- Jacqueline (9/5): Lovely annexe - Lovely annexe to the owners bungalow. Comfortable bedroom with ensuite, small sitting room with nice view of the garden, and a utility with microwave, toaster and kettle. Plenty of milk, bread, and butter/jam/marmalade. Very useful closet in the hallway, perfect for storing our archery gear. Nothing to dislike, but a bigger fridge would be useful.
- Heather (10/5): excellent place, friendly host, recommended - Great place for a one night stay. It was very clean and comfortable with extras such as cake on arrival, tea, coffee, breakfast items. Very hot so a lighter quilt would have been good. Not an issue but just a suggestion
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional - This was the second time we stayed at Greenway 10 nights apart, we used it as a halfway stop off point. Shell remembered my wife didn't like her amazing lemon drizzle cake which I really enjoyed both pieces on our first visit, so for our return journey Shell had baked orange drizzle cake, again excellent and my wife really enjoyed it. Very thoughtful and a great touch by Shell Nothing, everything was excellent

- Romilly (10/5): Exceeded expectations. - Booked our stay due to its proximity to Center Parcs but our overnight stay before the 10 minute drive to CP in the morning far outweighed our expectations. 5* welcome from our host. Lovely spotless and comfortable room with en-suite shower room and a small sitting room overlooking the garden. Thoughtful provision of breakfast items, although wasn’t expecting breakfast to be included. The rooms were all spotless and fresh which was great. I liked being able to park right outside. The milk, cereal, tea etc supplied was great. The owner, Shell, was very friendly and helpful and the information pack was good. Overall excellent value for money. I couldn't get the WiFi to work in either room.

Ideally situated for events at Thoresby park or Rufford Park and Sherwood pines
- Sitabile (10/5): Home away from home - I felt at home. Shell is amazing, had all prepared as she would like to find it when she goes somewhere.
It was home away from home for me! Nothing.
- Ewa (10/5): Very Comfortable - The accomodation is a small self-contained unit with a comfortable bedroom, high quality en-suite bathroom, a cosy "snug" and a utility room. All rooms are spotlessly clean and warm. Coffee, tea, milk, and even toast and marmalade are provided. The property is in a nice village, and although it is not far from the road, it was very quiet at night. We will definitely use this accomodation again if we are staying overnight in the area. Nothing - cannot faul it!
- Anonymous (10/5): Convenient, Clean and Comfortable - It was very welcoming, very clean and comfortable. We needed one night's accommodation and it was easy to access with good parking. It was ideal for our needs.

- Ginny (8/5): A little bit of heaven - Greenaway is beautiful, perfect for a couple. The location is gorgeous. There was plenty of food left for breakfast as well as tea and coffee's, and there was a wonderful folder filled with info about the house and local area Inc food. Shell was absolutely delightful and had thought of everything, inc a cheeky bottle of wine, thank you! 😉 The only downside was access to the shower, it was limited, but for a wash it does the job. The bed wasn't our usual firmness, obviously nothings like home, which concerned me however him indoors feels better for sleeping on it so maybe we need a new mattress 🤣🤣
- Sue (10/5): A wonderful little gem. - Lovely comfortable accommodation. Stylish furnishings, lovely comfortable bed, fluffy white towels, separate sitting room with Tv, dvds, books, tea and coffee making facilities and private off road parking.
The owner has thought of everything.
Thank you for the cake !

- John (10/5): Excellent host very friendly and welcoming -
- Jamie (10/5): Amazing, clean and comfortable - This is one of the cleanest comfiest places I think iv ever stayed and to be honest one of the cheaper options I didn’t expect much coming in here but omg did it impress shell is amazing and helpful the whole place was spotless the cake was to die for honestly I will definitely be staying here again if I ever needed to be in that area there was parking available and sky tv which is nice to have and it felt homely

- Lea (10/5): Would recommend this property to any traveler. - Beautifully clean. The bed was super comfortable and the homemade lemon drizzle cake was just lovely.
We were pleased with the whole experience. A little surprised that there was no sink in the kitchen area, but it didn't make our one night stay any less pleasant.
- Clair (10/5): Clean, comfortable, lovely decor. Would come back if in this area for work - Very comfortable and clean. All facilities you could ask for. Separate snug to watch television and an area to make toast/cuppa etc. Bed very comfy with extra pillows and a great shower in the en suite bathroom. Parking right outside Nothing to dislike
- Sophie (10/5): Very clean and comfortable! Great value for money. - Lovely place to stay! The place was immaculate and had everything you needed. Shell was very welcoming and thought of everything to make our stay very pleasant. The homemade lemon cake was a lovely touch!
My boyfriend and I visited the Aqua Sana at Center Parcs (only a 10 minute drive away) and would definitely recommend staying here if you're a couple and don't want to pay for center Parcs accomodation. We had a little trouble trying to find the house because my satnav only took us to the road, not the exact location. If you are with EE there is barely any phone signal to ring for directions.
We drove to 'Ollerton House', the closest pub and rang to get directions from there. There's a cut through in some hedges to get to the house.
- Kelly (10/5): We had a really lovely stay, Shell has thought of everything and there was a lovely well and appreciated welcome pack wh - Shell greater us when we arrived and then left us to enjoy our time, which was perfect.
It was lovely to have a space to watch TV and relax separate to where you sleep.
The whole property was immaculate and well equipped, I just wasn’t sure if we were able to use the washing machine (I didn’t just in case) Nothing to not like
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely, clean, comfortable accommodation in great location
- Rhona (10/5): Exactly what I needed and was not disappointed at all. - Absolutely lovely place to stay. It was a quick overnight but had everything I need. Clean and spacious. Loved it and I’ll definitely go again. Can’t fault it! Wonderful.
