Magnificent views of the tower directly opposite our room. Room was very spacious and modern. Host was really helpful, contacted me straight away when I left something behind in the room. Stanza centralissima che dava sulla piazza principale di Oristano, di preciso con vista torre. Parcheggio facile da trovare (non a pagamento) grazie alle preziose indicazioni del l’host Michele che è stato super gentile sin da subito. Ci ha dato anche indicazioni su ristoranti, spiagge e ha soddisfatto tutti i dubbi che avevamo. Ci ritornerò senz’altro

• Maria Isabel (10/5): - The room was huge, with contemporary décor, excellent lighting design, and plenty of natural light. The bathroom also had natural light through a large window. The location is perfect: right on a central square in the historic center of the city, with a beautiful old tower in the middle. There were many restaurants and cafés just around the corner. It was also possible to find parking nearby (mostly paid between 9:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00). Despite being in the very heart of the city, there was no noise at all — the room was absolutely silent. Michele (the landlord) is very professional and kind. There was a small misunderstanding from our side about the city tax, but he was very understanding. He provided us with all the instructions for the self check-in, but he waited for us in person nonetheless. He also gave us lots of useful information about restaurants and the best streets to look for parking. I liked everything.

• Heidrun (10/5): - Super zentral, man ist gleich in der Fußgängerzone, wo man Restaurants, Eisdielen und Geschäfte findet. Ein Café ist direkt am Haus bzw. am Turm. Parkplätze sind fußläufig vorhanden, aber nicht direkt vor der Unterkunft, da diese ja auf der Piazza ist. Michele hat uns viele tolle Informationen zum Aufenthalt gegeben, war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Unser Zimmer (Deluxe) war super groß, alles sehr sauber. Es gab Kaffee für die Maschine, Wasserkocher und Tee. Bad auch tadellos mit Duschgel, Shampoo & Conditioner und Fön. Es gibt einen kleinen Fahrstuhl aus den 1950er, wenn man die 2 Stockwerke nicht hochlaufen möchte oder schweres Gepäck hat. Der Kühlschrank hätte für uns etwas größer ausfallen können, da wir mehrere Übernachtungsorte und somit immer etwas Essen & Getränke dabei hatten, ist aber für den Normalgebrauch völlig ausreichend. Auf jeden Fall Mückenspray im Gepäck haben, wenn man abends draußen sitzt.

The communication was excellent and friendly and they even let us check-in early and check-out a little later. All around excellent! We would definitely stay here for next time in Oristano!

Il proprietario ci ha cortesemente dato la stanza superior essendo disponibile. La camera molto grande, pulita e luminosa, con letto king size. Si trova in n un punto strategico dove sono raggiungibili le più belle spiagge della zona. Lo lo consiglio vivamente. Torneremo volentieri. Tutto perfetto

• isabelle (10/5): Un coup de cœur ❤️ - L’emplacement qui nous plonge dans la vie italienne de suite ! Tout est autour de nous (bar, restaurant, boutiques). La tour mordorée devant notre fenêtre. Une chambre grande, lumineuse, parfaitement conçue et équipée ( prise usb par exemple). Des places de parking tout autour. Un hôte au petit soin 😊 Je voyage beaucoup et sincèrement, c’est rare une telle prestation pour un tarif cohérent. Oristano est une très belle surprise. Devoir repartir !

Complimenti davvero Non c’è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, magari vista la precisione e carineria del proprietario, valuterei di fare una convenzione con un bar delle vicinanze per proporre anche una colazione senza pretese.

• Giulia (10/5): Posizione ottima - Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Eleonora e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. La posizione è davvero ottima, nel pieno centro, con tanti negozi e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, e con la comodità di trovare facilmente parcheggio nei dintorni. La suite era bellissima ed elegante, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, con un bagno moderno e dotato di tutte le comodità. Un punto in più va sicuramente al proprietario/manager, estremamente gentile e disponibile: ci ha fatti sentire accolti sin dal primo momento. Un’esperienza da ripetere!

• NADIA (8/5): Bella sorpresa - L’interno dell’edificio in cui si trova la struttura è molto datato però la stanza era molto confortevole, moderna e pulita, bisogna tenere conto del fatto che essendo in pieno centro c’è un po’ di rumore e musica nel week end. Avendo due notti da passare non è stata rassettata la stanza, ma questo per noi non ha rappresentato un problema. Del resto tutto bene

Bel bagno.. asciugamani profumati , doccia spaziosa e set di cortesia.. Smart tv bella grande. Lettone comodissimo con cuscini ottimi. Michele e consorte attenti e gentili. Parcheggio gratuito in via benedetto croce. Tutto di mio gradimento consiglio questa struttura.

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade della camera, super apprezzato!! Stanza pulita e molto spaziosa. Se state cercando un alloggio questo è tutto quello di cui avete bisogno per il vostro soggiorno nell’oristanese. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We were super happy with the place and how easy it was to communicate with the owner. They gave us all the info we needed. We loved Oristano and the area around it.

The host (forgot his name sorry) contacted us via WhatsApp, was very helpful and even gave directions for nice pizarrias and breakfast restaurants. The room has a big smart TV with Netflix etc... Wifi was very fast! We were here on a Friday night and the square was quite noisy until midnight. Not too bad however. Take care that the Wifi network is just some home network, without any enterprise/business security. This makes it possible for other guests to see your device on the network. Not a serious problem for normal use but take it in mind. Other than that there was really nothing to complain about!

Stanze nuovissime di recente ristrutturazione all’interno di un edificio abbastanza datato. Arredamento di buon gusto, pulizia impeccabile, tv a schermo grande. Host Michele cordiale e molto professionale, disponibile a fornire informazioni su spiagge e località da visitare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.
