• linda (3/5): Good location for sight seeing but facilities badly need an upgrade. - Location. We are party of 7. There were only 5 chairs provided. The kitchen was not equipped minimally - frying pan was damaged, no kitchen towels, one small blunt knife. The rooms doesn’t have curtains only blinds-so hard to sleep, the mattress are too soft and narrow. My mom couldn’t sleep well and worry that she might fall off. Lights too low- often hit it and no bedside lamps. No tissues in tissue box. After feedback about chair and tissues. Agent send a new one on 3rd day of stay. And apologies for no tissues. This is one of our worse bnb experience.

• Peter (9/5): Excellent stay. - Location is perfect in the middle of restaurant area. Not super close to the ski resort, but with the station nearby the skibus connection is good. It was great for 5 people, but if you are with more, the single shower and amount of cutlery may be limited. More (cooking) knifes would come in handy.

• Tsunghan (10/5): - 是為了北海道的肚臍祭來的，地點離會場走路4分鐘，整個環境就不用說了，超級棒，感覺是有錢人老家不住拿來出租用，有地方停車外，超市也是走路3分鐘，屋子裡什麼都有了，後來我們離開有遺留的物品還幫我們寄回來，整個服務超好的，如果有經過富良野，真心推薦去嘗試看看 1.check in 的步驟讓人有點困惑，一直不知道要先開第一個門才看得到平板跟鑰匙盒 2.如果廚具可以提供的更完整就更好了

• Donald (9/5): Overall great place to stay - Great location close to the train and bus station and lots of restaurants within walking distance Very strange situation no knives available at the property when we requested some were advised that they once had a stabbing and therefore no longer have knives at the property suggested we go to local supermarket to buy some knives. Very stupid as if we purchased knives as international travellers we would require to leave them in the property as we can not take knives on the plane.
