- Akexile (10/5): Excellent spot okay now - Great location, excellent City, well thought out rental. Nice little touches. Good restaurants for nearby. Walking distance to all the sites.
- Rommany (10/5): Beautiful, quiet apartment in the centre of Tivoli - The house is beautiful (even nicer than the pictures) extremely quiet, and really artistically decorated. There are some lovely quirky touches that give it real character. The bedroom was really spacious with two large wardrodes and a divan. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We stayed during a hot period. There are two large fans provided but the house stays quite cool because it is an ancient building. The fans were more than sufficient and we didn't use them at night, just for a mid afternoon siesta. It is right in the historic part of Tivoli so everything is really close on foot. There is a small car park very close so easy to drop off suitcases. We were lucky to get a spot in the little car park the first day, but then we parked in a larger car park further away - 10 minute walk / 15 minute stroll. We stayed for three days (part weekend and part weekdays) and the house was quiet throughout. There are two terraces outside, one on ground level outside the back door and one on the roof. It's a lovely spot for an evening drink. The house sleeps up to four. We were just two. There is a sofa bed in the room which serves as a large entrance hall. There is no door between the bedroom and this entrance space (although there is a thick velvet curtain). Probably this arrangement would be ideal for a couple with children, but might be less convenient for two couples given the lack of door between the two rooms and the need to pass through the entrance space with the sofa bed to get to the bathroom during the night. To be honest though the price makes it a very reasonable rental for a couple, good value if you have children and would be really good value for two couples so perhaps this slight inconvenience would be worth it. I needed to use the WiFi for online video calls. I expected it to be glitchy given it's a rental so likely minimum WiFi but actually it was completely reliable and I was really pleasantly surprised. We didn't have any criticisms. If I really had to find one, the shower ran slightly even when it was turned off. You can't hear it from the bedroom (or even from the kitchen which is next to the bathroom) so it didn't cause any issues at all.
