• Renske (7/5): - Prima locatie. Leuke ontbijt tentjes om de hoek. Het is een gedeeld appartement. De badkamer zit op de gang. Wij deelden dit appartement met vreemde mensen. Je moet alle kamers (2) boeken wil je hier geen last van hebben.

The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. Good accessibility to bus stop and about a 15 minutes walk from attractions like the Trevi fountain It isn’t very clear in the listing that it is a shared apartment - this may have been an oversight on our end. You have your own bedroom and bathroom but the kitchen and living space is shared with another couple. The people we were sharing with were lovely but can be a bit awkward if you are after privacy

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями: На самом деле это квартира, где живут разные люди, а не отдельные апартаменты. Туалет находится за пределами комнаты, о чём заранее не предупреждают. Заселение после 20:00 стоит дополнительно 20 евро — об этом нигде не упоминается при бронировании. Вместо полноценного одеяла нам выдали одну простыню на двоих.
• Ashish (9/5): - Lovely Property which is about 15mins by foot from the Termini station and 7mins by foot from Republicana metro. Trevi fountain is a short walk (15mins). Elena our host was there to check us in and she explained all the houserules. It's a sweet compact apartment with all the necessary frills and clean comfortable beds. The house is very tastefully decorated . We stayed in the Aqua room. If you are travelling with two large suitcases then the room may seem a bit small as the size is a bit tight but we settled in for our 3 nights stay. Elena was sweet enough to provide us coffee and other complimentary goodies. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elena. Ciao n Grazie for a lovely stay.

• Price (10/5): An excellent stay - a home from home experience with fantastic communication - We stayed at Elements as part of our summer holiday across Rome and Croatia. We will definitely be back! The apartment was excellent with fantastic facilities and a home from home feel. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms helped with a family of five and Netflix on the TV helped after a long day of exploring and walking. The location was excellent and within about half an hour walking distance of most sites (we took an UBER to get to Vatican City which would have been about an hour walk away) The apartment was close enough to the main city to be accessible to the main streets but further away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and we slept so well! One of the most impressive things was the communication we had from Elena who was so helpful, even before we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very supported in visiting a new city. Highly recommended.

• Anonymous (10/5): it was a very well located property and very warm host - central location, the host was very gracious, responsive and warm, made the process of early check-in smooth a few basic would have helped like Kitchen towel, but it was not a deal breaker
• Buffbiologist (10/5): Amazing time in Rome - Amazing start to our 2 week trip to Italy! The hostess Elena was so helpful and always available for anything we needed. We arrived before check-in and she came early to give us the tour of the facility and allowed us to store our bags there. The building itself is very easy to find/access and has a classic european vibe. Good AC and bonus points for the mineral/sparkling water that comes right from the tap! The location is perfect because it's close enough to be in walking distance to a lot of attractions like Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, etc. and Roma Termini station but far enough that it is not bogged down with so many tourists. Great nearby food options as well. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Rome. The only recommendation I will give to people who stay in Rome in the middle summer is you will be tempted to leave your window open at night for the cool air but we got a lot of mosquitoes in our room when we did that - we didn't think they could fly all the way up to the 6th floor to find us but they surely did lol, so I suggest opening the window in the morning and closing at night and just using the AC at night.

• Imge (10/5): Wonderful start to our family vacation - Our host was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The location was central to attractions and easily accessible by public transportation (bus, metro and main train station). The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean.
• Ruth (5/5): Disappointed that the Booking.com listing was misleading. - The room was in a shared apartment, sharing facilities with another room, which was not what we wanted. The Booking.com description didn't make this obvious, it didn't mention it, and so it wasn't an accurate listing. It should have been marketed very clearly as a shared apartment vs private accommodation. Location was good and the beds were comfortable. In order to secure the private apartment, we had to pay extra money directly to the host.
• Annachiara (10/5): Exceptional - The host was super amicable and hospitable. She found an issue with the shower after the previous guests left and immediately tried to fix it and offer solutions, it all worked out great. We were in town for the Pride parade so we were there for just one night and we didn't really make use of the common area, but it looked clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the filtered, cold water from the tap after walking in the sun for hours. Our room had enough space, the whole place was very clean and the AC was a lifesaver in mid-June.

I was traveling so and I walked to the Coliseum from here (it was super hot) and stopped into a gelateria, some shops, etc., along the way. Elena, the host, is truly wonderful. She allowed me to check in a bit early and couldn't be nicer. Next day, she asked if I needed anything. True class! I will 💯 be staying here on my next visit to Rome! P.S. it is very quiet and peaceful in the room. It was also so clean, I could eat off of the floor if I so chose.

• Mark (7/5): Conveniently located, with unexpected shared living space. - The property was conveniently and centrally located, near to lots of the main attractions and Repubblica Metro station. The property was clean, and well furnished. The shared living space. We would not have booked had we understood that the room we stayed in shared the living space with another room within the same apartment. In hindsight, whilst an attempt has been made to address this following previous reviews, all rooms should unambiguously where the living space is shared. This is a personal preference, and we recognise that others will enjoy this aspect, we did not.
• Rohely (1/5): Very Bad Experience - Bad experience: unprofessional host and misleading conditions It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful and well-located property is paired with such poor hosting service and a complete lack of empathy. The purpose of this type of accommodation should be, above all, to ensure the rest and well-being of travelers. As tourists, we need a comfortable and welcoming space to recharge and enjoy the country we are visiting. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. My stay at this place was very unpleasant due to the behavior of the host, Mrs. Helena. Air conditioning was listed as included on Booking, yet upon arrival, we were denied access to it with absurd excuses. Despite heavy rain, Helena rudely told us to “just open the windows” and use mosquito repellent, completely disregarding the discomfort caused by the heat and humidity. Additionally: ✔ Delayed check-in: The apartment was handed over to us late, even though we had confirmed our arrival time. We were also charged an extra €20 in cash for an early check-in that never happened. ✔ Misleading listing: The listing made the place seem like a fully private space, but it’s actually a shared apartment—something we found deceptive. ✔ Disrespectful attitude: Her behavior was arrogant and lacked any empathy, prioritizing her own comfort over the needs of her guests. The listing does not match what was offered on Booking, and the entire experience felt like a scam. I absolutely do not recommend this place and strongly advise others to avoid it to prevent going through a similar situation.

The place is really neat and beautiful, only 15mins walk from Termini station. The only 2 things we didn't like were the towels, that were a tad old, they need changing and we had some mosquitos in our room, which bothered us at night.

• Nefeli (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was the perfect place for our 5 day holiday. It was situated at a perfect location within walking distance to the city centre. It was very spacious and welcoming. Elena was an incredible host who was very helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant. We will definitely come back to stay here, can’t recommend it enough!

• Samir (1/5): Bad - The location is great The owner of the apartment is, to say the least, unfriendly, unprofessional, the apartment is in an excellent location, the room is ok, everything is new and preserved, however, it was extremely cold, unbearably cold for the month of January, when we arrived the temperature was set to 16 degrees, the whole the apartment was icy, you couldn't sit on the plastic chairs in the dining room, because they were icy. After my request to the landlady to increase the temperature in the apartment, she did not want to do it, she defended herself with the fact that a law was passed in Rome that the temperature allowed in the apartment is between 17 and 19 degrees. After that I said that we want to get out of the apartment, that I should get my money back and look for another apartment, the owner said that she will not do that, she threatened to sue and the police, a very unpleasant and disturbing experience. When at one point she increased the temperature, there was no hot water in the bathroom, so out of the 4 days we spent, only one had a tolerable temperature in the apartment. All in all, a terrible experience, and a very unpleasant feeling, we spent half of our vacation in correspondence and persuasion with the owner of the apartment..

• Zaila (10/5): Will definitely come again 👍 - 1) The host Elena is superbly helpful. 2) Good location - many shops/ restaurants/ cafè/ pharmacy around 3) The apartment is nice decorated, comfortable + big enough for 6 people...with good facilities 1) Not so suitable for disable people. There is a lift but still need to climb up/ down the stairs before reaching the lift & the lift is too small for a wheelchair. 2) Parking is a challenge during the day since the apartment is surrounded by office buildings.
• Kreisel (10/5): Exceptional - The building the apartment is in is clearly old, but in a safe area, with security, and, the apartment is very modern, spotless, and tastefully decorated. It contains everything you need. It is steps from buses, great restaurants and coffee shops and a short walk to the metro. We walked to many sites straight from the apartment. Elena was so friendly and welcoming! She was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. I highly recommend this rental! It was great!
• Янита (3/5): Extremely cold and very uncomfortable - The location is good it was extremely cold and when we tried to ask for a remote control for the air conditioner, we were told that they wouldn't give it to us because it wasn't in use during that period. we were only provided with blankets. the bathroom was outside the bedroom and was very inconvenient to use due to sharing space with other people

• Jimbo (9/5): Superb - Newly renovated, washing machine, well equipped kitchen. Great stay close to Termini station. No A little hard to find.

• Mika (10/5): Exceptional - Modern and just renovated room and common shared area. Everything worked fine and the location is pretty good (about 10mins from Termini station) and there is a nice d'angelo cafeteria downstairs where is good breakfast if needed. Also a grocery store was really close.
• Chenxiao (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly host, modern design, comfortable bed, smart TV in bedroom. You can get filtered cold water and sparkling water directly from the tap. Shower works but a bit small.

• Emma (10/5): Would absolutely recommend to others! - We loved staying with Elena! She was so kind and helpful, and happy to have us. The bed was comfortable, we had a good sized room and bathroom to ourselves. The shared space was very nice as well, the newly installed sparkling water tap was great! Very clean and well kept facilities. The only thing was that we didn’t know it was a shared living space. It was completely fine and we had our own room and bathroom anyway, just would’ve liked to have known in advance!

• Helen (10/5): I thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully renovated apartment, which had a perfect location for walking! - Elena renovated these apartments absolutely beautifully! Everything is of high-quality, well thought through and of beautiful design, with gorgeous details. From the kitchen utensils, the tasteful plates, bowls, to the bathroom tiles, the toothbrush holder, The chairs in the room, everything! No phony, lightweight furniture here! There is every electric appliance you could think of including (curly hair ladies, note!!) a hairdryer with a diffuser! On top of all that there is a tap with filtered water, which has the quality of mineral water!!! The bed is as good as a bed in a four star hotel. I love that she has little welcome packs with shampoo etc. And teabags and more. Each bedroom has a theme of the elements and has some tasteful design representing that. The new windows are double glazed. In short, everything is new, well designed, high-quality, and beautiful! And last but not least is the location perfect, a 15 minute walk from Termini station, 10 min from the Trevi fountain and all the center of Rome is in easy walking distance. Also, Elena herself, as a host is totally available, very hospitable and helpful. Last but not least there is a tiny coffee shop right around the corner In the same building and on that same corner there is a really great place for lunch! Nothing
