• Michael (9/5): - Room was clean, bed comfortable, aircon worked Not enough info in the room. No wifi code in room and almost no phone signal away from the window. Shower takes a long time to warm up >2 minutes, at 07:00. Took me a minute to figure out that window must be closed for aircon to work. Colleague from Australia apparently didn't figure that out.

• Yulia Gromtseva (9/5): - Great place with a nice interior and well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any requests. The location is excellent – close to the beach, in a quiet area, and just a 15 minute walk along the lovely seafront to the center of Stavros. The only small downside for me was that the balconies are quite close together and not really separated. Since our neighbors on both sides were smoking, the smoke sometimes drifted even inside our apartment. For non-smokers or guests with asthma, or families with kids this might be a bit uncomfortable.

• Mariya (10/5): 100% recommend - Amazing, clean place with everything you need. A few minutes away from the beach. Everything is new and perfectly upkept.
• Dusan (10/5): Overall fantastic and amazing! - Everything is brand new, fresh, extremely clean, staff was very polite, we really enjoyed. Good value for the money. The villa is located in the most beautiful part of Stavros. The only downside was the noise that Bulgarian guests were making from the villa next to this one, they were extremely noisy almost every night until 4 AM, so it was hard to sleep but considering Bulgarian manners I think no one can affect this so you have to close the balcony door and cover your ears with your pillow.

• Raymond (8/5): Prachtig gebouw, fijne locatie maar moet nog verbetert worden. - Het is een prachtig complex in de buurt van zee en strand. Fijne locatie om snel lekker te kunnen relaxen in de zon. Maar voor comfort heb je meer nodig dan alleen een mooi en nieuw gebouw. We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad maar dit kan met een paar kleine verbeteringen nog veel leuker zijn. Een goed ontbijt hoort bij een leuke vakantie. Een pannetje om eieren on te koken is er niet. Ook geen keuken handdoek of theedoek. Het warm water in de keuken is aangesloten op de koud water kraan en kan gevaarlijk zijn. Ik heb nog gezocht naar personeel maar die zijn er niet vaak en dus niet gevonden. Lamp in de slaapkamer defect.. nou ja ik laat het hierbij

• Bonka (10/5): - За престой 3 нощи, нито веднъж не почистиха. Спалнята беше върху надградена площадка...аз съм ниска и нямах драма, но съпругами си удряше редовно главата на ставане от леглото :) не препоръчвам за високи хора.

• Nicoleta (10/5): Un hotel de foarte buna calitate.Multumim gazdei. - Locatia in zona foarte linistitita, camera foarte curata, prosoapele erau parfumate, gazda foarte discreta si totodata la dispozitie , daca am fi avut nevoie. As fi avut nevoie de cuiere la baie si poate un dulap pentru depozitat haine.

• Žnidaršič (10/5): Good value for your money - worth coming back! - The house has a very good position (due to a clever positioning - east/west - there is shadow on the balconies throughout all day). Clean when we got there. There is a water pipe on the patio so you can wash beach sand from your feet and help to maintain the cleanliness of the entire house (and apartments). Very calm neighbourhood but still close to the sea and everything you need (store, bakery, city center, restaurants). Friendly and supportive owner, who is there all the time at your service but leaves you your personal space. Also, the cleaning lady is very nice and they really try to make you feel good at your stay there. Apartments are new, chic and big enough for a family with two children to spend your holiday. In the kitchen there could be more items, but we didn't see this as a big issue.

• Fidanka (10/5): Exceptional - Very new, clean, near the beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Couple of shops and good restaurants in the area, and more at 20min walk distance in the centre of Stavros. View of the sea and the mountain. Good ventilation in the place, so we did not need to use AC in July. Proximity to neighbours on the balcony - could do with a wooden separator, I guess. Though we had two balconies, so we could switch.

• Vesna (10/5): Would come back again :) - The place is new and you have everything you need in the apartment. The kitchen exceeded our expectations and the terrace with the big table is so nice! The drying rack was so useful and a nice touch because usually there is not enough space to dry your things. The bed is comfy and the couch opens and is bigger than I expected. It is close to the beach and you always find a spot for parking on the side of the road in front of the building. A place we would come back to for sure! I can't say I didn't like something, but this is what I think may be improved.Some more space for clothes would be lovely, a bigger closet. I loved the bathroom, but when you flush the toilet you kind of wake up everyone in the room, it is pretty loud( this is just a thing to know, but with plumbing problems that you often encounter in Greece, it was great that the water had pressure and everything worked nicely! 😀 ) . I think the place would benefit if there would be someone from the staff there more often so those who come for the first time can find out about Stavros, places to eat, beaches and so on and it would give it more of that Greek hospitality that most are used to.

• Bojan (10/5): Relaxed family vacation. - Everything was perfect, completely new apartments, super clean. Spacious duplex apartment with sea view. Host was helpful and friendly. The location for us was perfect, quiet area, close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

• Sba (10/5): I wish I had plan more days for stay there - New, modern nice place with big lovely terrace. It a perfect place for family stay. It's in my list for second visit for more days. I'd like to say thank you to owner and staff for their very friendly attitude. Beach is close to place but there are stones what is almost normal for Greece. The good news there are alternative in a distance of few minutes with car.
