Vlasnik objekta uvek dostupan za sva pitanja i na usluzi,jako ljubazni od prvog kontakta. Manji problem sa tušem koji smo sami rešili,kreveti u dnevnom boravku prilično tvrdi ,pa i nisu baš udobni za decu.Nema usisivača kako bi lakše održavali čistoću poda za vreme boravka (savet za vlasnike )
• Violetta (7/5): Clean apartment, friendly host, perfect location - Very friendly and responsive host. She came the very next day to fix a toilet issue. As a welcome gift we received wine, tea, plenty of shampoo and toilet paper, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was clean, with fresh towels and bed linen. Each room has air conditioning, the internet works without issues, and the TV is connected to WiFi. Large balcony with clothes dryer and even a small sea view, so you can see the water conditions before going to the beach. Kitchen has a stove and large fridge, dishes are sufficient for a family stay. Location is excellent: close to the beach, supermarkets, shops, and many restaurants with fair prices (around 65–70 € for our family of 4). The beach is not overcrowded, there are sunbeds, showers, and changing rooms, and the water is clean. Easy connection to Thessaloniki by sea bus (10–15 minutes walking distance to the pier). Very nice experience. Lots of restaurants and shops around, all with friendly staff and good service. Mosquito repellent was provided in the apartment, which was really helpful. Summary: Overall, a good apartment in a great location with a very kind host. For more comfort, we would suggest: adding a shower curtain, mattress toppers, a microwave, and replacing the kettle. Despite some inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place, especially for its location, cleanliness, and hospitality. The bathroom has no shower curtain. After each shower the toilet seat, furniture, and floor got wet. A simple curtain would solve this. The bathroom ceiling is also very low, and the shower head is too low for tall people (at 190 cm I had to bend my knees to wash my head). Toilet lid became loose again after one week. The host explained this cannot really be fixed. Beds are quite uncomfortable. The main mattress is very hard, squeaks a lot, and you can feel the springs. Sofas in the living room are also hard and uneven. One of them was used by our 7-year-old, who did not complain, but I personally could not sleep there. Adding mattress toppers would improve comfort significantly. No vacuum cleaner, only a mop, so cleaning was not very convenient. The kettle gave a burnt plastic taste, so we used a pot to boil water. Only one frying pan and no microwave made reheating food less practical. Ice cube trays were also missing. The downstairs neighbour is very sensitive to noise. Due to strong sound insulation issues, she complained several times, even when we were only ironing or playing quiet board games. Families with children should be prepared for possible knocks from below.
• veronica (1/5): - Doar ca era curat. Nu am dormit nicio noapte acolo pentru ca era pericol de electrocutare. Baia era minuscula si plina de improvizatii. Erau restrictii clare scrise , sa nu intri in baie/ toaleta in timp ce se incalzeste apa. Pentru ca deasupra wc-ului era ceva improvizat care dadea apa calda si era foarte fierbinte ( atasesz poze si lista cu restrictii) . Cum sa locuiesti undeva in care ti se spune ca te electrocutezi, erau si alte restrictii. Plus ca, camera se afla la ultimul etaj.
