• Suresh (6/5): It was a great stay - Room was spotless. The old stale smell of old house or clothes even though property was super clean - couldn’t sleep properly. I have a sensitive nose - this may not be a problem for others.

• George (9/5): Bright, comfortable and cheerful - Well located, spotlessly clean, quiet location, with the entrance door located in an archway, nicely decorated and well maintained. Well equipped, with kettle and tea/coffee stocked, a fridge, hairdryer, and a smart TV that also has two sets of paired headphones, so that one person can watch TV without disturbing the other. Lovely and warm on a cold May day, thanks to a modern wall radiator. A good sized bathroom and shower, with liquid soap and shampoo stocked. Centrally located, with the most visited attractions in the city within a 20 to 30 minute walk. Staff were super friendly, and so helpful. Would definitely stay again. Beds were fine for us, but could be a little narrow for very large people. Unsure if there is air conditioning in the building. If not, a fan would probably be needed on hot summer nights.

• Cristine (7/5): Good night’s stay. - Super clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful. Went to a great Michelin star restaurant around the corner. Didn’t love the area and you can’t park for free until after 5:00. Bit of a walk to the downtown happening stuff.

The fridge was an added bonus and there was plenty of tea and coffee… would have liked an extra biscuit lol. Didn’t like the faff with the television and headphones. Could get the headphones to work and pretty useless for someone who wears hearing aids. Great idea for keeping the noise down though. Also just a small issue for the other half was that when someone else entered the building at night the landing light rightly came on but apparently lit up our room

• Clarisse (9/5): Great value for money place - The prestige guest house room was very clean and comfortable, there with a kettle and small fridge and coffee and tea. It is located at around 10-15 minutes walk from Cambridge city center.
• Margaret (8/5): Comfortable, pristine accommodation. - Parking is the only drawback for this guest house. Otherwise it was clearly recently decorated and was pristine and spotless. My room was quiet, with an opening window with a tree outside. The bed linen was good quality and very comfortable Just the parking.

• Nguyet Thu Huong (10/5): - Overall our experience was amazing! One of the things I loved most about this place was how incredibly clean it was. There wasn’t even any limescale on the bathroom glass. They even have a bidet which was a total game changer. The owner was also very kind and welcoming. On top of that, the price was absolutely worth it for the quality and comfort offered. I would definitely recommend staying here!

• Zihan (10/5): Very nice place to stay - The room is very clean and quiet. The location is convenient yet not very busy area. It’s in walk distance to the city centre, the station, and very close to a nice park.
• Megan (8/5): Good stay overall. - The property was nice and clean and it had everything we needed. You didn’t really hear any of the other guests so it felt like you had the place to yourself majority of the time. Fairly central. Host was really friendly and helpful when we arrived. The parking was a bit complicated. You could park the car outside the property but only in certain hours. So we had to keep moving the car. Also could have been more clear with instructions with how to get into the property. I had to communicate a bit on the day as we wasn’t told anything about access to get into the property. I wasn’t sure if we needed codes to get in the front door and bedroom door. Luckily the host was there to greet us and was really friendly but we wouldn’t have known if we didn’t ask I don’t think.
• Catherine (10/5): - The room was very clean and comfortable, with a kettle and small fridge and plenty of coffee and tea. I never actually saw any staff but I got a message letting me know how to get in and that worked smoothly. Breakfast isn't provided but there are plenty of coffee shops bakeries and a small supermarket in the area. The location is good, you can walk in to the city centre. It was odd not to encounter staff but not really a problem.

Response from owner was quick, clean and modern room, bedding was super soft and fresh. In walking distance to city centre itself. The only thing was noise from other guests but i guess that cant be helped. The front door was also hard to shut without having to slam it.

Maybe send codes for entry Into building and then explaining that every room has a separate code. Suggest codes are sent maybe 2 hours before check in.

The price has gone up but I choose it because I feel safe when travelling alone to see my son at uni, so I like staying here. Location easy to find. Lovely walk next day through the park close by. The bed is comfortable. I was just too hot during the night this time. Never happened before.

• Sally (10/5): Comfortable stay in Cambridge - A perfect place to stay when visiting Cambridge. Easy to find, we took the no.3 bus from the train station in the direction of Jesus Common and it was a few minutes walk from there (nearest stop is Fair St). There are many pubs and restaurants nearby so you don't need to walk back into the centre, although that is only about a 20 mins walk away. The accommodation is spotless and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, a great shower and efficient radiators in the main room and bathroom. The owner, Tiziano was really helpful when we had a query about the TV and came and resolved the issue for us. We will definitely return when next visiting the city. Nothing

The walls are thin, and there's a gap under the door - I would recommend taking earplugs. The way from the city center, even though it's not far, goes through very dark passages and small streets - didn't feel super safe
