Les partie commune étaient plus propre

- Amy (8/5): Lovely host, photographic interiors, delicious breakfast - Lovely gentleman at the front desk. Had a wonderful translation gadget which made interacting simple. He also cooked us an incredible breakfast the next day. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese rooms which had beautiful tatami floors and screens. Close to downtown and the station.

- Rai (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place with lots of charm, just a 10 minute walk from the station. Very convenient translation tablet/app at the front desk so you can communicate with the host. Room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable!
- Catherine (8/5): Very good - Very helpful staff. Had special translation app at front desk so that we could communicate easily. Large rooms.
- Serene (2/5): Bathroom attached but no toilet - The bedding was comfortable It was very difficult to find the hotel because it shows a different name.
The biggest disappointment was that the toilet was very far from the room
I just assumed that the bathroom attached would include a toilet. It was very unpleasant having to go so far too use the toilet especially at night since the place was very quiet and scary
- David (7/5): Comfortable stay for 1 night. - Great location short walk to the train station. A bit dated.
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Gonzalo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nutnicha (6/5): overall, i think it worth the price and the bed and pillow is comfy - The staff is amazing and super helpful the hotel dont have a lift, so you might need to carry all your belonging up to your room
- Gary (7/5): Spacious Rooms in an Old Japanese Inn - The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and easy to find and there are a few restaurants open nearby. The doors close quietly. The hotel is an old Japanese travellers inn so the furniture, toilet and fixtures are quite dated.
- Hdez. (9/5): Superb - Staff was great. I fell sick and needed to go to the doctor and they immediately helped me out. I appreciated their responsiveness.
- Akemi (6/5): Pleasant - It doesn't have an elevator, also no toilet in the room is inconvenient.
- Emily (9/5): Comfortable stay - Flexible check-in, walkable to shiojiri station, supermarket and 7/11. Loved that it had a small living space.
- Carolyn (8/5): Very good -
