Guest Reviews
- Oluwaseye (1/5): The worst ever, traumatic experience, I would never advise anyone to book with this lodge. I believe this is a scam that - There is absolutely nothing to like about the property. NOTHING AT ALL!!!! starting from the host ! I would not even call her a host she’s the opposite of a host . She virtually chased us away. No form of empathy from the very first dialogue on the app chat. . The host is very unprofessional , rude , arrogant and also racist because she treated us differently in a very bad way by telling us she’s British and so she can do whatever she likes me we can’t do nothing about it after she decided to tell us we are not welcome to the air b n b just because we refused to go to a different address contrary to the one on the app. and don’t be deceived by what you see . Because the address on the app isn’t where you will sleep the night . The host sent me a different address contrary to what is on the app. She claimed to have over 22 properties and that gives her the right to behave unruly . WE HAD NO PLACE TO SLEEP THAT NIGHT HAD TO GO AROUND LOOKING FOR A HOTEL AND FINALLY GOT ANOTHER ONE COSTING US £70 after we had initially paid £73.60 to the host who maltreated us.
- Chris (1/5): SCAM - This is a SCAM do do book this apartment cost us £86 and gave a false address 6 croft Gardens WV10 6GG turned up and knocked on the door to be greeted by someone who lives there tried contacting the mobile number 07778835299 which wasn't recognised then tried emailing which no reply either then contacted 07308290572 and managed to speak with someone claiming to be the hosts twin sister saying she was at work and she would get back to me which she never did having to go through booking.com for refund.
- Ian (2/5): I will not use again - area was quiet. location,it was five miles away from my original booking. I had to wait for 30+ minutes, to get into the property, due to no key being available. My original booking was for a house/ room within walking distance of my work. I only found out ,from receiving a phone call the night before arrival, the excuse was,the original was being decorated. It was too late to research and rebook, and they have a policy of no refunds, only a possible rebook later in the future.I had to get taxis every morning and night, costing £40+.
- Hussain (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent and Safe stay….No CONS at all, would recommend without any reluctance you can opt in for Nelly’s place… Thanks Nelly and would certainly see you whenever am in Wolverhampton. No dislikes.
- Chris (8/5): Lovely and clean - House is lovely and clean, smelled great. Comfortable and good sized beds. Accommodated late check in without issue. Good location with everything you'd need close by. Host was kind and friendly. My own fault, but didn't realise I'd be sharing the house with Nelly as the host and her children, which made it slightly awkward for my kids. House was very hot for us with the heating on. No major issues really.
- Benjamin (10/5): Fantastic - Nelly the host was lovely Nothing property was great

- Jacqui (5/5): Passable - It was a nice house, lady was friendly. It was advertised as 2 beds, a king and a double, but it was only a double, so my husband had to share a bed with my daughter.
The house was far too hot to sleep in.
