• Guest (4/5): Maybe an option for one night - Late check-in was possible and the bathroom was comfy. The room was okay, although the pictures online were misleading there are two rooms, the one we got was small and didn’t have the mezzanine. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The room was also very loud due to all the road noises. The breakfast experience in the cafe nearby wasn’t great - the wait time was very long and the pastries we got were just mid. Definitely not worth the wait.
• Agnieszka (9/5): - Spędziliśmy w apartamencie 4-osobowym jedną noc. Mieszkanie jest duże, wygodne i w pełni wyposażone. Właścicielka jest bardzo pomocna i błyskawicznie odpowiada na wszelkie pytania. Droga na piechotę z bagażami z dworca kolejowego nie jest zbyt uciążliwa. Dzięki uprzejmości właścicielki mieliśmy możliwość przechowania bagażu. Smaczne włoskie śniadanie w pobliskiejj kawiarni. Jedynym minusem była mało wydajna klimatyzacja.

• francois (10/5): - Hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse, prête à vous donner des conseils pour votre séjour. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos trois enfants et tout s’est très bien passé. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très appréciable pour bien démarrer la journée. Le logement est très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités, et la vieille ville est facilement accessible à pied. La climatisation et l'isolation couvrent le bruit de la rue et permettent de passer des nuits paisibles en oubliant que nous sommes en ville. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons vivement !
• abigail (9/5): - El apartamento nos resultó muy funcional. Nos permitieron realizar el check in antes de tiempo y nos espero con una botella de agua fría en la heladera!. También nos dejó detalles como café Las camas twin son un poco incómodas, pero para 1 o 2 noches está bien!. Recomendaría agregar un ventilador portátil para la habitación de entrada al apartamento
• Hannah (6/5): Good for one night stay but false advertising of room needs addressing. - Low but Comfortable bed. Air con was great. Clean bathroom. Powerful shower. Most of the photos advertising this place are not of the property that we were given. This is very misleading and although the person that was messaging me on what’s app was lovely, the property was absolutely not as advertised. It was literally a bed in a room with a wardrobe.

• Verónica (7/5): - Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas, desayuno incluído en una cafetería cercana de una bebida y un dulce a elegir por persona. Pequeño frigorífico, cafetera, cocina y aire acondicionado. Sala amplia para comer. No te reciben en persona, todo se gestiona por whatssap. Los platos y utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, fregadero y grifos y con manchas de cal. Bastaba pasar un estropajo y se limpiaba bien pero no había jabón lavaplatos. El baño estaba limpio, excepto los grifos y la jabonera con cal y restos de ?pasta de dientes? Detalles que deslucían el nivel del B&B.

• Maria (7/5): Good - The host was very eager to help us with whatever we needed during our stay and she made sure to check on us The noise could be pretty unbearable at times, since it’s pretty close to the Airport and there’s a lot of traffic in that area, so be prepared.
• Eloise (5/5): easy access to naples centrale. - nice decoration, modern, nice bed and shower, good location Its very difficult to flush the toilet, you have to push the button really hard and after that the next person won’t be able to flush the toilet for at least another 10-15 mins.

• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - Maria, the owner of the apartment, was very helpful and friendly and also responded immediately to our questions. The apartment was great, well decorated and clean. The balcony just added to the charm of the apartment. We also enjoyed breakfast in her brother's patisserie. If we ever return to Naples we would definitely stay with Maria again. That is why I recommend her apartment. We have no no complaints, everything was great.
• Gayane (9/5): Superb - Good location, not too far from the train station. The host was very responsive on whatsapp, too. The kitchen was well-equipped and beautifully done. I would only suggest they improve their water heating system. The water kept going cold halfway.

• Pauls (7/5): Good - Clean and spacious Cold in winter months! Heater didn’t fully warm even half of the apartment but as warm air goes up, hot in the bedroom.
• Zenosha (6/5): Nice accommodation, but noisy - The room looks and feels very nice, it's clean and quite centrally located. Checking in is very easy. The communication with the host is good, the lady is very nice and friendly. The only disadvantage is that the room is located near a very busy and loud street. It's so noisy all night long, so it's impossible to sleep properly without earplugs.
• Jaa15 (5/5): Sketchy and very noisy location. Don't recommend - Big apartment, lots of space. Very noisy location, didn't sleep at all on the first night due to noise from the street. Windows didn't seal well or keep out the sound. Bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. Location was in a bit of a sketchy area and didn't feel safe to go out in the evening.
• Amy (7/5): Good location. Clean room. - The location was central, the room was clean. The owner was responsive when contacted. We thought we were booking a room with cooking facilities as seen in the photos, as we booked for 1 week. There was nowhere to sit other than the very low bed and a single hard chair. The bed was slanted on the right side, it was uncomfortable but is fine on the left side. The bed is very low. The shower leaked, and the large shower head fell off. We had to ask for clean towels during the week. The room is very noisy due to the location and there are only shutters no blinds so it doesn’t really get dark at night time.

• Marina (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is very comfortable, beautiful, and clean. The location is great, close to the city center, so you can easily walk there. Maria was very kind and attentive to our arrival, and everything went smoothly. As for Bellatonia, everything was fantastic! The only downsides were that one morning, they cleaned the apartment next door, and it was quite noisy as we could hear everything. Additionally, the staff at the bar where breakfast is served wasn’t very friendly to us.
• Cristina (6/5): Pleasant - The appartement was as shown in the pictures, regarding that point I cannot point anything wrong. The main issue was the noise, we couldn't sleep all night, even with noise suppressors. So I think that is a crucial point that should be improved.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The place is so well maintained and so pretty! Neat, and huge space is everything!!!! We felt very comfortable. Maria is a sweetheart and was always very committed to make sure we had everything we needed. Also always responding diligently to any question or request on whatsapp. Bar Bellavita (of Raffaele, Maria's brother) was super super nice and a great spot for breakfast. Matress could be better and perhaps a TV (with international channels) are a suggestion to improve. But we really like this place :)

• Chelsea (7/5): Hosts were quick to respond, clean, great tradition coffee/pastry breakfast offered, this place was perfect for our - Great location for both train station (walking distance) and a 6 min drive to the airport. Just be prepared for traffic noise at night due to its great location.

The apartment was on a main road which was quite loud overnight. It didn’t ruin our stay but I would recommend taking some ear plugs just to be sure! Could do with more instruction on how to access the apartment on the first floor (can be confusing when you first arrive on the ground floor)

• Lukas (9/5): Superb - Lovely double room with AC for the hot days in bella Napoli. Maria is a great host who was easy to reach. We had delicious cappuccino and cornetto cream in her brother's Pasticceria and where able to pay for our stay via bank transfer. A supermarket and a nice pizzeria are right around corner and even the sightseeing spots are in walking distance. Great experience overall! It would be nice to have two chairs available to spend some time on the balcony as a couple enjoying a drink or just the spirit of the city.

• Deborah (10/5): This place was highlight of our trip in Napoli. - The place is clean, new, and very cute. The staffs are super helpful and are so nice and accommodating, they are also fast responders! Not to mention the included breakfast was great! Love everything
• Christina (8/5): Very good - It was a nicely decorated, clean place, not too difficult to get around. Getting into the property was a bit of a challenge, there were no proper instructions on how to do self check-in. The owner was very responsive to our calls however. The shower was leaking a lot and the water temperature fluctuated.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Peaceful place - - a spacious apartment with new and very clean interior, which is uncommon for Naples - breakfast is served in a nerearby bar and the croissaints and coffee is delicious; but if you like big breakfasts be prepared that in here you will get exactly one bun and one drink, which could leave you hungry and thirsty. - it is quiet inside the apartment (no main street below, which is rare in Naples filled with loud motorbikes) so if you close the window and have AC on you will have a very peaceful stay - only one bed is a normal two-people bed (you need to climb stairs to get there). The rest is very uncomfortable armchairs-sofas that could be used as beds. I needed two seperate beds and only one was really comfortable for sleeping. - a strange situation while paying - I didnt get no real invoice or bill (only sth handwritten on a scrap of a paper when I insisted on getting one) I had to pay in a nearby bar where no one was prepared to give me any confirmation of the payment. - after a self check in I got way too many written messages from the owner; instead it would be much nicer if she was there to greet us or was present during the payment situation
• Antonia (7/5): Good base for a Naples trip but AC needs fixed. - Good location and lovely decoration. Very spacious for 2 adults 2 children 10&12 yo. The AC didn’t work.

• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - For us, this apartment was our comfortable and beautiful island in the chaotic and noisy city. It had everything to make our stay pleasant and cosy. The hosts are really nice and helpful. The location is quite good, around 20 minutes of walking distance from the old city centre. Also, we enjoyed our breakfast very much. It was served in the nearby pastry shop where you can find all kind of Italian and Napolitan foods. 100% recommended. Everything was great.
