• Meyer (10/5): Excellent, stylish with all amenities available and we'll situated with good value for money. - Beautiful stylish and well equipped apartment with easy walk to the old town, bus station, restaurants and supermarket. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We missed hot showers as the water was not warm.
• Tim (10/5): Super voor een koppel - Het was erg schoon en had een goede locatie. Het was 5 minuten lopen naar de supermarkt en ook 5 minuten naar het strand. Communicatie met de eigenaar was ook erg top. -
• Jaka (10/5): - Apartman je bio besprijekorno čist i uredan. Sve je kao na fotografijama. Apartman se nalazi u blizini centra grada, sve je blizu, od trgovina, restorana, kina, kolodvora... U apartmanu smo boravili 6 dana i imali smo dovoljno ručnika. Preporučujem ovaj smještaj.

• Marcofnmartins (10/5): Excellent accommodation - The location of the accommodation is excellent, a short walk from the city center and close to the main beach. There is free parking on-site, which made our stay much easier. The place was spotlessly clean, something we truly value. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing great nights of rest. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and we were also welcomed with drinks and sweets in the apartment. In addition, the host was very helpful and attentive, providing all the necessary information before and throughout our stay, which made the experience even more smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Also the comunication with the host was excelent even though we have not met. I can definitely recommend staying in this apartment if you are traveling as a couple. • R (10/5): Superb, clean modern and room place. - Brilliant place, modern, clean and new. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice light bathroom. Plenty of room to move around and good storage. I liked the table and chairs outside to have a morning coffee in the sun. A short walk to the beach and not far to the old town. The communication from the owner was really helpful. I would stay again. Nothing. Maybe a microwave to cook/heat food. But there are plenty of good eating places in Zadar.
• Timothy (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in a neighborhood in walking distance to Old Town through a lovely park or along the shore. You also have a parking space. Great beach a few blocks away with a beach bar to watch the amazing sunset. The studio is brand new with great bathroom and kitchen. Phillip met us shortly after we arrived and the studio was stocked with coffee, wine, chocolate and snacks. He gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. There is also a nice restaurant down the block. Phillip met us upon check out and gave us a lovely bottle of olive oil. I highly recommend this studio.
• Tu (10/5): Just perfect! - The location is quiet and very convenient, it takes only a few minutes to walk to the sea, and there are some good restaurants nearby, as well as shops. We could park on the premises, which was a big plus. The apartment itself is very modern and in impeccable condition. It is very well equipped and has everything one may need during their vacation and more. It was very clear that Martina pays a lot of attention to detail, as everything was squeaky clean and orderly. All in all, we had an amazing stay and would gladly return anytime! none

The neighborhood is surrounded by great and affordable restaurants, so you’ll never run out of delicious options for dining. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The owners were incredibly polite and pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here every time I come to Zadar.

• Marino (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and modern apartment, perfect. New, clean and comfortable to stay. It's not big, but it has everything a couple needs. Only 100 m from the beautiful Kolovare beach. Highly recommended!
