safe 24/7 monitored car park nearby - Sidi Ayoub. There are some closer car parks, but I haven't checked them out. The host was very friendly, but does not speak English, only french. We got free water when we arrived, which was a life saver. There is also a small store a few steps from the apartment where you can buy the necessities. There are not many people in the streets around the location. Overall I recommend this place! CRITICAL!!! Google maps does NOT provide good directions to this place BY CAR! The host should have told us NOT to follow Google Maps car directions in Marrakesh. We were in a very bad situation because we went into some very narrow streets that were almost impossible to get out of. We had to pay some locals that helped us and it was a very stressful and risky situation. Please make it more clear exactly where to park the car and how to get there! There are local children playing and people having conversations in the streets around the location and close to the bedroom windows. Even after midnight, it can be quite loud - but this is probably the same in almost all locations in Marrakesh. I recommend bringing earplugs, and be prepared to ask people to be quiet if it's late. The host is very friendly and speaks many languages, but English is not one of them.

• Irina (8/5): Reasonably priced apartment with excellent location - Very well located, most attractions in the Medina, a taxi stand and restaurants are in walking distance. Nicely decorated apartment with basic necessities (towels, linens, kitchenette). The owner and the staff Mohammed were friendly. The roof top is open such that the rain came through into the staircase/living room floor (bedrooms were NOT affected and stayed always dry).
• Mohamed (8/5): Dwira stay with family - The location is very good , closer to the town centre. Bahia palace, Jama al fina all in walkable distance. One room has AC. If the owners fit AC in another room, then the property will be the best in the area as it has own bathroom, kitchen , Dining room. Staff Muhammad and brother Kamal are very helpful.
• Alba (9/5): Don't miss out! - A beautiful apartment! Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Kamal face-to-face, but we did meet his wonderful mum and dad. They made us feel like home and welcomed us with a smile. The apartment is very close to the Souk and Jemaa el-Fna, so the location is perfect. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, and we felt very comfortable during the whole stay. Thank you very much to Kamal and his family for the hospitality, we hope to come back some day!

A shame that the night before I was travelling the host messaged to say the house isn’t available anymore d - Really great location, quite close to the most important excursions and places in Marrakech. Very small, poor charging services (was too slow to charge) at times.
