Guest Reviews
- Ilia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ho (7/5): Good -
- Yang (10/5): Good - This is the international life style hotel.i love it to very much when I am in difficult ,stuff Gave me a lot of help and made me feel warm and happy I love them. Thank you very much
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - A proper hostel. Kindly people running both the owner and the volunteers. All really excellent. So chilled it’s horizontal. Free space. Lots of good conversations with lots of good people. The owner cooks a mean bbq. What more could you want?
- Nlaski (4/5): Disappointing - Good price, nice staff. The sheets and the entire room was really dirty. The wifi was not useful for working there. The breakfast is a lie. I had to take a cold shower because there was not hot water. The neighborhood is dangerous at night.
- Russell (7/5): Okay. - Friendly staff, secure, lockers available (bring a padlock), good wi-fi, plenty of space, small kitchen but has essentials, quiet at night. I felt safe in the area. Old building and rather rundown.
- Mat (7/5): Good - Overall a nice stay. Missed out on the breakfast I'd paid for because I had to leave early-ish both mornings. Breakfast was served late at, like around 10AM if i recall.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Great location. Its kinda DIY hostel, which I liked a lot. People are nice, the building is very interesting and the hostel cat is very cute. The kitchen is quite small, but its everything there what you would need, to prepare your meal yourself.
The provided breakfast is great, its very nice to sit at the table at the morning, with the other guests.
- Alexis (8/5): Very good - The common areas Mattress was really bad, with strings
Having to ring (and ring again) and wait each time you want to get in the hostel
- Douglas (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good. easy access to transportation and groceries. There is a lot of common space Everything is run down. Some of the beds are very uncomfortable. Toilet stalls have limited privacy and are very cramped. The staff and volunteers are a bit cold and stand offish. I am not really sure how they got an overall 8 rating. I think most that come here were expecting more.
- Katja (9/5): Superb -
- Travelnow1 (10/5): Exceptional - Rodri and Matti were the best hosts ever, they made my stay the best hostel experience I've had in years.
They are helpful, welcoming, great attitude and very cheerful Could have more maintenance or renovations to keep the bathroom and shower area cleaner
- Karsten (9/5): Superb - The hostel is in an old house with high rooms close to a Metro station and a big supermarket. Very nice ambience , a bit like a museum. Good breakfast. Muchas gracias!
- Zsuzsa (2/5): Very poor -
- Serenella (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, 3 away from Metro. Like all old hostels in South America the bathroom are a little less comfortable than usual, but it was clean!
- Benedikt (10/5): Exceptional - Great staff, location, good price Beds uncomfortable
- Petar (9/5): Amazing place with amazing people, would recommend. - The location and the price are simply unbeatable. The hosts are amazing as well as the atmosphere, the common spaces are perfect. It is a DIY hostel, if You like this style like I do, You will love this place. The rooms are spacious and everything is clean. The breakfast is decent as it should be for a continental breakfast. Would recommend. It's not that i didnt like, but the toilets, more precise the showers need a little upgrade. They work fine and are clean but could use a freshening up...
- Rahul (8/5): Very good -
- Rahul (7/5): Excellent stay - Has character. Good “space “ and ideas to connect. Eg BBQ Fan would be good in room, also hot water was a challenge.
- Rahul (8/5): Very good -
- Sergey (9/5): Superb - Perfect location: most of main attractions can be reached by walk, a lot of restaurants around, and there is also a metro station just 3.minutes away, which will bring you to pretty much any point in Santiago in no time. Awesome personal was always there and
ready to reply to any request. Nice backyard to hangout. The building is quite old and squeaky floor can wake you up, so bring earplugs
- Evan (7/5): Good - Excellent location, close to transit and restaurants, and decent breakfast. Bed felt like you were sleeping on springs, not much privacy in the washrooms, only reason this gets a 7 is due to price and location. Would be a 4-5 out of 10 otherwise.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rahul (8/5): Overall great stay. - Location and decor Then Ed was uncomfortable, no soap for bath and hot water didn’t work.
- Diego (10/5): Exceptional -
