• Valerie (9/5): Great location, responsive host, needs more cutlery. - I liked the location, it is convenient to walk 10-15 min to the train station and a tourist attractions. The apartment is big, the bed is comfortable, the heater works well. The host is responsive, I had hard time to open the doors and he answered my call and oiled the lock and then I didn't have problem to enter. The host gave a video explaining how to enter the apartment. They were a lot of plates, glasses, cups but no cutlery, only 2 sets of plastic cutlery. There is no microwave and no good pots for cooking. So don't expect to cook there. I booked for 3 but I got only 2 sets of towel but I didn't tell the host, you can message him to make sure you will have enough towels. There are 3 doors to open and the main door is old wood door, all doors in Bologna are the same. I had hard to open all the doors but the host oiled the lock and it was easier to enter.

• Loïc (5/5): Attention aux coupures d'électricité - La localisation très proche de la place centrale de la ville (cathédrale, monuments, office de tourisme). La déco moderne. La taille de l'appartement. Le confort des lits. La climatisation dans les 2 pièces. Les coupures d'électricité : la machine à laver, le lave-vaisselle et l'aspirateur demandent trop d'énergie. Cela coupe l'électricité. Il faut attendre un message du propriétaire avec 2 vidéos pour accéder à une clé puis trouver une porte dans une autre rue pour accéder au compteur : un véritable escape game dont on se serait bien passé. L'organisation pour récupérer les clefs et les remettre. C'est très compliqué. Le propriétaire ne répond pas rapidement aux messages (c'est un euphémisme).
• Petko (3/5): Worst experience in all years of travelling - Location Communication with the host (property mgmt company) is horrendous…if you want to land in Bologna and still don’t know how to access the apartment-go for it. I was stupid enough not to read thru rest of the comments. Where do I start: 1. Extremely Poor communication (if any) - I was sent instructions to a different property in Bergamo, I filled in the registration form a month in advance(link provided by host) then host tells me I have not done that and provides completely different link and form for registration on the day of check-in 2. I asked for sofa bedsheets and extra towel (because we were 3) - of course did not get that 3. Flat is overrun by ants 4. If you turn on air-conditioning and washing machine at the same time, power goes down-guess what, you get more instructions how to find the maintenance room which is on a different street to get to the switch 5. On your invoice you have 3 euro city tax/person but host says leave 4.5 on the table (maybe thats fine)
• Antonietta (9/5): Super place and great location - Lovely and spacious, clean and well equipped The only very small drawback was that there were no instructions for the hot water , where to find extra sheets and what the WiFi password was, we had to inconvenience the host
