• Sumatee (3/5): If you are not expecting too much and have small luggage. - This property is location and view on the top. The hot water is not working and the water is so weak. You cannot shower properly. It took them 3 days to fix this problem. The apartment is quite dirty. The dish washer, the dirt in bathroom's towel rack and even in the toilet bowl. There is no tissue paper and garbage plastic bag provided.

• Jacques (6/5): Great location but uncomfortable flat. Would not recommend until the beds were changed - The apartment is spacious. The location is quite good. Air conditioning units function well. Beautiful view of the city from the roof. Compared to the photographs, the furnishings wereMuch more tired than expected. For example, the couch in the living room was “well worn in“. The beds are terrible. It is like sleeping on a piece of wood. a real disappointment since many of the family members could not get a good night sleep because of the discomfort. Also disappointing was the lack of a bar of soap, or a small amount of shampoo, which we had to purchase.Disappointed that the flat did not have a freezer. Refrigerator was adequate size for our needs. Did not like the 4 flight walk up. Would not recommend for anyone that has any physical limitations.

• Mark (1/5): 6th floor with no elevator, and extremely dirty with mold in showers that had bad smell - Location Everything else....place was very dirty, mold in showers and smelled awful....comforters for beds were stained and smelled bad.....I could go on, but nothing other than the location was good about this place....we left a night early because we were so uncomfortable there....and to not be notified of having to carry your bags up 6 flights of stairs is unacceptable...
• Yaron (8/5): Excellent apartment, great location, lots of stairs... - The apartment was excellent and the 4 rooms were large and comfortable. The shower is also very good. The rooftop is a highlight of this apartment, it was a great place to have aperitif, and even enjoy the view at night when the Duomo lit up the sky. Just a few steps to the center, and not far from everything, it is very easy to walk everywhere. Be aware that climbing 4 floors and 100 steps every day up and down is not something everyone can do. If you are young and fit it shouldn't intimidate you so much but for all the others, consider the lack of an elevator. In addition, the small room in the 5th room is only suitable for kids, the bed is not comfortable for adults.
