• Lauren (8/5): - It was convenient for the show venue i was attending. Michael was very detailed in his messages for arrival with codes and directions. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. The curtains could do with being blackout, as it was quite bright in the morning. The road outside is busy and a little bit noisy.

• Linda (7/5): Meglio di tante strutture a Londra, con qualche nota - La posizione ben collegata, l’assenza di moquette nelle stanze, il miscelatore in bagno. Il prezzo è difficile da valutare in sé, perché dipende molto dal mercato drogato dall’eccesso di richiesta a Londra, ma trovo che quanto pagato (poco meno di 100£ a notte) sia un prezzo congruo alla struttura. Il check-in & out molto semplice. La dimensione generosa della stanza (sempre per la media di Londra) e la presenza di prodotti per la doccia e asciugacapelli. Fortunatamente la nostra stanza era affacciata verso il lato interno del palazzo e il livello di rumorosità dall’esterno era davvero molto ridotto. Materasso non comodo, andrebbero davvero sostituiti… Letto matrimoniale molto piccolo, ma fortunatamente in stanza c’era un secondo letto, singolo, e ci siamo divisi guadagnando comfort. C’era molta polvere sulla struttura in legno della finestra, e i cuscini decorativi poggiati sul letto presentavano diverse macchie.

• Christiane (8/5): Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. . - Der Kontakt zu Michael war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Gemeinschaftsküche gut ausgestattet und praktisch. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und der Bahnhof 15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Somit ist die Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Dusche war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und ohne Fenster. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig und lag zum Hof hin. An der Straßenseite könnte die Straße recht laut sein.

The space itself was exactly as described—comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. • Titanilla (9/5): The staff was very kind and helpful. I reccomend some renovations on the windows. - The room was bice and very clean, the bathroom too. Looked just like on the pictures The windows’ sealing was not great, the cold and noise from the streets made it feel like they were open although they were not, and the pressure of the shower had some issues.
• louisa (6/5): Needs maintainance and cleaning - The location was good for an event I was attending. There is a local tesco nearby and Westferry station. There is a kitchen at the property so you can make a meal. No teatowels though so you gave to use your bedroom towel to dry dishes. The property needs a maintainance update. The shower needs resealing and a good clean. The bedding isn't ironed, and although clean was badly stained so it didnt feel inviting. They also ask for a £100 deposit which isn't mentioned on Booking so make sure you budget for that. If you pay for the deposit via PayPal goods and services they will try to get you to pay for the fees also. I did however get my full £100 returned after a conversation though about the fact it is their fee as a business.

Con - La comodità della fermata del bus sotto casa, molto pratica per spostarsi in città. La camera è di dimensioni e comfort nella norma. Servizi come cucina e Wi-Fi. Pulizia e igiene non adeguate: gomitoli di polvere dietro al letto, rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato e prodotti in doccia già iniziati e aperti. Rifiniture delle porte, dei battiscopa, del piatto doccia vecchie e ammuffite. Asciugamani insufficienti (uno a persona per tre giorni) e cambio a pagamento (10 sterline a set): è un servizio igienico di base pertanto andrebbe garantito quotidianamente e incluso nel prezzo. Oppure dare almeno 2 asciugamani a persona separati per viso e corpo! Mancanza di appendini in bagno e tavoletta del WC difettosa che si chiudeva improvvisamente sbattendo sulla schiena. Rumore notturno da traffico e altre camera del piano di sopra.
• Alex (7/5): Had a good stay in this place after the Radiohead concert - WHAT WENT WELL: This accommodation is a house with a few rooms and a shared kitchen. I stayed for one night in a room on the top floor. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The location is quite good, Canary Wharf is within walking distance. Communication with the owner Michael was good. I received all the information about the key transfer via WhatsApp. WHAT COULD GO BETTER: The shower drain in the bathroom was probably clogged so the water drained very slowly. The windows in the room don't really protect from noise. I woke up a few times during the night because of street noise.
• Jose Manuel (3/5): El mejor motivo para no volver a Londres - Nada, simplemente hay varios sitios de comida que están todo el dia y la comunicación con los buses es buena Cama de matrimonio de 130, apenas te podias mover ya que el colchon estaba destrozado, calefacción central para todos los apartamentos, si uno lo subía te asabas y al contrario pasabas frio, cabe decir que tenías que ir a la cocina para ponerla o quitarla, en 4 noches que estuvimos no pasaron ni un dia a limpiar teníamos nosotros mismos que ir a buscar la escoba, nos tocó un segundo piso sin ascensor y escaleras muy estrechas que a duras penas podrías subir, la zona durante el dia parece normal pero de noche era probable que te robaran, no lo recomendaria y menos al precio que fue aun reservando con dos meses de antelación

Michael was good to communicate with and helped with accessing the property on the day of our arrival. Very clean and welcoming, was good for what we needed. The street noise and noise from the above apartments was quite loud. The bed was not the comfiest especially on my partners side as one of the springs had gone in the mattress.

• Mia (10/5): Great 1 night stay - The room we stayed in was great value, the host Michael gave good information for check in, the bedroom was a great size and the private bathroom was small but very clean. The shared kitchen space was nice and clean also. The pictures are an accurate reflection of the property, thank you for a lovely stay! No TV in the room which isn't really an issue, but worth taking some earplugs for noise cancellation as outside can be quite busy during the night.

A full length body mirror would really level this place up. I was staying because I was going to a festival and a mirror would have helped when getting outfits ready. 2. A tv to have some background noise would have been nice.

The room was nice (in terms of appearance) and had everything we needed. Also the location was great, lot's of connections from there for public transport. THE WINDOWS. It was a Sunday at 4am, the street (junction) below the apartment was so busy, ambulances going about and drivers honking - honestly, in terms of sound, it almost didn't make a difference whether the window was closed or not, so it was almost impossible to sleep (maybe we're just used to almost complete silence where we live). Also, probably because of the windows, the room was quite hot when we came in after a long summer's day...

• Noelia (10/5): Totally recommend. Great location, clean, spaceus, kind host. - Located in a safe area and well connected. The host Michael takes well care of everything. Very spaceous room and toilette, especially for the standards of the city (both look like freshly renovated as well). The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. (There is a big supermarket right next door, opened 24/7 and lots of other facilities around). It can be a bit too hot in summer for sleeping, but it is well solved with a well functioning air cooler in the room. Windows can be opened before sleeping, however better lock them at night for general safety reasons (first floor, with a tiny balcony).
• Joseph (9/5): Great stay near Canary Wharf and good host - This was for a quick stay for us and didn't want to get a fancy hotel. The host is very cooperative and helpful and the room itself was clean and well maintained so was exactly what we needed for a quick stay. The host also provided clean towels and the room also had a water cooler to help beat the heat. The location was right on the main road and close to shops, pubs and all canary wharf public transport. I didn't find room 2 noisy as it's on the other side of the main road. Overall a great option for our quick stay It was a great stay, though maybe people should know that the en suite is private but the kitchen area is shared between the rooms. Not a problem at all but just to share with fellow travelers.
• Sarina (4/5): Good location, not to nice room - The room is located near the "Westferry" station and from there you could easily get to the city with the DLR line. Check-in and check-out were done via key safe. The property is located right next to the street and there wasn't good isolation so you could hear a lot of noise from the cars, ambulances and police cars at night. The bed was weirdly soft and you could almost feel the springs coming from it.

• Ian (9/5): Great accommodation, in a great location, at a great price - Perfect location for us. Couldn't fault the bedroom & en suite. We asked for a camp bed and this was provided, fully made up with an extra towel at no extra cost. A fully loaded kitchen just across a small hallway and it ticket every box. Had great communication with Michael, very easy to deal with. Over all, I can't fault this accommodation and will certainly be booking again. I haven't got anything negative to say about the place.

Bus service great even late at night. About 20mins from Canary Wharf metro, butttt buses are right outside stay. Get the bus, cheaper and so great. Use google maps for bus routes. So simple.

• Michal (8/5): Reasonable accommodation in the wider city centre - The owner is very accommodating and happy to help with everything. The AC in the room was very surprising. There is a 24/7 shop in the next building, which saved us as soon as we arrived at 2am. Sufficient accommodation for a few nights. There is a bus stop and a railway station nearby. Smell in the corridor. The bed for two could be bigger.
