• Redouane (10/5): Séjour reposant et agréable. - Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympa et accueillant, les chambres sont propres et confortable, la rue est très calme.
• Mukunda (10/5): - Yani was very hospitable. The location was very convenient since the subway was about a 15 minutes walk. The place itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely use confort again if I have to stay in Montreal.

• Marco (9/5): Great experience - Comfortable, quite and well located. There is a metro station 10-15min walk away and a bus station nearby, which made it very easy to get around the city. Check-in was smooth and communication with the owner was good. Overall, a great and affordable option for a short stay in Montreal. Hasta pronto!

The kitchen is well stocked. I felt at home. Parking on the street is free and wasn’t ever a problem to find a space. Everything was good!

• Vineetha (8/5): Mr. Yani was very thoughtful in allowing a late check in as my bus was delayed coming in to Montreal. Not only that he e - The best part about the property was how clean it was. I was only staying for the long weekend (3 days) and needed a budget option but at the same time that’s maintained well and this place met the criteria. I assumed the host is a woman based on the name (that sounded to me like it belonged to a woman :D). I was a lone female traveller and would have helped to know that this was a mixed gender accommodation. Maybe this is normal in Montreal but I wasn’t aware. :)

• Imir (8/5): - J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé, et très bien situé, à proximité des commerces et des transports. L’hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et soucieux de mon confort tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage en hiver !

Autobus a 2 mn de marche. environnement calme et discret. le petit dejeuner n’était pas dans le forfait. Cependant, toutes les facilites sont disponibles pour le preparer. • Luca (10/5): Excellent - I enjoyed my stay a lot! The place was clean and the room was large. For me, location is a big factor. And I have to say, it’s fairly well connected, only a 10 -15 minute walk from the Honore’ Beaugrand metro station. There are several bus lines (186, 187, 141 and 26) that pass just down the street, so that you can get to Honore’ Beaugrand even faster, if you don’t like to walk. On top of that, there’s a number you can text to get arrival times for the buses, so you can just leave the house a minute before. The area itself is nice, I stayed nine nights, every time I was coming back between 10pm to midnight, or even later a few times, and I haven’t felt unsafe once. Yannis, the owner, is a very chill guy and very accomodating: I had various requests, including if it was possible to change room when the other room became free, and he always found a way to satisfy my request. One thing to know is that the owner lives in the apartment upstairs. So, if you don’t like to share the apartment with the owner, you should ask him to give you a room downstairs. I myself stayed upstairs, as I had no problem sharing the apartment with the owner. In conclusion, it’s great value for money (I already talked about the value, so I let you compare the prices yourself) and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! No issues for me.

He - I liked the cleanliness, comfort, and the overall setup of the room. Everything was neatly arranged, the air conditioning worked well, and the space had all the essentials like wardrobe with lights to keep our clothes and comfortable bed to sleep which I needed for a pleasant stay. There wasn’t anything I disliked. The property and the experience were both excellent.

• Alicia (5/5): Séjour très mitigé. Le logement peut être une bonne option si les autres voyageurs sont respectueux des espaces communs - Le logement est bien situé, avec un arrêt de bus très proche et des restaurants, ainsi qu’un couche-tard à proximité. L’arrivée est simple et autonome grâce à la serrure à code, ce qui est très appréciable. Les consignes de vie sans chaussures à l’intérieur sont un vrai plus pour essayer de garder un lieu propre et calme (prévoyez vos claquettes). Nous avons été déçus au vu de la très bonne note sur Booking. Notre chambre (numéro 7) se trouvait juste en face de la pièce où se trouvent les machines à laver, et le bruit pouvait durer jusqu’à 23h. Quand on est en déplacement professionnel et fatigués, ce n’est pas évident pour s’endormir tôt. L’isolation avec la salle de bain est aussi faible, on entend beaucoup les passages tôt le matin et tard le soir. Le point le plus négatif pour nous a été la propreté des espaces partagés. Les toilettes et la salle de bain étaient sales les deux premiers soirs, certainement dû au comportement des autres voyageurs. Le ménage a été fait le dernier soir, il est donc dommage que tout le monde ne respecte pas la propreté minimale (poils/cheveux sur les wc, lavabo, douche). Nous avons aussi entendu des conversations très fortes au téléphone depuis notre chambre, et nous avons croisé un scutigère venant du couloir, ce qui n’est jamais très agréable.

• Lydia (7/5): Just passing - The bed was comfortable, the room had a big window that opened and looks out into the backyard, it had a fan and was close to the bathroom. Once I found it, getting into the house was easy and the location was reasonably convenient, though far from the center. The place could be cleaner. When I first arrived, the room hadn't been aired out, which was desperately needed. The towel and bedding were clean, but smelled used.

The room and property were clean, the location is 15 mins walk or 4 bus stops from the end of the green line, which was fine for me. Sensible house rules guaranteed a quiet night. I had a good sleep. 100% recommended.
