Dennis (10/5): Sublime excellence in every respect. - My first 10 rating. Our room was fantastic, with a large sitting area, separate sleeping area with comfortable beds and private outdoor onsen. Staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and polite. Our meals were excellent and very filling. Each large window in our room looked out on different areas of an impeccably designed garden. We are already planning our next visit. We liked everything about the property.
Cherie (10/5): Expections met and exceeded, the perfect ending to our Japan trip. - We were so looked after from the moment we arrived to when we departed. We chose to stay here to have our last night in Japan to be in the most extraordinary setting and to have access to the Adachi Museum. The room was stunningly beautiful, comfortable and we loved the private onsen. The amenities provided were great too. All of our meals, dinner and breakfast, were a delight to the taste buds as well as visually pleasing.
