• fabienne (8/5): Bien situé, belle vue sur le château de Santa Barbara - Logement au centre de l'île, bien équipé, confortable. Correspondait tout à fait à notre attente. Logement sentait le renfermé en arrivant, mais en aérant l'odeur à disparue. Proche d'un poulailler, le matin les coqs chantent et les chiens aboient mais nous y étions en mai et dormions la fenêtre fermée donc ne nous a pas gêné. Accès à la baignoire difficile

• Amandine (6/5): Bon rapport qualité prix, propre bien qu’avec quelques éléments à changer - Le lieu, au calme avec une jolie vue autour sur les volcans. Conforme aux photos, le logement était plutôt propre. Le lit était très inconfortable (en mousse) et la douche ne donnait qu’un faible filet d’eau ce qui n’était pas du tout pratique pour se laver. Il manquait également quelques ustensiles de cuisine en plus ainsi que d’autres serviettes de toilette.

• Margherita (5/5): - Ben arredata ed accogliente, con spazi molto grandi e con tutto il necessario per essere un appartamento. Appartamento troppo umido, pioveva addirittura dentro...abbiamo fatto una lavatrice i cui vestiti nemmeno dopo tre giorni erano asciutti anzi sapevano di acqua morta. Ci siamo pure ammalati, sicuramente per il freddo e l'umidità della casa, vivamente consigliato un sistema di condizionamento quando il clima non è dei migliori. Altra cosa, c'è acqua calda solo in doccia, lavare i piatti con l'acqua fredda non è il massimo.

• Chiara (10/5): Appartamento spazioso con tutto il necessario nel cuore di Lanzarote - L'appartamento è enorme e spazioso, pulitissimo, con un letto estremamente comodo. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. Il bagno è ben fornito e ha anche un asciugacapelli. Si è vicinissimi a Teguise, con una camminata di dieci minuti si è in centro. Si parcheggia sulla strada davanti all'alloggio (parcheggio non coperto e non custodito). L'unica cosa che segnalerei è di lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti olio/sale/pepe (gli essenziali) in cucina. Aggiungerei anche delle tende sulla finestra che guarda la strada. Per il resto appartamento perfetto!

• Giorgio (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno appena fuori Teguise - Casa molto bella, di nuova ristrutturazione. Fornita di tutto e spaziosa. Angolo cottura grande con tutti gli utensili e con bustine di tè per la colazione. Staff gentile e disponibile! Parcheggio senza problemi appena fuori dall’appartamento.
• Francisca (8/5): - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y muy bonito, todo está limpio. Además muy bien equipado. Se está tranquilo menos en el momento que especifico a continuación. Lo que no nos gustó, principalmente son las voces en la noche. A pesar de ser un lugar muy tranquilo, hemos estado escuchado ya una persona pegar voces a mitad de la noche como unas tres o cuatro veces. Pegaba voces sobre algo de prostitutas y policía, la verdad que no ha sido una noche agradable porque no sabíamos que estaba pasando. Y las toallas, olían regular.

• Mateusz (8/5): Very pleasant stay at Teguise - Owner was very sweet and helpful. Very good location and the property was very spacious. The shower is a bit strange and one needs to be careful not to trip on the inside-stair.

• Agata (8/5): Nice stay - I liked that it was outside the village, but close enough to arrive to the centre by a 5 minute walk. It is nearly in the centre of the island so everything seemed close by car. Missed an outside sitting area, and maybe a door in the bathroom for more privacy, but because it is in a L shape corridor without any rooms in that side of The corridor, you still have privacy, but a door to lock the bathroom will be ideal. Kitchen needs a few more mugs.
• Simon (7/5): Spacious clean accommodation suitable for a short stay but its drawbacks mean I would not want a long stay - Clean, spacious, and washing machine provided First ten photos on the listing relate to another property so are misrepresenting the facilities. The only piped hot water is to the shower. The bathroom basin and kitchen sink only have cold water plumbed in (why?). The shower hose is over an old fashioned small sit bath rather than a modern walk in cubicle (why?). Getting into the this bath over its wide side wall could be a problem for some clients. There is no private outside space for sitting or eating and we ended up sitting on the ground in a field of gravel behind the apartment to enjoy the open air, as the front door opens onto the road. The apartment is a conversion of an (agricultural?) building and retains its layout which is far from ideal for a holiday accommodation. There are just 2 opening windows to the outside plus a skylight. The sitting room, kitchen and dining room are separate rather than open plan. The sitting room window has a broken catch so is not secure. Limited worktop space in kitchen. No extractor or ventilation to the bathroom, and no door either, which might be a privacy issue for some using the WC. Noisy cockerels and barking dogs at a nearby sanctuary could be an issue for some clients.
