Guest Reviews
- Kennedy (3/5): Poor - Nice place. Clean. . Bed was horrible. I had to sleep on the couch. There is zero insulation between the upstairs and the apartment. I could hear everything the hosts did in there space upstairs. I could hear them talk clear as day. I could even hear his wife scrubbing the floor. I can only imagine what they can hear from their tenants. Please invest in a bed that is worth sleeping in and have some insulation blown into the ceiling.
- Mike (10/5): Definitely Recommend for everyone - Host is very helpful
Bed is comfortable fill like U sleeping in your own bed
Apartment is extremely clean Close to HWY , shops
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - The basement apartment was very clean and we enjoyed the living room and backyard space. I would definitely stay here again.

- Pejmool (9/5): Very clean and comfortable - Clean, comfortable, great wi-fi, well-equiped, reasonable price, easy to communicate with the owner. It is a little bit difficult to reach the place with public transport
- Oosterveen (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is spacious, clean and well equiped. There is some sound transfer from the upstairs residents.
- Jaylam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Larry (8/5): convenient, good price owner easy to work with. - very convenient to everything. whoever is doing the maintenance is not doing a good job. No TV and not able to cast to it either. No face clothes.
- Bettina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shivani (10/5): Amazing - Very clean and very close to other amenities (Walmart, etc.,).
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (8/5): Overall the stay was quite pleasant. - Conveniently located, large main living area, good sized bedroom. There weren't any face cloths or tea towels supplied. Although the space was furnished with a king size bed, the pillows were only standard sized. The bathroom could have used a garbage pail and we weren't told what to do with our garbage ( the blue box and green bin were outside beside the door, but no receptacle for regular garbage.) Local television was not included but they supplied equipment to cast streaming services from your phone or computer.
- Coby (7/5): Very pleased with the cleanliness, privacy, and overall appearance. The bed was very firm so not completely comfortable. - It was very clean, modern, and private. The bed was very hard for one of us who could not sleep.
- Sammer (10/5): Exceptional - As a couple attending a wedding at the Pheasant Run golf course, this place met all our needs. Spacious, comfortable, and close to the venue.
- Paul (5/5): Not for me - The accommodations are quite large, and the furniture was OK. Nothing special but fine.
There was way more that I didn't like (listed below). The parking is very awkward, thankfully my husband was able to join me. The instructions of where to get the keys was not clear (we ended up having to call). The walkway down to the entrance is very awkward for an elderly person. The kitchen supplies are extremely limited e.g. 2 mugs, 4 glasses, a couple of plates, utensils are very limited. no coffee or coffee maker, again this should have been explained. EVERYONE OFFER COFFEE. The TV only works through your personal phone, never experienced this before.
- Gina (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (9/5): One night stay - Great place, love the setup of the place and private contact contactless entry. Very clean. Overhead lights without dimmer switches, way too bright.
Need more and better pillows for the bed.
- Angelito (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dr (9/5): I had a great stay there..very clean and comfort..highly recommended😊 -
- Dianne (10/5): This was my first time booking outside of a hotel, and I would definitely go this route again. Much more privacy, could - Private entrance, great location, everything supplied. Nothing
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay in Aurora.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hazel (8/5): In-law suite in a convenient location - Good value for money.
Beautiful suite. The bed was extremely hard (a 3" memory foam topper would help)
No, coffee maker, coffee, and sugar/milk
- Dejojo (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean, equipped with everything we needed It was great 👍
- Gholamreza (9/5): Excellent stay.Comfortable. - Spacious and very clean Nothing really which is rare
- Michelle (7/5): Very clean and comfortable, but not a "villa" - The suite is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. There is a full kitchen available. There is a huge TV with various streaming services. It is very easy to reach from Hwy 404, and close to shops and restaurants. This is advertised as a "villa" but is actually a basement suite. That is a bit misleading. I was unsure where I was supposed to park an where the entrance was located, so more complete instructions would be appreciated. Also, as a basement suite, I could hear the family upstairs moving around and talking.
- Dejojo (10/5): Great place to stay ! - Beautiful place
- Monica (10/5): Perfect for what I was looking for. Would come back. - Very clean, spacious, comfy bed, well equipped, clear instructions. .
- Henry (8/5): It was an excellent sleep and nice shower, something we could not have at my mothers place. - It as a modern, new apartment. We received the keys from the owner, but when it came time to hand in the keys, we didn't have the lockbox number, and my phone died, so we left the keys one the counter. We couldn't lock on leaving, but it was safe. Excellent location. Lots of potential. We were disappointed, there was no coffee machine or coffee (Keurig), Tea. Very limited utilities. No TV as far as we knew, but we enjoyed Netflix. A "manual" would help. There was also no way to control the temp, it was a bit to cool fro us. Perhaps a fireplace cabinet would brighten up and warm the place. Location was perfect, a few blocks from my mother, who we were visiting. Bathroom amenities were good, nice towels, etc. Perhaps a code lock to enter, no control over temperature. No Coffee, tea. Perhaps a few more dishes. We didn't cook, but it may not have been convenient to do so. Really missed the Keurig, Tea, Sugar/cream . The little touches to make the place a super host. But we believe some small improvements will make it an awesome place, next time we stay, and then willing to pay a little more.....
- Qiuying (9/5): This is a very clean and comfortable villa. I had a great stay! - The cleanliness The door access is a bit difficult for people who have heavy luggages
- Dong (10/5): So far this is by far the best i came across property is listed way below market price 😀 - I think is comparable with 4 star hotels
For the price is amazing property and appliance is high quality when u see this listing do not hesitate Book it immediately it will amaze u It meets all my expectations property host is very thoughtful
- Kevin (10/5): Elegance - Pleasant place to stay
- Leo (8/5): So far the best I seen and for the price is wow - Above 4 star. Hotel room Property needs more sound proof
And weather proof
- Jeff (10/5): Thanks Tom for an excellent stay. Will stay there again if future trip brings me that way. - Very clean, classy, new furniture. All kitchen stuff, towels, soaps, etc supplied. Would recommend to anyone. Much better value than hotel room.
