• Samantha (10/5): Highly recommend - Peaceful relaxing property with a great outdoor space. The pool is less than a minutes walk from the property. On site restaurant & bar 1 minute walk for the property, also a supermarket & restaurants/bars 5 minute walk. 10 minutes from the airport in a taxi around 15 Euros each way. Close to other towns, 15/20 minute walk to Marina with beautiful views. Highly recommend 👌 will be visiting again. Host amazing with staying & getting in contact too. Property had all you needed & wanted for either a short or long stay, power shower, bath, downstairs shower room & toilet & upstairs on-suite, comfortable beds & lounge area, cooking facilities, washing facilities, Bbq etc.

• Sara (10/5): Fantastic stay in a spotless, spacious home with a perfect location and a wonderful host. - Excellent location. The house was very spacious, clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. The area was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of parking spaces available. The host was wonderful – very kind and helpful. There was no problem with a late check-out as we had an evening flight, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place and would be very happy to stay there again N/A

• Jevgenijs (10/5): - The location is excellent — very close to the airport, with shops and shopping centers nearby. Playa de las Americas is about a 20-minute drive, and Costa Blanca around 25 minutes by car. CM Park and all the attractions are also nearby, which is super convenient. The house is located right next to both a children’s pool and an adult pool. There is plenty of space inside and outside the property. Everything was great — highly recommended!

So much so booked for our 3rd year. - Very clean, everything you need in the kitchen is there with towels provided Seating out the front & back so can eat breakfast outside one side then lunch the other. Villa next to 1 of the 2 pools & seconds from the on-site restaurant & bar that has lots of entertainment/activities. Minutes walk from other bars & restaurants. A very comfy & clean Villa. Owner very responsive to any communication. Very minor, table & chairs outside the patio could be higher so makes eating & relaxing outside at lunch & the afternoon more comfortable. But, what is there is more than adequate.

La casa era estupenda, no tengo nada negativo que señalar, tal vez me hubiera gustado tener algún vecino español, por decir algo.

Les produits de première nécessité pour cuisiner. .les réponses rapides de la propriétaire L'aéroport est proche c'est à la fois un avantage mais aussi un inconvénient... si vous visitez toute la journée ce n'est pas un problème mais si vous voulez rester au bord de la piscine c'est plus gênant

• Lynne (10/5): Comfortable, home from home with everything you need. Can’t wait to be back in December. - Very spacious. Has everything you need, very close to the pool. The outside seating area at the back is great, gets the sun in a morning whilst eating breakfast. At lunch, eat at the front of the property outside on the sun in the seating area there. Lovely additional quiet seating area at the front on the first floor which you open on to from the large bedroom. Only small suggestion is 2 let’s for the pool so the person(s) going first don’t have to keep getting up letting others in when they arrive. Plus when leaving the pool & others still there they have to be let out & back in again. We worked through & got used to it, but would be great if there was 2 keys.

The host left us toys for the children, laundry detergent, shower gels... it's very much appreciated! The host responds quickly to messages. THANKS! the noise of the planes when we are outside, it is not disturbing when we are inside.

• Andrea (10/5): The staff was patient and accommodating; and, the property was family friendly. - Clean, quaint, relaxing. Wind slamming doors, no parking and in/out traffic of complex. No room to move over when driving.
