• Okan (10/5): Appartement confortable, bien situé, calme et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour réussi. - Appartement propre, moderne, bien équipé et climatisé, ce qui est un vrai plus. Très bien situé. Rue calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Les hôtes sont réactifs et disponibles. Nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait pour un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement !

• Mario (6/5): - L’appartamento è molto piccolo. Ristrutturato. Tutto ridotto al minimo Esteriormente l’edificio sembra una casa popolare ed anche gli edifici accanto. Contesto scarso.

• Gaby (10/5): Muy buena oportunidad. - El propietario: estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo, contestaba rápido. Tuvo varios detalles como dejarnos comida y vino en la nevera. Encima, nos dejamos una chaqueta y nos la envió por correo certificado y lo pagó el. Ni siquiera aceptó que le devolviésemos el importe. La zona, y que no había (o ni pudimos acceder) al wifi.
• Maros (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay! - Communication with the host was excellent (he also speaks Czech) and everything was clean. Nice welcome with a bottle of wine. The apartment is ideal for three adults, cozy and well equipped, just a few minutes from the beach. Great location for trips to Gibraltar, Ronda or Caminito del Rey. Parking on the street can be tricky, but we always found a place nearby.
• Athalie (9/5): Great location, modern and very clean apartment. - The property is located in a perfect location for the old town but also the beaches. Quiet and supermarket on the door step. Old town is 8 min walk and easy to access. The bathroom is beautifully done and the accommodation is very modern. Beds super comfy. Sleeps 4 but would say its more likely 2 adults and 2 children due to the space, but you only sleep there so if its a base then its perfect (as long as you like the people you stay with!). The host was excellent. 10/10. The apartment is snug, so not ideal for a couple like us who are 5'10 and 6'4 :-) but this would only be a problem if you are tall. Bathroom needs a non slip mat or bath mat, as its a wet room (which is very cool).

• sonia arnal herrera (7/5): - La ubicación está muy bien la playa cerca y la zona antigua también el apartamento pequeño pero todo está muy bien cuidado.y el dueño muy atento con nosotros. Que la luz nos falto dos días bastantes horas y que no hay espacio para tender. si que hay lavadora y secadora pero la ropa hay tener cuidado porque se encoge. Y el tema del aparcamiento eso ha sido lo peor de todo..
• Carlos (3/5): Carísimo y pequeño - La limpieza Pues no me gustó que incluso avisando dos horas antes de nuestra llegada no supiéramos dónde estaban las llaves. Estuvimos en la calle una hora al sol esperando al anfitrión respondiera llamadas y mensajes y nada. Luego el departamento que yo elegí no era el de las fotos. El cuarto de baño no era el mismo en absoluto. La bañera aparte perdía literal toda el agua al suelo. No había cosas básicas para los huéspedes. Y en las fotos todo parecía más grande y confortable y para nada.

The location is perfect close to the beach and the old town. The house was very comfortable with lots of space and very modern!

Located in an authentic neighborhood of Marbella, close to the beach, the old town, and various attractions. The charm of the locals strolling through the streets below is delightful, while we enjoyed the complete luxury of a perfectly styled apartment overlooking true Spanish life. Everything is very compact, with no space wasted on comfort and luxury. Everything is brand-new, featuring high-quality materials with a stylish design. The use of lighting details is particularly striking—in the bedrooms, closets, and bathroom. It creates a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The beds are wonderfully comfortable with excellent mattresses, and everything is impeccably clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, and the host is available and helpful with any questions. A fantastic stay and apartment—we'll definitely book again! The only thing to mention is that the compact design means everything is very close at hand—but honestly, that just made it even more convenient during our stay!
