• Loris (8/5): - The property has immediate access to the beach which is nice. The room is spacious enough for a small family. Giovanni was friendly and helpful, so was Daniel, who set up our spot at the beach. The property is located between Nettuno and Anzio, which requires some 25 minutes walk to reach either city center. Also, the general access to the beach (when not going through the building) is about 500m away. The cleaning could have been better, some things felt somewhat sticky. There is only one power socket in the kitchen and switching between the coffee machine and the water boiler was challenging without tearing it out of the wall. The shower needs some upgrade. All in all it was very nice, but the price of close to 1000€ for 4 nights left a somewhat unsatisfactory impression.

• Samantha (10/5): I LOVE this apartment and will rent again ...... 10 stars - It was insanely difficult to get into the property to get the keys eventually . its almost funny *i felt like i had to do a dance, recite a difficult poem and then click my heels together 3 times to finally get in.......... but once you get in past the crazy steps to finally get the key ...... then the property exceeded my expectations ...... it is beautiful and on a private beach and Nettuno is a magical place ....... it was VERY hard to get into...... there were 3 steps to eventually get the keys and after traveling that was not a great hurdle to have to cross.
• Deborah (8/5): Amazing seaviews and great location in Nettuno. We would love to return. - The location was perfect for us. It was a 15 minute walk to the city center where we found many restaurants, shops and bars. The area surrounding the apartment was very nice and it was a beautiful walk along the sea. We loved the view from the terrace and the roll down privacy shades offered privacy. Wish we would have stayed longer to take advantage of the beach and the views from the terrace. The bed was very small. Also, the bathroom could use renovating. It is old and doesn't match the rest of the apartment's updated look.
