- Mario en Eline (9/5): Gutes Hotel, Preis ist angemessen, Super!! - Bijzonder mooie locatie! Schone kamer. Goed dinerbuffet. Leuk terras Uitzicht op de Rhein tijdens ontbijt en diner. Leuke stamboom in het hotel, vanaf de oprichter! Het doucheputje liep erg langzaam door, maar alles zag er wel schoon uit. Het doucheputje verdient aandacht, het wordt niet vanzelf beter.

- Maritta (3/5): Wir sind froh wieder zu Hause zu sein - Im allgemeinen sauber. Unpersönlicher und unprofessioneller Empfang. Zimmer zu klein, so stelle ich mir ein Monteurzimmer vor. Bad riecht unangenehm. Schimmel an der Decke über Dusche. Personal steht an der Bar und trinkt Bier. Das geht gar nicht! Personal an der Bar lästerte über irgendwelche Gäste. Brötchen beim Frühstück lecker, aber sehr überschaubar. Unmöglich fanden wir die nach Zimmernummern reservierten Tische , die sich wegen der Masse an Hotelgästen auf 3 nicht nebeneinander liegenden Räumen verteilten. Da kein Personal zu finden war, suchten wir hin und her bis wir den Raum erreichten, der am weitesten vom Buffet entfernt war. Die kleinen Tische stehen in allen Räumen so eng nebeneinander, dass ein privates Gespräch beim Frühstücken nicht möglich war. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr unwohl gefühlt. Da kann man auch eine Jugendherberge buchen.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - La salle de bain/toilette n'a pas de fermeture.Moyen comme système.Le soucis de ce village est qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant ni de bar et le menu de l'hôtel est loin d'être typique.Donc limité pour manger.Les employés pour la plupart parlent un allemand approximatif ou pas du tout.Il n'y a personne en permancence à la réception et du coup cela demande beaucoup d'attente pour récupérer la clef.Les portes ferment à 23.00. Je me suis retrouvée dehors en pleine nuit car la porte s'est ouverte mais ensuite impossible de rerentrer. Sonné plusieurs fois mais personne n'a répondu. Petit-Déjeuner un peu trop succin pour l'Allemagne
- Andreas (8/5): - Schön gelegen, direkt am Rheinufer. Personal freundlich, Check In unkompliziert. Eigene Hotelparkplätze ohne Zusatzkosten, Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) und Bad Sauber und gut eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück im Zimmerpreis enthalten.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Sehr schöne Zimmer, schön eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Leider könnten Eier wärmer und die Brötchen knuspriger sein. Das Buffets am Abend könnte teilweise wärmer sein. Sonst okay.
