- gianni (8/5): Osservazioni sul soggiorno. - La tranquillità . I materassi erano scomodi. C'erano un po' di ragnatele vicino alle porte. Climatizzare l'ambiente lo renderebbe più confortevole. Per il resto ok.

- Giorgio (9/5): - La calma del quartiere anche se un pochino fuori mano dal centro città Purtroppo quando fuori fa molto caldo essendo un sottotetto la temperatura in casa raggiunge i 30. gradi e fa molto caldo (anche di notte con le finestre spalancate); i 2 ventilatori in soggiorno non sono sufficienti a rinfrescare un poco l'ambiente.
