• DeShawndra (10/5): - I liked how it was within walking distance of a train station, which was also a short train ride to Universal. For what I paid it seemed decent for the price. The house was very clean and they even had free drinks in the fridge for us. They left instructions on how to use the washer machine so you don't need to worry about messing it up if it comes down to you needing to use it. Also thankful that someone was able to let my brother and his friends in while my mom and I were still flying in from the states. Glad I didn't actually have to physically be there. You're in a nice little quiet area (aside from them school kids). You're also within walking distance of a family mart (5 mins), 7/11 (15-20 mins) , and Sukiya (6 mins away from the 7/11, but there's also another one right next door to it). The stairs. BABY THOSE STAAAAAAAIIRRRSS😩!! Thought I was gonna slip and fall and bust my body open like a can of Pillsbury doughboy biscuits. My body's fragile. One wrong step and I'm going down, and won't get back up lol. I just wasn't expecting them to be so steep and so narrow. Obviously I didn't die though lol but if small long stairs aren't your thing, then this place might not be for you.

• Tatsuya (9/5): おもてなしと快適さに感動 - ベッドルームもたくさんあり、5人家族が快適に過ごせました。アメニティ類も過不足なく、フリードリンクは嬉しかったです。疲れ切ってチェックインしましたが、予めエアコンを付けていてくれていて最高の心遣いに感動しました。ユニバーサルスタジオで遊ぶ時はまた利用したいです。 歯ブラシが使ったことがない種類のもので違和感を少し感じました。あとTVの視聴の仕方に工夫が必要です。(私は視聴できましたが、機械に疎い人は難しいと思います)

• Liangquan (1/5): Unpleasant experience - Close to USJ The bad odor of the house. Once we enter the house, we wanted to leave. Booked 3 nights, however didn’t stay there for a single night because of the smell. Not able to cancel either because of their cancellation policy, ending up wasting 3 nights of money.
• Amit (10/5): A fabulous stay for your USJ or Osaka visit with close proximity to Ajikawaguchi station - The Property Owner is very Cooperative. He even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout which allowed us hassle free movement at USJ. The house is fabulous, with very nice interior and facilities. There is a Bicycle for free use. The kitchen was good, bedrooms and toilet were nice and clean The house was difficult to find because all houses there look the same. The neighbor told us it is a nuisance for them because people(including us) keep on disturbing them thinking its Univedo. The owner should make the name more visible. Also there are very few Convenience stores or super markets nearby.
