• Nicky (8/5): Lovely as an air B&B, modern, spacious and comfortable, about an 8 min drive to Levin very easy. - The room was great, spacious and accessibility was great Stayed in room 23 as I needed a walk in shower, Gates were not closed/locked on our last evening they were, felt uneasy as seemed we were the only guests, nobody onsite to be found, cafe/restaurant closed not what the paperwork states in the room. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t get any service eg bins emptied nor were the extra rubbish bags/outdoor bins it’s like an Air B&B the door handle has a lock code to enter.

• Mike (9/5): Fantastic place to stay - Staff, accomodation were all superb. Who ever the builder was had a great eye for detail and finish.9 Nothing really exceot a little noisy from passing trucks but not a deal breaker.
• Helen (10/5): Spacious rooms with top-quality fittings – great for pet owners too! - The room and bathroom were both generously sized, and everything felt brand new and well-equipped. The attention to quality really stood out – they’ve chosen reputable brands throughout, including Daikin air conditioning. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with just the right amount of firmness to provide good lumbar support. We travelled with our dogs, and the property made it very easy for them to move around outside the room. Highly recommend for pet-friendly stays!
• Jade (10/5): Perfect location good room for dog to run around an burn energy off - That my dog could stay with us, and it was newish aswell The condensation in the room, the door was wet which made the floor wet
• Mairia (9/5): A wonderful venue, highly recommend for your events, weddings, family reunions, birthdays etc. - Loved the overall experience being there all weekend and having the place to ourselves. Our family and friends for the wedding. What a stunning venue with all the amenities for a successful event. The renovation of the rooms are fantastic, modern clean and very comfortable. A bit of condensation in the room. Not having a cafe/barista feel onsite.
• Daile (10/5): - What an amazing place to stay. We had our sports team stay here during a tournament and it worked perfectly. Great grounds and facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need. Close to town but tucked back from the street that you feel like you're on holiday. Would have been nice to have dinner there but understand its a work in progress.
• Adrian (5/5): Nice, but bad location with no food, or food delivery available. - Very new, very clean Beware this location is in the middle of nowhere. There is no restaurant, and ubereats doesn't deliver here. If you don't have a car finding food to eat here will be tricky. There is no one at reception ever so you have to go hunting for staff on the grounds to find your room key or if you need any help at all!!! We had a wedding there at the staff clears the table really fast like 2 hours before the reception was due to finish! Even if your wine glass is half full they'll take it and clear up while you're on the dance floor really really, 2 hours before reception was meant to finish because they're so short staffed.

• Nicola (10/5): Absolutely amazing. - The staff were absolutely amazing, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for me. The room was amazing aswell, and loved that you could choose to either have a normal shower or a rain maker everything was just perfect. And again big ups to the staff member that I encountered I'm sorry I did not get her name but she will never be forgotten she was a Rockstar. Will definitely come back even if it isn't for an event just to stay and relax..

Good thing is that there is a dedicated turn right lane to wait for traffic to clear before turning ☺️ but it missed that turn will have to drive ahead before able to make a U-turn

• Sera Lee-Joe (10/5): - Clean and newly revamped. Comfy bed...slept so well, thank you! Great location between Levin and Otaki. And also if anyone wants a place to have their wedding where their guests arriving, can have a few days to stay and attend your special occasion... definitely see Tatum Park as ideal for all accommodations and the location to have a wedding! Nothing really to mention... understand that it was close to Christmas too and that even the staff needed time off. So we totally get it! Communication by the team at Tatum Park was also amazing and clear with instructions too.
• Naeri (9/5): Peaceful - The surroundings were great. It is a good place to take your dog; however, I would have liked to be able to have him off-leash in the open spaces, as the dog area is too small for a run around. The accommodation units were lovely, and it looks like a great place for a wedding The kitchen needed to be better stocked. There wasn't enough coffee for a two-day stay. A breadboard and a sharp knife would have been appreciated.
• Pat (8/5): Convenient location for our stay as nothing was available at Otaki. - Location was close to Otaki where we were spending Christmas. Facility has recently been upgraded and looking nice. We booked a family unit to suit the needs of father and adult daughter staying. Last minute this was changed on us to a studio unit which didn't suit our needs. Had to re negotiate which was resolved to a satisfactory outcome.

• Sally (9/5): Nice modern comfortable room - Very new and clean, really comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good size. We arrived late and key was left for us- never actually saw any staff! Could do with a few more plates otherwise nothing
• Wendy (8/5): Great place, poor service - No staff were there when we arrived. There was a note on the reception door asking to collect key from pavilion. Nobody was at the pavilion. We went back to reception. Had to call the phone number twice. No answer either time. Eventually a staff member arrived and asked what room we were in. We had no idea as we were trying to check in. Eventually we got our room. Very poor service. We wont be back. Somebody to check us in would have been helpful. We arranged an early check in. We arrived around 2pm to an empty facility.
