Friendly hosts - Amazing location, 800 meters from the city centre, a lot of shops and cafes nearby, Lidl is just 7 minutes away if you are staying for longer and need something affordable. Beds and sheets are really comfortable and soft. Wifi was working well. Room was clean and there were towels. Shower and bathroom were also very clean and water was well set and easy to regulate the temperature,and we even had our own key from the bathroom. Hosts were so friendly, we arrived earlier and they let us check in 40 min early, it was perfect after tiring trip, also they were so kind to let us leave our luggage after the check out time to comfortably explore the city.

And the phone number marked on the reservation was mentioned as a non-existent number by the mobile network. So we went to another establishment where there was a reception. Und die auf der Reservierung angegebene Telefonnummer wurde vom Mobilfunknetz als nicht existierende Nummer angegeben. Also gingen wir zu einem anderen Lokal, wo es einen Empfang gab. • Kamil (9/5): Fajne miejsce do postoju w trakcie podróży. - Bardzo fajne miejsce na postój w podróży. Właściciel rozmawia biegle po polsku co było pozytywnym zaskoczeniem. Po wejściu do pokoju czuć było zapach czystości i świeżości pościeli. Ogólnie stare budownictwo, więc nie jest to nowoczesne wnętrze, ale po zdjęciach wiedzieliśmy jak to wygląda.

Generell für den Preis in der Lage in Ordnung Die Pizzareste vom Vorgänger hätte man aus dem Kühlschrank entfernen können. Die Fenster kann man zwar sehen, ob sie wirklich da sind fragt man sich wenn um 06:20 die Müllabfuhr vorfährt und man sich nicht sicher ist, ob man mitabgeholt wird. (Weil es so laut ist ;)
• Jo (6/5): Nicht grade ein Wohlfühlort, aber als pragmatische Übernachtungsmöglichkeit völig in Ordnung. - Die Lage war für meine Zwecke perfekt. Gute Busanbindung. Zimmer ist wie auf den Fotos, keine Überraschungen. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Abläufe. Aufenthalt war ok. Nicht sehr wohnlich (aber so wie von den Bildern zu erwarten), wirkt alles ein wenig lieblos. Aber tut seinen Zweck, wenn man nur übernachten will. Mülleimer war nicht geleert worden vor meinem Check-in, das war leider etwas unappetitlich. 😕 (Ansonsten aber sauber.) Leider tatsächlich extrem hellhörig zum Gang, auf dem auch andere Gäste unterwegs sind. Kleine Anregungen für die Zukunft: Ein Verlängerungskabel für den Wasserkocher würde die Benutzung angenehmer gestalten, dann müsste man nicht zum Ausschenken unter den Tisch kriechen aufgrund des kurzen Kabels. 🙃 Handtuchhaken und Mülleimer in der Toilette wären angenehm, auch die Dusche könnte für Klamotten noch ein paar weitere Haken vertragen. Ein Teppich könnte das Zimmer ein wenig wohnlicher machen.

• Christine (8/5): "verstecktes" Zimmer in der Nähe der Grazer Altstadt - für eine Nacht - Lage war super - Besitzerin war sehr lieb, Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Einfache Ausstattung inkl. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher (Achtung: Kaffee/Tee nicht dabei) Die Wände sind eher dünn und die Türen/Lüftungen laut (Bad und WC ist am Gang und trotzdem hört man die Lüftung durch - für Menschen mit tiefem Schlaf vermutlich kein Problem. Kaffee / Tee im Zimmer wär der Hit.

• Cooke (5/5): - Location was good. It was difficult to locate. Upon arrival someone had taken my keys away in their pocket so we couldn't get access. They didn't know about parking charges outside the building. It was a shared bathroom. They wanted me to pay taxes but only took cash. I didn't pay.

Check-in at 2 pm and check-out at 12 am. Non of the other apartments ever didn’t that. If possible, I would give it a higher rating! Everything was fine! It couldn’t have been better!

• Janna (5/5): Großzügiges Zimmer mit Abstrichen - Der Gastgeber ist sehr, sehr nett und bemüht. Alles war super sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und riesig. Die Lage ist prinzipiell gut - relativ ruhige Seitenstraße in quirliger Gegend. Sehr nah zum Hauptbahnhof und gut angeschlossen. Es war leider furchtbar hellhörig - Boxstudio im Erdgeschoss, Autos auf der Straße, Müllabfuhr, die anderen Gäste und vor allem die Toilette am Gang....als ob keine Tür dazwischen wäre. Schade! Und die Dusche ist auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
• Christoph (9/5): für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Richtung Slowenien/ Kroatien Preis - Leistung prima - - Lage zur Innenstadt war sehr gut - in wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Haltestelle und in ca. 15-20 Gehminuten ist man sogar in der Innenstadt, Parkplätze in der Nähe kostengünstig oder etwas weiter weg sogar kostenfrei - freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - vielleicht etwas mehr Ausstattung an Tassen und Tellern im Apartment für 4 Personen, da Apartment für 4 Personen buchbar

• Irma (9/5): Süßes kleines Zimmer - Die Ausstattung war super, wir hatten neben einem Wasserkocher auch eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank, was sehr praktisch war. Es gab zwei geteilte Badezimmer und Dusche und uns hat auch der Schwamm mit Spülmittel sehr gefallen. Es gab auch genug Handtücher. Außerdem war der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten. Eigentlich war alles gut, man könnte höchstens anmerken dass das Zimmer zu viert doch etwas eng ist und das Schlafsofa ein wenig quietscht.

• Nikola (5/5): Maybe it was just a bad timing - The room was clean and warm. The street looks quiet and calm, and the bus station is very close to the apartment. The sound isolation is very poor. Old windows with just thin glass are not good enough and the cars are pretty loud outside. Also, the room next to ours was very noisy for two nights until 3 or 4 a.m. so it was difficult to sleep. One morning at 8 a.m. bellow the window we heard a lot of noise and there was a fight between some ladies, the police came soon, and it was uncomfortable. There was a misunderstanding in communication regarding the number of people in the room and the price, but finally was resolved. Maybe for some other guests was not that uncomfortable, but unfortunately, we could not sleep well because of our neighbors and fight on the street.

• Marie-andrée (7/5): Good - For the price, it is quite good. The location is very central and the photos show like it is. I think that communication could be improved. There is no information in the emails about the check-in. You have to enter through a door that is a boxing club just beside a motocycle garage, so it took me a while to realise that this is the entrance to an accomodation as well. I tried calling at the contact phone number and it was off. I also didn't get any email response, so I seriously first considered it was a scam. i eventually found my way. Another thing that could be easily improved: there was also no toilet paper in the shared toilet. But i still think it is ok for how much they ask, but those things could be improved :)
