• David (9/5): Superb - Amazing, spacious and beautiful apartment in a great location.
• Kolera (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in a safe location that was easy walking distance to several attractions. It was large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There was central air in half the space and those areas were a bit warmer than the areas with a unit in the room. Im not sure if the temp was set higher or it was just an old unit.
• Tanya (10/5): The hosts were excellent. For a family you couldn’t do better - Very clean, everything we needed and a great location with plenty of places to eat nearby. Nothing, couldn’t find any faults.

• Fox (10/5): Spacious, well appointed apartment with super service from the rental agency. - The location is in walking distance to most places and it is easy to get a bus to further out locations. The busses were easy to use and not packed. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and super clean. The rental agency was extremely helpful and very friendly. They can arrange transport, tours etc and take care of your bags until your next move. They were very gracious and let me stay in the office after check out while the family explored in the 97 degree heat which was too much for me. I will definitely use them again.

Lots of space, very cool and quiet apartment with lots of space to spread out - great terrace space too. Lift was a bonus too. Not a massive issue but be careful with the slope into the lounge, I think we all slipped on it during the stay.

• Ruvinder (9/5): Would not hesitate to book or recommend this place - We had the most memorable stay! - We arrived very late and It was very easy to collect keys - in a locker close by the location. We were given detailed instructions with pictures to help us unlock the locker. We travelled in Feb and it was very cold outside, but the property was lovely and warm - all the time. The pictures of the property are exactly as the property is - the size of the property is just 'mind blowing' and nothing which pictures can depict. There are plenty of towels and bedding available. Shower gel, soap and shampoo was also provided. Bathrooms were very well equipped. The kitchen contained all the necessary pots, pans, bowls, glasses etc. We found some the cutlery was soiled/stained upon arrival, but we ran it through the dishwasher on the first night before using. Washing liquid, softener and dishwasher tablets are all provided! The sights are a short walk, supermarkets are not far and some fantastic restaurants nearby too! Quiet neighbourhood and Wifi was superb! Highly reccomend this place. We are looking to book for a longer period of time next time. There is nothing that would prevent us from booking again or recommending this place as it truly felt like a home away from home. However, I feel the property would benefit from offering some instructions on how to use the appliances as not everyone would be able to mess around to find how things work (this applies to the: induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, washing machine and dryer). The hosts should also indicate how to locate the washing machine and dryer - which is in the garden/outdoor space. We gave up with the Oven as it was frustrating to use. These are all very minor points and should not deter anyone from booking this wonderful place. Also - the little ramp connecting the living room to the dining room is a bit of a safety hazard and the property would benefit from some anti slip coating on that element. Because my children were wearing socks, they both fell and hit their heads pretty hard. After a couple of days we got used to it, but this issue is easy to prevent.
• Laura (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great location - Beautiful, spacious apartment. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds and has everything you need for a short stay. The coffee machine was a great addition. Great central location, close to all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. There are two mini markets next to the apartment which were a bit expensive although there is a small supermarket close by which is more reasonable. The hosts were very helpful we checked in late and the instructions were very clear. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the near future.
• Alison (10/5): Excellent accommodation within easy reach of Romes landmarks - Excellent apartment within easy walking distance to the colosseum- Trevi fountain - Spanish steps amongst many others and only a 10min walk to the subway . The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating would definitely stay here again and recommend to others . Accommodation very spacious, clean and just as pictured.
• Ehud (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is really perfect. We arrived in Rome for 3 days, a family of 5 adults, the apartment suited us very well, We found everything we needed. We ordered through the office which the property is leased transportation to the airport and a tour with a guide to the Coliseum and the Forum which was extremely successful Every thing was great. A Kitchen towel could be nice to have
• Feelnash (10/5): I sincerely recommend to stay! - Wonderful spacious and clean flat in the very centre of Rome. Comfortably accommodated 4 people, but could have easily accommodated many more. The kitchen had everything we needed, all rooms are well cooled in summer. The only downsides were the lack of slippers to go out on the terrace and disposable toothbrushes/paste.
