Guest Reviews
- Katherine (9/5): - Lovely spacious house with good facilities
- julie (9/5): Great property, lovely furnishings and beds. Good spot close to the beach and lovely walks. -
- Ashley (9/5): It was a comfortable stay for our group of 9, and everyone was happy. - Spacious, clean and well equipped kitchen, couldn't ask for more. First floor toilet flush was a bit temperamental which need a bit of time to get use to.
- Tim (10/5): Lovely place to get a break for new year - It was a lovely home from home house . Really big to . Everything on the doorstep.
Perfect for our needs . Nothing atall
- Natalie (10/5): Perfect family trip away! - Loved the location, amazing hosts as they were quick to message and always really helpful. Love the fact that once we arrived, there was no need to move the car for our whole trip. Great walks to the beach, on the coastal paths, pubs, the brewery, the shop etc. Nothing- we loved it all!
- Sandra (9/5): We all enjoyed our family stay at Tregwylan, excellently equipped - a home from home. - Excellent property for our family break Nothing
- David (9/5): A very comfortable and pleasant property to stay in. - We loved the comfort, cleanliness and everything was there for our short stay. There is nothing we could complain about.
- Leigh (10/5): Perfect for a golfing break at Nefyn - The whole property was clean and comfortable and had everything we required. 6 of us stayed on a golfing break and the property was more than big enough to accommodate all of us. Shame it’s up for sale as I would have used again. Will be a lovely family home
- Claire (10/5): Perfect home from home stay to accommodate our large family! - The house was perfectly equipped with many fantastic extra touches! Every bedroom was comfortable and had hairdryers. Plenty of socialising space and seating. There were 10 of us and we all managed to sit around the table to eat together and enjoyed the garden space.
Location is great. Shop, pub, takeaway within a very short walk away. Also plenty to do nearby. Wr had some lovely walks in Morgan Nefyn and Abersoch was only 30 mins away in the car too.
The house was beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything we needed and more.
Highly recommend !! Nothing!
- Kath Balcombe (9/5): Lovely ' home from home' feel. - We had a lovely 4 nights at Tregwylan with five adults and three children under 4. The house really worked for us all because of the space and options available. The bedrooms were all generous and the beds really comfortable. It was one of the best 'home from home' houses we've stayed in - very clean and exceptionally well equipped with quality appliances and furniture. Nefyn itself is like going back in time with lovely walks nearby. The Maritime Museum in the old church is especially interesting. Nefyn is well placed for visiting other places in the area. There are numerous play parks around. The Spar is very well stocked with delicious premium frozen selections. We would happily return. It was a little further from the beach than we were expecting and a little too far to walk with the little ones, but we got a system of car lifts and drop offs to the Nefyn slipway going which was by the beautiful quiet beach. If there was a parking spot there, it was a bonus, otherwise parking nearby was an option.
- Murphy (10/5): Excellent holiday home - The hosts emailed us before our stay and gave clear instructions on everything, how to enter the property, how to operate the TV, bin days etc, there is also a handy folder in the property with all this information too, they even left some lovely snacks, tea, coffee, sugar and there was some fresh milk in the fridge all of which we were very grateful for.
The property is spacious and equipped with absolutely everything you would need for your stay, it's thoughtfully decorated with lovely boats and seaside things making it feel like you're truly on holiday, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable, there is a lovely little garden equipped with a BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for eating your meals outside on a pleasant sunny evening. The location is excellent, very close to the local shops and less than a 10 minute walk to the stunning beach, this property also accepts well behaved dogs which was a massive bonus for us as our beloved dogs are a huge part of our family and we wouldn't want to go on holiday without them. I can't rate this property highly enough, there wasn't a single thing not to like, we had an amazing holiday in a lovely holiday home.
- Kevin (10/5): Superb house, great location and handy for Nefyn Golf Club (and a bonus discount on the golf). - The house was superb. Well appointed, loads of useful items including logs for the fire, air fryer, good wifi and plenty of space for the whole group. The hosts had also dressed the house for Easter and left some treats for us which was a nice touch. Nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): Lovely stay, would love to come back - Well furnished, well equipped kitchen and lovely and clean. Great communication from owner. Nothing
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Short walk to a lovely beach. Large house, plenty of room for 8. Comfortable beds.
- Naomi0389 (10/5): Beautiful home 🏡 - The house was lovely - clean, spacious, and well equipped. The owners, Hugh and Sal, were very helpful in providing all necessary information prior to arrival. Provided a great base to celebrate the new year and explore the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again. The front door key box was difficult to use, but didn't present any problems as we just used the one at the back instead. The house is beautiful but just note that the stairs to the top bedroom are very steep so may not be suitable for some guests. Again, didn't present any problems as I just used lower floor.
- Joy (10/5): Fantastic holiday, lovely property and area for a relaxing break. - A lovely property with plenty of space for multiple families. We had a wonderful holiday, great location for beach/cliff walks and a great community pub and brewery. N/A
- Helen (10/5): We couldn’t have wished for better. - We found it very welcoming and family oriented.
- Mazhar (10/5): Exceptional - Well Thoughts, Well Designed, Great host, Recommend to anyone
- Tracey (10/5): The house is comfortable and spacious, thoughtfully decorated and very well equipped. - The location was ideal for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and spacious, thoughtfully decorated and very well equipped. It was perfect for our two families (8 adults in total). Nothing we didn't like!
- Yvonne (9/5): Superb - Very good location and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. There was 10 of us and enough space for everyone to relax and interact . Kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you need and all beds really comfortable. Very nice garden with a gas BBQ grill. The hosts left us some goodies in a basket on arrival which was really nice. The pictures don’t do the property any justice. Would recommend this for anyone looking a nice place to escape to in Wales! You can’t use all the 3 showers at the same time, especially the top floor one as it loses pressure. But this was not significant enough for us as we just took it in turns.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, perfect location, very clean and comfy, host very helpful would definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely be staying again if in the area.
- Harvie (9/5): Superb - Lots of space and really comfortable. When we visited there were temporary roadworks on the road outside so parking 3 cars was a struggle.
- Md (10/5): Pleased to stay there. Would go back again. Nice location as well - Nice setup All good
