• Rguez (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento está súper bien, justo al lado del centro comercial y cerca de la playa. Muy bien equipado, bonito y súper limpio. Terracita con vistas al mar, aire acondicionado y en la cocina todos los instrumentos que puedas necesitar. Muy recomendado. Nos gustó todo.

• carmen (10/5): Perfecto para unas buenas vacaciones! - Mis dieces al apartamento, tanto la ubicación, la dueña, como las instalaciones de la casa han sido una maravilla. Un apartamento que es tan acogedor que se vuelve tu hogar por unos días. El piso estaba colocado en una ubicación muy buena y siempre encontrábamos aparcamiento por la zona. La limpieza era impoluta y la dueña nos dejó todo lo necesario para que nuestra instancia fuese de 10.

• Veselinovic (10/5): Cozy and clean, with cute balcony and the best host. - The apartment is gorgeous, clean and equipped with everything you need. We loved the balcony with the sea view and without wind bothering us. We enjoyed our stay especially because of the host who was so kind and gave us all possible information that we might need. 🩷
• Tadhg (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Beautifully decorated with all the necessary appliances. It was spotlessly clean and the beds and bedrooms were really excellent. It's just a short walk from the centre of town and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Bed comfortable Host was great with great communication Very quiet area but was on a hill but can cut thru shopping centre to avoid it. Very close to amenities and plenty of shops bars and restaurants around it. Would recommend to anyone. View across the sea was good to watch boats and planes Hardly any sun reaches onto the balcony during the day.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Property is in a nice location in old town, very enjoyable walk down to the main strip to Puerto del Carmen. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a shopping mall with great coffee shops right beside it.

• Muf1976 (10/5): Well worth the money! - Fantastic location just across from the biosfera and a 5 minute walk to the old town harbour and 10 minutes to the start of the strip but quiet with supermarkets within 10 minutes. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom with towels and linen supplied, toilet paper, cleaning products etc We also meet the host on the final day Fiorenza she was lovely and explained that this is her house which she rents out from time to time you can tell from the decor and fitting that it's well looked after You have a few cafés for coffee and a spar in the Biosfera 2 minute's along the road the outdoor cinema and a McDonald's if you want Everything you need. Not much to be honest it is in a residential area so if it's a party holiday you want it's probably not for you but as a base to explore the area then it won't dissapoint If you have mobility issues then you may struggle as the property sits up a very steep hill but a solution is to use the escalators and lift in the Biosfera which brings you out right at the start of the street Cardiac Hill isn't for everyone 😮‍💨
• Jeanette (9/5): December in Lanzerote - Florenzas flat was brilliant. It is modern and quirky - this lady has good taste. Modern very comfortable facilities. The host 'Florenza ' was so friendly- she met me on arrival. Nothing seemed a bother to her. The location was good for the shopping centre next street and lots of pubs and restaurants. The harbour a five minute walk away. Overall an excellent stay and location. The only thing I didn't like was the steep hill on route to the flat. I had to stop and catch my breath- but hey I'm not young!

She also provided lots of information about Lanzarote. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. Beds were super comfy. Nothing. We loved everything.
