• Andrey (10/5): The place is great. I will likely stay here again on my next visit to Batumi. - Big and clear apartment. It has everything required for a vacation. Don't be afraid of the 'strange' check-in and check-out hours. It is really from 00:00 to 00:00 (the host leaves a day between visitors). We personally checked in at 08:00 am and checked out at 2:30 pm without any extra fees. Very convenient. Good location, not far from the beach. There are restaurants and groceries nearby. There are no cons for this price, really. Be prepared for: One room without a window (but it is well-ventilated). Another room that is not very well-ventilated, and the air conditioner doesn't fully reach it (but it is OK to sleep here). The first floor in the building has stairs (with 10 steps), so it is not very convenient if you have a stroller.
