- Holger (9/5): Wunderbares Appartment für einen Kurztrip nach Málaga! - Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage. Entgegen der Beschreibung war sogar ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz verfügbar. Beschreibung in der App war nicht ganz passgenau, z.B. beim Einchecken wo man den Schlüssel findet. Außerdem hatten wir 12 Uhr Check-in gebucht, die Info wo wir alles finden kam erst gegen 13 Uhr.

Lo que no me gustó nada fue el checkin al llegar ,allí no aparece nadie a recibirte ,llamas por teléfono y no te lo cogen ,te mandan mensajes en inglés ,cuando estamos en España y yo soy español.nos tuvieron esperando en la calle al sol ,con niños y maletas más de una hora ,por qué decían que para hacer el checkin teníamos que mandar toda la documentación y rellenar todos los datos personales ,aparte de la reserva ,tuve que pagar on line 200 euros de fianza ,espero que me los devuelvan,. Estoy harto de coger hoteles y apartamentos y el trato recibido por parte de esta empresa ,no me gustó nada.
