Bathroom was very old, hardly any pressure from shower

It was clean The 60cm high paspalum grass in the yard. The knee high deep water in the back and side yard. No fans except rusty rickety pedestal fans of which only one worked properly. No fly wire on doors or window downstairs which meant no cross ventilation. No clothes dryer and no access to outside clothes line because of the yard. The bathroom was very shabby, the toilet seat kept coming off, next to no hot water pressure in the shower and the bath ridiculous and dangerous. Hole in the ceiling of the bedroom which leaked water in some heavy rain. The markings on the stove have been cleaned/worn off so it was guess the function, temperature etc.
the toaster and kettle on a board on top of the microwave all plugged into a power board beside the kitchen sink. Not enough PowerPoints. No internet (although that was stated in information) mattresses need replacing very uncomfortable. The only lounge has the PVC coating worn and peeling which is not nice to sit on especially in the humidity. Stairs were very steep with small treads both inside and outside. The carport is tiny (small car only just fitted)and painted black, no sensor lights which made it difficult to find the lock box when arriving in the dark.I could probably go on but I won’t!

Hot & stuffy because the most of the windows don't open & there were only 3 small pedestals fans. Needs a good clean & a bit of maintenance
