Bardzo miła właścicielka, możliwość zamawiania śniadania na dowolną nawet bardzo wczesna porę. Pokoje wyposażone skromnie ale wystarczająco. Ręczniczki na wyposażeniu. Brak wody 22-7 ale problem dotyczy całej miejscowości Za pierwszym razem może być kłopot z trafieniem. Pogoda 😭

• Jerzy (8/5): Polecamy dla oryginalnych doznań - w sam raz na jedną noc. - Pokoje w domu z kamienną wieżą, proste, ale wszystko jest. Gospodarze sympatyczni, można liczyć na wieczorną biesiadę i smaczne śniadanie z pięknymi widokami przez okno. Jesteśmy jakby gośćmi w domu, bo część wynajmowana nie jest jakoś specjalnie wydzielona od reszty, co ma swoje zalety i wady. Mało miejsca na parkowanie. Ciężko tam trafić bo Google Maps nie prowadzi pod drzwi. Musieliśmy pochodzić i popytać.

• esther (9/5): Un alojamiento estupendo con unas vistas increíbles - La dueña es muy amable y nos preparo el desayuno muy temprano, hay a disposición de los huéspedes tostadora, microondas, kettel, café y te a disposición y unas mesas en un balcón cerrado con unas vistas increíbles. Esta todo muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas. Hay dos baños estupendos para cuatro habitaciones. El acceso no es sencillo.

• Květoslava (10/5): Super místo. - Krásný výhled na Mestii, klid. Ubytovatelé mají svou svanskou věž, kterou jsme si mohli prohlédnout. Ubytování je pěkné a pohodlné.

• Kelley (9/5): Superb - The enclosed porch was great for a quiet morning coffee and breakfast. Each guest also got a hand towel in addition to a bath towel, which was nice. The bathroom faucet and shower had a leak. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. The link through Booking was incorrect, but a simple Google map search was more accurate.

• Guy (10/5): Exceptional - Extraordinary place to stay in Mestia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arrived late in the day from Zugdidi so didn't fully appreciate the WOW factor until the following morning 🇬🇪🤯 Parts of the building date back almost 1000 years, owned by Mr's family for generations. We were able to do & hang washing. Nice breakfast included - make sure you load up 🍽️🤤 if you're walking to Ushguli immed after! N/A

From eggs, pancakes, homemade khachapuri, vehetables, yogurt etc. Maka was an excellent cook and host as were her husband and daughters/niece. Such a positive vibe from all of them and they were all very hospitable and kind to us!

• Bára (10/5): The best place to stay in Mestia - Amazing guest house! The lady prepared a brekafast for us at the time we asked her. And it was amazing (i love the pancakes). The room and the bathroom were clean. The best place to stay. We had troubles finding the place. It is located in the upper Mestia, so you need to climb up a hill, but the view is worth it.

Extra good point we fot the chance to go up to the tower, big thank you for that, it was a really nice experience. The sight is also beautiful There were too few power sockets in the room so we had to compromise a bit to be able to use the space heater. otherwise everything was really nice

• Megha (9/5): A good option if you don't mind the climb - Located at an elavation of 66m from the main road. It is quite a climb for a no activity, desk job person like myself and with a suitcase it makes the climb even worse. It is a guest house run by a family. The family stays below, while the rooms up stairs are guesthouses,. 4 rooms .with a balcony like top with view With 2 shared bathrooms, Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Continuous hot water Kettle with tea & coffee available. We booked with breakfast. It was quite a spread. Something different every day. They will also serve at the time which is convenient for you. We had access to their washing machine and kitchen too if we wanted to make something for dinner. The family was quite welcoming. Their English is limited, but it didn't cause any issues. On asking they were ready to drop us with our luggage to the main road since we had suitcases Our room had no lock, this was especially a problem on our last day, as 2 old men had checked into the room next to ours and , 1 of them sat in just his undies on the balcony outside our rooms, at the table on the way to the shared bathroom. It was weird, uncomfortable and personally a lil unsafe cos the other old man kept trying to offer me drinks in the eve, and we were just 2 girls. Would be great if they just fixed the lock to the room we got. I dont think any other room had that.
• Polina (10/5): Exceptional - The perfect place to stay: quiet and peaceful, with a terrace offering the best possible view of Mestia. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but smartly organized and very clean, and the breakfasts are good and varied. The owner is a very pleasant person. Additionally, one of the trekking trails starts right at the house.

• Laura (10/5): Best guesthouse in Georgia - The whole family is super welcoming and friendly. The mother makes an incredible breakfast! You can use the well equipped kitchen at any time and the bed are really comfortable.
• Lesley (10/5): Exceptional - The host was wonderful and made me feel so at home. It had just started snowing so she made sure I was warm and comfortable and the dinners and breakfasts were delicious. She even gave me a ride into town because it is a bit of a journey going down the icy road! It's a beautiful place to stay. During winter, those with reduced mobility may have trouble getting to the accommodation in case of snow as it is quite steep.
• Mathias (10/5): Exceptional - The location is beautiful just in between two of the famous towers in this region, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Just in front of the rooms there is a sunny balcony with a nice view overlooking Mestia. The host is extremely friendly and the breakfast delicious and plenty! We totally recommend this accommodation (have stayed here 3 nights), it was the best on our entire trip through Svaneti !
• Konstantin (10/5): Exceptional - Really valuable location if you're hiking from Mestia as you save about 400ft/100m in incline when going up to the lakes right from the guesthouse. Really good breakfast that you can have outside with the other guests and welcoming host overall.

• Lecso (8/5): Very good - The breakfast was the best we had in Georgia. The house is a typical svaneti home with a tower. The rooms are a bit small, dark and cold. If you want just a place to sleep than it is great choice.
• Pavel (10/5): We were looking the best place to stay near the Svaneti towers. And we found it) - Amazing view! The ancient tower was stunning. Mountain view. Silence. The tasty breakfast included. But we ordered a delicious lunch too (20 lary per person) Electricity was off few times. But for few minutes only.
